There was no one available to guide me to where the backpacks were located. When I finally found them, I had to wait another 5 minutes to have the cabinet unlocked. Instead of being able to purchase and leave the store. I waited in line at guest services as I watched 6 guest easily go through self check out before me. When I was able to check out the cashier, Jessica, was very rude and unfriendly. I asked why I had to wait in guest services line to purchase my backpack. She ignored me, instead she just asked if I wanted a bag. I questioned, if it was to prove I purchased it. She said, "no because it charges you". The bag she provided was very small, so I declined. I paid for my items, then she just sat the receipt on the countertop and walked away. She was VERY RUDE! Doesn't deserve to be in "guest service" area.

Do not shop at this Target. If ZERO stars was an option I would have chosen that. I never write reviews, but this Target has the most expensive parking I have ever seen $36 for an hour, and you will WAIT so long because items are in locked cabinets and nobody comes to help you. When they finally do come, staff is rude and then takes the item to Guest Services, meaning you will wait in two lines to pay and leave, all while getting an unbelievable parking fee. Even though I brought my own bags, I was charged a bag fee. When I asked to speak to a Manager, the staff refused to connect me with a manager. I then called the store phone number and was hung up on. One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. DONT SHOP HERE.

So, my son’s birthday is coming up I decided to get hot wheels. as I enter the store I notice a whole box of those cars in a pallet, I politely ask a employee if is possible for me to buy the whole box. She went to customers service and talk to 3 more employees and they said that yes, but I need to wait for them to push it out so I agree. A hour went by the put the box In a cart so I went and ask again and they give me a whole different story. So at the end I wasted 1hr of time for nothing. They should of told me from the beginning that they weren’t not going to sale the box.

I went to the DTLA Target which is conveniently located to my home walking or a short Dash bus trip. The items I needed were in locked cabinets and I got response from associates within a minute. Plus they were so knowledgeable about things I also asked about. The store is clean and items neatly arranged. At checkout, Becky's smile and perkiness at just before closing was an extra enhancement. Also she saved me money by letting me know that the items I was purchasing were often less expensive on the website which she quickly checked for me.

This is my favorite Target. It's on the smaller side, a City Target, but the team members are terrific, friendly and helpful. Jo Jo, Lorna, Becky, and Jonathan are usually up at the front, and always go the extra mile. Target's prices are good, especially if you price match, and there's a good selection in every department. It's so convenient, I can really get a lot of my shopping done in one place. It really is my go to store for everyday items; I shop here first, and most of the time, that's it, I'm done!

This department store is located in a very bustling plaza in the center of Los Angeles. It is located on the basement floor. There are often merchants in the basement. There are many shops, clothing stores, restaurants, pharmacies and cafes here, so there is a lot of traffic. Parking is not particularly convenient. There is a parking lot opposite. In addition, there are a lot of things in the department store for a fee. The attitude of the waiters is also very good. Shopping here is very convenient.

Location is closed even though on Google Maps it clearly says that they are open until 10PM. I'm not a fan of falls advertising or a sneaky way of getting me to shop at other shops at this location once I'm already there. I came here for Target and if you know downtown, it's not the easiest with parking or the Metro especially now. Huge waste of time and very disappointing. Hopefully their employees will eventually update the hours to this location. I'm sure it's not super difficult.

Literally best customer service ever. I was shopping by myself and bought a lot of stuff. They asked if I wanted some assistance carrying to my car. They sent an employee to the parking lot to bring all my stuff in the shopping cart and help me load the car with all the groceries. I gotta say, I was impressed with the amazing service e help they gave me. I’ll be coming back for sure. Congratulations to all the staff and management. I’m more than grateful for your hard work! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Target is the worst store in all of America. Yesterday I wanted to buy a Playstation 5, but the store (not very polite woman) said that I can't buy this product offline and should only do it online. I can't do this online because Target is rejecting my purchase. Then I wanted to buy a Gift Card as a gift, I bought it at 6pm yesterday, but it's been a long time and it's still missing! How long can you wait for just a virtual gift card?!

I absolutely love coming to this target by walk as i live close by.Parking is a bit tricky but don’t forget to get your ticket validated otherwise the rates are very high. The cart will be brought by a staff to the loading dock at the parking lot.I have never had any mishaps at this place and customer service for me have always been top notch. Ps: They do have a Starbucks outlet inside this store.

This store makes you use the "granny checkout lines" (old fashioned and super slow) if you have more than ten items. This store is not adequately staffed for such a policy, they only have 4 or 5 checkers working during the busiest times. I have been splitting my orders and going through self checkout twice because it's still faster than waiting in line at an old fashioned registers.

I love Target! I buy everything here. Clothes are my style and affordable. Anything else you could think of; household goods, electronics, sporting goods and food. The only thing that this Target lacks compared to the others is tents and other camping things. Overall a very awesome store and located right in the middle of downtown!

Target is another example of a hypermarket that sells pretty much everything such as groceries, clothes, electronics and a lot more. This location is within a shopping mall which is great for finding items to wrap during the holidays. Be prepared because it will get busy.

I recently stayed in Downtown LA for business from Sydney. I have to say my four visits to Target in that time were a highlight. I’d definitely return to the USA just to visit Target again, I particularly enjoyed the aesthetic of the Downtown store layout. Jeff.

Often times they run out of stock, employees are not that well supervised. It's a blessing having this store downtown but if management doesn't get a quick grip on their young employees this store is going down.

My shopping trip was fine. I was just a little concerned about other shoppers not respecting the six feet rule. Respiratory disease is still a real concern. COVID-19, RSV. and the flu is a real concern.

This is a very good store for groceries and household nicnacks , but not for men's clothes or shoes. Their prices are too high and they only carry that new tight fitted clothing style . I'm not a fan .

Easy pickup for the items I ordered no surprises or special rules for particular people just simple and easy you paid for it so you get it without a bunch of fuss.
