Came over to pick up my drive up order around 9:40pm, this evening. Your associates saw me drive up and began having a full on conversation without alerting another service member that I was there and waiting. Had I not entered the store and requested my order, would I have received it by your store's closing(10pm)? Your app claimed, after 10 minutes of my waiting (unusual experience for me while waiting for Target drive up orders), that there was an unusual number of guests and that that would delay my order before I demanded help. Upon entering your store, I saw no shortage of available customer associates. Your store is a joke. It was my first time coming, and IT WILL BE MY LAST! Anyone reading this should avoid this store as it does, as previous reviewers stated, look like it has limited stock. And, based on my experience, has poor customer service! TERRIBLE! I can't believe the nerve of your associates to look at me as if they were LOST! It's sad that they did not see how poorly they managed a regular Target customer! Encino will not receive one more cent from ME! I only came there because they had boxes of Tylenol Cold + Flu Severe.

please dont shop here, and if you make the mistake of shopping here, please dont park in the front. the shopping carts lock up so you cant get your things to your car if you park in the front. there is a huge parking lot on the back, but absolutely 0 signage about it. the pedestrian entrance is also unlabeled so if you park on the street and go to the left of the store, you'll wander through the parking entrance with ZERO sidewalk/pedestrian access, then past a loading dock, then some storefronts, THEN the target entrance. (the employees are great though. the store just really needs to improve its signage, and shopping cart situation.)

Brand new 2 story "small format" Target. Downstairs is dollar spot, market, liquor (including hard liquor), pets, etc. Upstairs/ street level has kids toys & clothes, home goods & organizing, electronics etc. There's also a Starbucks near entrance. All departments are like a mini version of a regular size Target. You can already order online for pickup ( pickup in downstairs area). Everyone there seems super welcoming, helpful & excited to be there. Danny the closing manager is amazing. Option to park underground or in huge lot behind the building. Go while everything is fresh & new before everyone discovers it's now open!!!

Rose from the pharmacy of target is extremely RUDE. Two customers were ahead of me after not helping them they left I’m Next. She walks away I have to call Get back for help. Before I can ask My question she informs me she can’t help Me cause she’s not a pharmacist. I call for the pharmacist and she tells me he can’t help me either and basically asked me to have a good day cause he’s busy with orders. I LOCE TARGET. I never have issues here but this place felt like tacky rude Walmart. If you see rose expect ignorance and illiteracy when it comes to customer service.

Mini -Me Target First off street parking on Ventura Blvd forget it. Parking downstairs next to entrance = a good choice. Turn into the parking structure just immediately past Target choose the lower level and you'll lots of parking and a entrance. Store itself is a condensed version of a regular Target so selections may be a bit more limited. I would suggest checking online to see if they have in store what you need or perhaps order it in advance for pick up. Staff seemed a bit reserved. Store was very clean.

I usually shop at the Target in Van Nuys but they recently decided to lock up nearly the entire personal care section behind these obnoxious anti-theft panels. Thankfully, this Target in Encino has NOT locked everything up so you can still shop for things like toothpaste and deodorant in peace. I will be coming to this Target only from now on. Not the biggest location but a good range of products across 2 floors. The registers downstairs never have any lines!

Manager, Olga is exceptional. I had an issue with an item and she handled it the way a manager should. Super professional, kind and resolves issues on the spot. Love the complex. Ample parking in back or underground; however, can be a challenge exiting back onto Ventura. More of a city target; therefore, smaller than others and some departments have limited stock. Kept clean and well maintained. The associates are also helpful.

I wish there was ziro star to give to this Taget. Worse customer service in Target I have ever saw. At Monday 5:30pm (rush hour), there is only one cashier and one security employee. After I spend almost $300 in this stor, I try to use the restroom and it took 20minutes until someone came to put the door code to open it. I would never come back to this store for shopping.

I would recommend saving your time and going into the store and shopping, instead of waiting at curbside. It is not busy at 11:30 am on a weekday but no one came out for a long time and then the app said sorry for the long wait. Maybe they don’t have enough employees working there. Curbside is underground inside a parking garage. Not in the more convenient surface lot.

Its clean new Target location, but horribly designed Customer Service desk. It's located downstairs in basement level, why??? People do walk-in to the store mostly from the street level. Why do we need to go downstairs, and/or if this is necessary, have 2 customer service desks on each level. Very bad Management by Manny. Never again to this store.

Charles was exceptional. Above and beyond his job description. Also, got coupons for free vegan tea drinks that were super caffeineated. Wow!!! Amazing. Just what I needed.

Very nice and CLEAN Target. Organized, have great drive up service and the store is always in stock. I appreciate having such an accessible and nice Target near my home!

Extremely arrogant cashiers at the front and absolute nubs at the lower level. Inventory is decent but small compared to other locations
