I didn't have any interaction with any staff so cannot comment on customer service, but the location is quite small, and more of a convenience location. Understandably its in Manhattan, so can't compare it much bigger locations in the suburbs, but just by the real estate alone, its very small with a light selection of products.

This has to be the world's saddest target. I almost always leave without buying anything as they never have anything in stock besides weird seltzer flavors and off brand bleach. Their CVS pharmacy is awful too.

A relatively new, but scaled down Target on the LES. You can find a nice selection of items but it pales in comparison to the full-sized stores. The lines (which are all self checkout) can't get long at times.
