I go here frequently, & normally the employees are helpful & very polite.Until today when I met Jennifer. The laundry mat was busy, so ppl were waiting for machines. They have signs that says "Any load of laundry left longer than 15 minutes will be removed by the staff". Prior to today, the staff upheld that rule by removing any laundry left in the machines longer than 15 minutes AFTER IT STOPPED. Today I went to Jennifer for assistance expecting her to uphold the policy, & she was not helpful. I told her that the machine stopped 10 mins. ago, & asked if she would remove the clothes in 5 mins. She immediately got defensive & replied with pure rudeness. According to her, the 15 minute policy does not start when the machine stops. It starts when waiting patrons notify employees, which in my case was 10 minutes after the machine stopped. I was previously informed that the 15 minutes started when the machines Stop, so I had questions. I reminded her of the signs placed on the machines throughout the laundrymat, & how what she's telling me goes against that. I was met with more attitude and rudeness. I refused to let her tone get to me, & I suggested that they display a clear version of the 15 minute rule stating when the 15 minute time frame starts so patrons are aware.She laughed and said she was calling her mgr., so I asked if I needed to speak to them about the matter and provide my recommendation. She later start making comments about who started what as though there was a altercation, & she went on and on about the mgr. taking her side over the patrons. She made comments about skin color, wasn't wearing a mask, & kept saying things in an attempt to get a reaction from me. She was trying to make scene instead of simply assisting me. I'm not surprised that she has other complaints

Absolutely baffled at my experience! First, I am a very big advocate that if your job has a rule for customers to follow. You as an employee should be the first to follow...this employee is not wearing a mask over her face for most of the time I was here. Let me state, ALL customers except for one wore their masks the entire time across their entire face. So in an effort to stay safe I stood in a corner away from everyone and turned away from her each time she walked past me. Not to be rude to her but as an effort to protect myself and others. Then as I am standing in a corner completely away from anyone. She rolls a rolling cart over and says “Ma’am, excuse me!” And places the cart exactly where I was standing. I tried to look around and see if there was a reason for this...there wasn’t. All of the other carts are still all around the laundromat. So it honestly was just a passive aggressive attempt to be extremely rude to a customer who has done absolutely nothing but stand in a corner quietly away from people. I would not be okay with an employee treating a customer this way. On a plus side, the facility is set up nicely and clean. The washers are expensive but the dryers compensate for the expense because they are cheap!

Hoping management sees this review as I sent them an email notifying them of the issue and no one responded. If you are paying with a card- check first if the machine will accept your payment! I had to try 4 different cards in 1 washing machine. I would’ve moved my comforter to another washer but I had already loaded the detergent. Their card readers seem to have issues because they kept declining my cards, while the vending machine accepted the card that the washing machine had just declined. This is where I come to wash my big comforter + large blankets. Some of the staff is helpful and kind. The machines are huge which is great. I just wish they had a section of washing machines dedicated for customers who use bleach because I’m always worried my stuff could accidentally get bleach from the last wash.

It's nice clean with lots of variety. However. Their prices are extremely high. They have raised their prices three times since I've been going there ( within a year) Use this place at your own risk. You will pay out the nose.That's why I stopped going there because of the prices kept going up. Don't tell me it's because of inflation. It's not it's pure greed. They raised the prices and lowered drying time from 16 minutes to 12 so that they can collect more money $ 1.25 for . 30 minutes greed

I first Found this laundromat on google and came in based on the reviews. However the place has really taken a turn. Floors are dirty, half of the washers and dryers are all “out of order”. The laundromat is already small as it is to have half your machines down is not great for your customers especially on busier days like Sundays. I really Hope that some kind of action to get these machines fixed otherwise I will Find elsewhere to do my laundry.

Pretty mid I guess. The workers are nice and there are stray cats to visit with. Sometimes the machines eat your money but the stay cats in the ally and jumex in the vending machines make up for it. One time I met a cool homeless man here. Not sure if he was real or if it was the dmt but overall was pretty cool. I hope he's real cause I definitely payed for his laundry. 3 stars 5 stars if there where more stray cats.

Very clean. For how many machines there are, this is the only laundromat I've visited that actually has plenty of carts and folding tables. Seating is pretty limited. Vending machines available for drinks, snacks, and laundry supplies. Nice TVs if you wanna get brainwashed by the news or you can watch cartoons they have on for the kids. The attendant was helpful and smiling in a good mood as well.

I actually like this laundry mat a lot. I come here to wash my comforter. There are a lot of homeless people that hang out around here, which typically does not bother me, most don’t bother you. Here lately it’s been kinda sketchy. Go early and don’t park on the side of the building. There is one guy that hangs out here, that makes me kinda of nervous.

This laundromat is great! We go out of our way to use them. Clean & spacious, you can pay with quarters or a card. I swear we get done faster here than any of the other places we sometimes wash clothes. If you want to splurge or just need some help, they offer drop off service for $1.25 a pound with a 10 pound minimum. I LOVE this laundromat. LOVE. IT.

Some idiot put some nasty smelling stuff in a washing machine and never ran it, then when my clothes came out smelling disgusting they basically told me there was nothing they can do except clean it out and let me pay another $9 to wash it again. Absolutely not. I will never spend another dime here.Your customers deserve better, clowns.

I'm willing to travel almost 1.5hr to get to this mat. It's always clean, I've only seen 2 total machines down (both dryers), and you can use cash or card! But best of all the staff if GREAT!!!! I'm usually there either Fridays or Saturdays (Fridays tend to be busier than Saturdays in my experience).

No ATM and can only use cash for coin machine, if you want coins. Otherwise, all machines take coin, debit or credit. Machines are modern and easy to understand/use. Clean inside and only saw a few of the machines out of order. Ladies in office were helpful but borderline impolite.

This is the best laundromat I have ever been to! Great selection of washers and dryer‘s! They have a wash machine so big that I can put eight loads of laundry, three blankets/comforters, or even a boat cover in it! I love that they have TVs, vending machine,and even a kids area.

I don’t think having the homeless sleeping outside y’alls establishment with a crack pipe laying on the ground is a good business practice. As an adult this is nothing new to see but kids come here & I’d hate for a young child to ask what that is or actually pick it up! SMH.

June 2023-great spot! Clean, air conditioner, clean restrooms, plenty of televisions and seating. Large amount of machines with varying washer sizes from $2.50-7.00. Attendants on staff to offer assistance with machines. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Is staffed during business hours, machines take cards, and there is a machine to break bills in $5 increments. For example if you put in a $20 bill it will give $5 in quarters and give back 3 $5 bills.

Card readers worked well, business was clean, attendants were visible if needed, interior was well air conditioned and comfortable despite high weather temperature conditions.

Very big and clean place, machines are well kept. The lady working here tonight was friendly and polite as she was busy mopping and cleaning the place all by herself

Very clean place plenty of washers and dryers to pick from. Overall a good place to do laundry but a little pricey

Super clean, great assortment of machines, and plenty of them.
