Approximately 3:40 pm Friday afternoon just before Cambridge park one of your buses was pulled over on the side of the road. 20 - 30 meters before I got to the bus he put on his indicator and pulled out seemingly without looking. I had no choice but to slam on my brakes or smash in to the back of the bus nearly loosing control of my car in the process. At this time I had cars overtaking me in the right hand lane and nowhere to go. Had some one have been behind me I have no doubt that they would have run in to the back of me. It is bad enough that it was me in the car and my safety was out at risk but I also had my 6 year old in the car at the time of the incident. To add insult to injury the bus further down the road bypassed the line of traffic pushing in 30+ cars ahead of every one else instead of waiting his turn like everyone else. If this is the way your driver's act this is an absolutely appalling representation of your company and though I have used your services a number of times in the past I will never be using it again not will I ever recommend it to anyone else after this clear display of carelessness and disregard for other on the road.

7:20am in oatlands, 13/04/2023....Three 16 year old girls waiting to get on the redline bus to go to hobart and it drove straight past, didn't even slow down. I'm so angry my daughter and her friends were left out in the cold waiting, hoping the bus would turn around and get them.
