Update: 8/14/22 Decided to try it again. Was seated by emily (who helped us more than out actual waiter) about 15 minutes passed before our waiter asked us what we wanted to drink. Food came out and our teriyaki was served without rice and our egg rolls didnt come first we had to ask for them because they didn't bring them . Not once did our waiter ask us if we wanted a refill or if everything was good. She kept passing us but never stopped. When we were done eating we had to stop her in order to get our bill. That's when she asked if we needed a refill... Service was great when the original owner was there. It's gone downhill. ................................ I used to love TOA since the original owner doesn't visit any more the service has gone down. We were seated quickly as well as our order was taken quickly. However, our food took longer to come out other people (who came in after us) were served before us. Our server not even once asked if we needed refills. She also never brought our food to us. Prices have also gone up( I know inflation is up) however we used to pay $40 and today we paid about $65. Might come back, but to take out.

I used to frequent Taste of Asia years ago when the restaurant had the nicest and most generous owner/manager, he was this little Asian man and for the life of me I cannot remember his name. He would basically treat us like family. I went back recently during the lunch hour with my daughter and it was nostalgic at first seeing that not much has changed in regards to decor and seating, we had some good memories there. It was nice up until the hostess sat us down. Her name is Emily and she wasn't very friendly and also cut me off a few times when I was asking a question or ordering like she knew what I was talking about before I finished speaking. The food was also not as good as it used to be. My daughter had the sweet and sour chicken and it was mostly grease and batter, the chicken was very dry and over cooked. I had the bento box and the only issue I had was that my shrimp tempura was hard and chewy. Needless to say we left highly disappointed and will not be going back which is sad because this used to be such a great place to dine.

Visited Taste of Asia for a late lunch. The lady working when we first walked in greeted us promptly, smiled and sat us in a booth. I only had the chicken dumpling soup, which I did not like. The noodle was good but the filling inside had hard pieces of stuff in it. I brought my daughter home the wonton and miso soup which she did not like either. My husband ordered the chicken noodle soup which he said; "was no big deal". The restaurant itself was dirty, drink station was gross, in desperate need of cleaning. The older man that served us was not hospitable at all. My husband had a question about the menu and he was very abrupt with with my husband, he replied no and offered no help or suggestions, he was not interested in assisting my husband any further. I also found it very unusual to have him sitting at one of the tables behind us tearing cilantro and pea pods apart. Food prep is suppose to be done in the kitchen not in the middle of the dining area where customers are sitting. I found this to be very unsanitary and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

My husband and I were over here for a dental appointment and decided to try Taste Of Asia for lunch. So, the first thing I noticed before you even walk inside the door (I should’ve taken a picture) is a sign that says if you don’t wear a mask you’ll be charged $1.99 for one. That didn’t strike me too well, it felt aggressive and I would’ve just left if it were up to me, but it didn’t matter I had a mask anyway. Regardless of first impressions, the food was delicious and we did have an enjoyable lunch together. The server didn’t want to speak, even when we said thank you numerous times for refills and when she brought soy sauce. I guess it’s just a language thing, but I don’t know. So all that to say, I can’t comment on customer service in verbalized form, only in action. And she was attentive and polite, just didn’t say anything!

We were visiting the Ft Worth area, and this place had a lot of hype on Google and tik-tok, so we decided to give it a try. Did it knock our socks off? No. Would we give it another chance? Probably. The hand-pulled noodles were great in my ramen, but the chicken lacked seasoning. The broth almost had an ashtray taste to it, idk really what it was supposed to taste like. My daughter had the orange chicken and loved it. My son had the bento box with sesame chicken and he said it was tough to bite and chew. My husband had the house fried rice and he did not like it at all, but he is a picky eater. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations but I'm willing g to give it another try when we're in the area again.

Ordered a pretty big pick up order and everything was correct and exceptional. Walking in, you can see right into the kitchen and witness the big wok flipping and flames magic. Service seemed to be good even though it was a pick up order, 3 different employees checked to make sure I was being helped. Everything seems like it is made in house from the sauces to soups. Best egg drop I've ever had and all the chicken dishes used quality breast meat. Bento boxes are generous servings compared to other places and great for ordering to share.

Never disappoints!! The staff is unmatched when it comes to service!! Even during this pandemic they continue to work very hard to make ordering super convenient and in a timely matter, and I really appreciate it! My go to order is the Orange chicken! I literally crave it on the daily. I’m very picky with my orange chicken, and this is the only place, that I know of, that makes it with white chicken breast. All the other places make it with dark meat, making the meat way too fatty to enjoy. Also try the Beach Roll (I add cream cheese to mine). The egg rolls are the best EVER and I can never find a restaurant that makes them this good!

This place never disappoints. On my most recent visit I did carry out and on my way back home I got a phone call from the letting me know they forgot to put my soup in my bag. What restaurant does that. Although I had to turn around I was pleased that I didn't get home to discover my soup was missing and they gave me extra items in my bag when I came back to get the soup. The food is always good. This is my number one spot. It used to be New China off 377 but that place has greatly declined. I stopped going there period. I don't know what happened to them.

Service was great. But the smell was off once walking in. I rate Asian restaurants by their fried rice or basic appetizers. And if it’s off I know everything is off. Shrimp fried rice wasn’t it. Shrimp needed a few more seconds to cook. Crab Rangoon was just cream cheese. Shrimp tempura was tasteless also with their sauce that goes with it. Kids loved miso soup and shrimp tempura rolls. My mom liked their tofu meal and egg rolls. U can also get tofu with any meal and they have lunch specials too.

(Been eating here since 2007) Best American Asian food around. Fast friendly service ever, deliver or take out. They go the extra mile, I’ve seen them call customers to tell them they forgot to put an entrée as requested before the customer even realized. Great customer service. Quick for lunch, dinner portions are generous. The 2nd best spring rolls behind Ben Ven in NW Tarrant County. My take. We have loved this place since it opened! The food is great and plentiful and they always remember us when we come in. They are outstanding and there is nothing on the menu that needs improving. UPDATE: Where is Mike!?! The restaurant has become just another Asian Food restaurant in the last few months. The food is still tasty but the service and change in atmosphere is so very disappointing. Davey is just another receipt pusher, bossy, rolling his eyes at other employees, rushing everyone through. It really has an effect on the dining experience. Maybe we will just do take out now .

Usually LOVE this place!! Service was terrible this time. I will continue to order take out and will no longer dine in. Ordered crab Rangoon and waiter told me I was wrong and I ordered wonton chips! Disgusting rubbery food. I spent 40$ tonight on delivery and you can even see how watery this dish is. The beef is SO chewy. The only thing even edible is the fried rice. What a waste of money! I am throwing this out and NEVER ordering from here again. I had a few instances where this resturant was hit or miss, but to have this much inconsistency is unacceptable. It tastes like the boiled the beef in water and that’s how it was cooked. To make matters worse I tried to call and their phone number is no longer in service and I cannot find the new one anywhere. Please refund my order.

I've been going to this location for about 5 years. The decor is a little outdated but the food well makes up for it. I think they get most of their business through takeout, but the dine-in atmospheres pretty nice. Is very affordable. This is my favorite restaurant. My favorite items to get here is the hot and sour soup, egg rolls, and the beach roll.

Ordered $73 worth of food this afternoon…. This place is not what it used to be! My general Tsos beef was the worst beef jerky I have ever tried to eat! If you like sweet Chinese dishes, egg rolls dripping oil, floors where you can skid and slide, bare minimum services, then you probably have found a good place!! Nothing really bad. Just depend on your taste. American Chinese food. Nothing authentic. Servers are polite. But all they do is to taking your order, bring your food, and collect your money. That’s it. (Never written a review before) my girlfriend just said the phrase “worst Chinese food I’ve ever had”. Order sesame chicken and the sauce had no taste so all I could taste is the over cooked chicken. I’ve been craving tempura for weeks and it was on their nearby menu. My first visit, the reviews were great and they had a dozen people waiting for takeout about 7:30 pm on Tuesday, clearly a popular place. Diverse Asian options that all looked good. Masked staff, clean restaurant, food was fresh and hot, server tried to be pleasant. Only disappointment was the thickness of the cut vegetables and heavy batter-flavor was good. I’ll be back or order takeout again soon.

Going there for the first time was an amazing experience after school. Had looked at the pictures in the reviews, and got a good meal with compared to what’s being posted. Food tasted really fresh and delicious, portions are to be a great match with what you pay for. The place seems really clean and the staff were really nice to us. Location is absolutely amazing, again. My folks and I are really loving this place. Deserves more than 4.5 stars in my opinion.

Good food at a good price. Not to mention that the portions are also fairly large at that. This place is always consistent on how a particular dish is prepared/brought to you..also nice that is it made fresh each time as well. None of that “staying warm under a heat lamp” BS.

Now here's a great place where you can get a decent meal at any type of Asian style. They literally have a variety of whatever your taste may be, from Chinese, Japanese, Thai, whatever you like! The food was very good and fresh. Me being vegan I can order what I like with veggie choices. Yes, they accommodate both sides of non-meat eaters and meat eaters. The staff was very friendly, and very attentive. I certainly can't wait for the next visit!

Best takeout Asian food I've ever had. Crab Rangoons 10/10 crunchy and delicious. Sweet and sour sauce is incredible, sweet with a little bit of tanginess. General Tso chicken is to die for with just the amount of spiciness. So good!

We have been visiting this place for over 10 years. Sushi is always fresh and actually quite good given the price. Owned and run by the same family since it opened. If you're in the area, I would not hesitate to frequent this place. They do a ton of takeout business so call ahead unless you want to sit and wait for 20 minutes. I believe that you can now order online too.

This Asian restaraunt has been a favorite of ours for a long while. They just recently added Ramen to the menu as well; so not only did they teach me to love Sushi, they've converted me to a Ramen lover too. Their Spicy Chicken Ramen is excellent and the Beach Roll has got to be my all time favorite Sushi roll. Everytime I come in here, I eat like Goku ;p.

I ordered chicken pad thai in this restaurant they gave me beef pad Thai and I asked to change since I don’t eat beef .. I received another with in few mins.. I was eating but I found pieces of beef in it …never going to go back ..I think they must respect others religious too …

I ordered teriyaki chicken with a side of fried rice and an egg roll. The chicken was great. But it was supposed to come with a side of steamed broccoli and I literally only got 4 pieces of broccoli. So the portion size was not worth the money. The fried rice was not fried. It was steamed rice with eggs in it. Very disappointed with the price i paid.

A bit to expensive for the quantity and quality of the food. I tried ordering online and there was a convience fee. I do no approve of resturants sneaking in as many fees they think they can. My goodness, gone are the day when people can afford to eat well.

Just moved here from Atlanta and decided to order delivery because I was tired. The food was superbland, the tuna roll was probably the worst. My friend said the sesame chicken was a bit hard, but aigght. The Mongolian beef was very low quality. Hopefully this is the worst meal I will indulge in, in TX luckily I'm pessimistic.

Food is ok but don't expect to have any questions answered. Place seems tired and run down. Dirty floors and tables, makeshift curtains to block the kitchen. Zero atmosphere. Not going back

Ordered food for delivery. We received our food quicker than expected. It was packaged well with no spills & our food was warm. We were surprised at how much you get for a meal! It's really delicious, the only thing I would say is the fried roll was soggy, not crunchy like I would expect as it was deep fried.

Great food and service is usually great! We've been coming here for years and we really miss the previous owner. He was always so sweet and caring with our children. My sister, her children and I came here for dinner on a Saturday night. My sister's special needs children were treated with respect and were comfortable in the environment. We only had about an hour to eat and we had time to spare after ordering appetizers, main course, and dessert. We loved learning the history of the name from our server. He also shared the popular items which we did order and were not disappointed. We will go again to try more items from the menu.

Friendly, fast service, and possibly the best General Tso chicken in the area. I've never found something on the menu that I didn't like! While they do offer delivery and take out, I really enjoy eating in... It's cozy and quiet, and the staff is friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

The portions are huge, delicious, and it's all served by a friendly staff. The reason why is the owner genuinely cares for people. You can see it with how he interacts not only with the customers, but with the staff. The sushi may seem pricier than other places, but the rolls are much thicker.

Recently moved to the area, and was looking for a decent asian restaurant. I was very pleased. The staff were friendly. The food was well-plated, delicious, and came out very quickly! Thank you guys. I will be back.

Our first time here. Great place. We loved the food. Staff was great especially the manager. I was there celebrating my birthday with two of my children, the manager made our visit very special. He brought a special dessert complete with a candle. We will definitely be going back.

Always fast, fresh, and delicious! I absolutely love the chicken dumplings. Other favorites of ours are sesame chicken and a pecan chicken dish. I can't imagine anything here being bad. The service here is excellent as well. The location isn't very noticeable from the street.

Delicious food. I love General Tso's chicken and rarely find a great location for it. I don't know if this establishment received a new recipe; but it was phenomenal. The jalapeno bombs were wonderful, as well. I wish I could have eaten all of it.☺️

We call it the Tasty Asian. For a local Chinese spot where the General Tsos chicken beats any rival around, the sushi rolls are actually pretty legit. The service is always very fast and friendly. Ordering out is great and only usually takes 10 mins.

The food was sooo bad. I got the egg rolls and pad thai. Neither had any flavor (even considering I was really hungry) The pad thai didn't have any pad thai sauce and was really runny. Customer service was good though.

They've recently updated the menu - it now has ramen and several other dishes. Their prices are fair, you won't get shorted on the amount of food you get, and it's pretty tasty. Great value

By far the worse sushi place I’ve ever been to. Shrimp spring roll had one shrimp. Sushi didn’t look fresh, I asked for spicy Mayo they put mustard. I mean just a horrible experience.
