After much consideration, we contacted TaxiGo to provide cars and drivers for us for various stages of our journey. The service from start to finish, was superb. Francis is clear with his price quotes, and his response to queries is immediate and professional. All the drivers who picked us up (Hashan, Mahesh, Buddhi and Francis himself) arrived exactly on time, and their vehicles were in excellent condition - and as well as being careful drivers all of them provided a mine of information on their beautiful country, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a superb holiday. We honestly cannot recommend this company enough. Their service from start to finish was world class. Choosing the correct company to handle your driving can be a bit of a challenge in Sri Lanka, but take it from us TaxiGo will not let you down. We have been to Sri Lanka twice now and used TaxiGo both times for airport transfers and for transfers between hotels. Francis was always very helpful and responsive by email and WhatsApp, making it easy to make additional bookings at any time. He was also happy to accommodate last minute changes with pick up times and location. We had Deen to take us to and from the airport, and Kalum to take us from Mirissa to Kalutara. Both were always on time and very friendly, cars were clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend TaxiGo to anyone visiting Sri Lanka, even with the fuel crisis Francis and his team made sure that it wouldn’t be an issue for us to travel around.

We decided to go for TaxiGo to support us on a day trip from Galle to Mirissa/Weligama and back to Galle and we were impressed by the professionalism of the driver Lahiru, cleanliness of the car and flexibility during the day. Therefore, we then started a constant communication with Francis from TaxiGo who supported us for two weeks throughout the entire country by providing driving services either for pure transfers and daily tours. Great level of service of the drivers and quick feedback on WhatsApp to manage all requests in few minutes. Extremely recommended while visiting Sri Lanka!

Booked a trip with them for 5 days. Compared their prices with many other companies but their price was the cheapest. Mr Francis, the owner was highly supportive and ensured that we enjoyed our trip. The vehicle assigned to us was in top-notch condition and the driver- Mr. Charles was very helpful. He made us visit good tourist attractions and was always on time. In addition, he took us to good Indian restaurants and also got our currency exchanged at a much higher rate as compared to the airport. Hats off to Mr. Francis and Mr. Charles for making our trip a comfortable one.

One of the few Taxi companies that was true to their advertising and standards in Sri-Lanka. The Central communication point is efficient. Often advice was provided for the customer's benefit. The vehicles were OK but the drivers all maintained a professional standard and took the shortest routes to the destinations. Arrivals were very prompt and very helpful at drop offs. No doubt the company will rise in the ranks to the top in a few years. Well done and keep up the good work. My family and I will always call your company when we visit Sri Lanka.

Francis has been an amazing driver! He drove us around with our five months old baby and made us feel super safe. He was very quick at answering my messages prior to arrival and during our stay showed us some great little insides: unique temples, waterfalls, delicious side road fruits, etc. We would highly recommend anyone to use his services! On our last few days another driver came to replace Francis called Sanjay. He was super friendly and a great fixer - he organised a visit to a spice garden, tea shop and the Geoffrey Bawa foundation.

Highly recommend traveling Sri Lanka with Francis! My friends and I only had one week in Sri Lanka and wanted to visit Ella and the coast with sightseeing in between, and Francis made the whole trip absolutely incredible. We were able to see and do so much more than we thought possible. He suggested the best routes and stops along the way and his restaurant recommendations were always amazing. Airport transfer with amazing service Francis' shuttle service was a stress free way to book our shuttle, 4 Adults and 3 children, to and from the airport during our stay in Colombo. He was in constant contact with me to check that our driver arrived on time and that everything went as planned. All for a great price. The vehicles are clean and the drivers very professional and friendly. We appreciated the reliable and safe transport on our first visit to Colombo. We can definitely recommend them for your Sri Lanka transport needs.

They fixed with me drive Colombo to kandy, first person name Francis, then Ricky, after confirmation they told me driver will come in 20 min, we checked out and stayed at the hotel lobby, unfortunately they told me driver is near and will come in 20 minutes every 15 min, at last after one hour Francis told me that he is sorry and they send mini car after 20 min, they ruined my schedule, a lot of delays in program, fortunately we take uber and get rid of this worst taxi service company

Francis was very easy to communicate with and wrote back right away. He was prompt, friendly and his car was clean and in good working order. He picked us up from the airport and took us to Galle and picked us up to Galle and brought us back to Colombo. I would recommend this taxi company to everyone. Francis made our airport pickup and transfer really quick and easy, he was in contact up until the point he picked us up. He also helped us find a new hotel as when we turned up we found out the hotel we had booked didn’t exist! He came with us to a new hotel to translate and even negotiated a discount for us with the hotel worker. Francis went over and above, thank you!

We needed a Transport from Colombo 3 to the Airport. The communication was excellent. Our driver a that day was Rik. He arrived earlier which was very good so we left in time. I messaged Francis through WhatsApp to travel from the airport to our hotel. Thusara who was our driver was excellent (was just a tad late c. 15 min) and was very helpful and told us of places to visit in Colombo. I would highly recommend their services! Amazing service. I was put at ease from the moment reached out to them on WhatsApp. I was picked up and dropped home in a comfortable vehicle with a safe driver. When I arrived in Colombo, it all went seamlessly. Very very professional, very reliable and safe. I will only use them from now on.

I like the fact was able to book through their website quickly. The price was little high compare to what I got hired from airport. The van was not in good condition. Even though I paid for going through the high way the maximum speed was 70kmh and most of the time was going on at 60kmh.
