This is perhaps the worst company I have ever dealt with. I set up the order online two days before arriving with my family into Moscow. They have a decent online process, and sent me two email confirmations. The price looked decent. They also sent me numbers for texting and calling. The day of the trip I tried to contact them to confirm. BOTH numbers were temporarily disconnected. That was a huge alarm, I sent them an email and waited for a reply. None came. I thought about canceling with them and ordering with another company, and I later regretted that I didn't do that. No driver showed up when I got to the airport. I had four kids with me, and had to scramble for transportation. I tried calling Mario, but numbers were still out. I emailed them - nothing. I ended up taking the train from the airport and arranging a transfer with another company from the station. They have never sent me an apology or anything. Just a bunch of thugs with a website. Don't risk it with them. Update: Wow, after many emails, SMS, and calls went unanswered, this review sure got them communicating! Slightly to their credit they offered me a free transfer. To their discredit, they have continually blamed me for their non-show, even though it is clearly their fault. It is almost comical to read - they keep making up new reasons why this is my fault. This interaction reconfirmed to me that this is a company not worth dealing with. This review is offered without any malice towards this company at all. I just want to warn would-be travelers to stay away! I have made many, many trips to Russia (I used to live there) and used many different transfer companies. In my vast experience, this is the worst company there.

I know Russian taxi very well, as my wife is Russian. my advice to all foreigners. NEVER EVER book a taxi use METRO.
