I visited this Franchise Outlet of Tea Post today evening. I ordered Ginger Gud Chai and asked the staff to put a little bit of elaichi also....They just plainly refused to add it...They said it's against company policy. It's ridiculous answer. Then I asked to Prepare Ginger-Lime ICE Tea, It was out of Stock.... another shock, I just wanted to leave without anything...but then I finally ordered ICE Crusher - Ginger and Lime...It was pathetic with little taste of Ginger/Lime in it...Just plane flavoured water it seems. Finally I asked them to provide me with Straw...Again it was denied. So Horrible Experience today, Will never visit Tea Post again.

Came here for a meeting with a client. While we were discussing these guy pops up and asks to place order and we said we will obviously place order in a while. To my horror this guy turns off the fan immediately and rudely says that the fan will be turned on once you place order. Like how rude can you be towards your customer. This is not the first time I have been to tea post. Been to many branches of tea post but never got treated this rudely. My suggestion…. NOT RECOMMENDED. They don’t have the basic courtesy or behaviour basics on how to treat customers or how to talk to them. Avoid this place there are far better options near by.

It a very good place to hangout with friends. The environment is good and they provide comfortable chairs and sofas where you can eat , work or hangout. Various flavors of Indian tea is served here along with other shakes, coffee and food. They do serve a good quality food indeed, however the prices are bit higher as compared to outside. A single tea ranges from rs55 to 70 and foods are of price range between 100 to 400rs. I tried a paneer wrap there which was very good and fresh , I would recommend anyone visiting there to try this. Apart from the prices, the place is overall very good for chilling and relaxment

Tea was average. The food okay. I think they have to be more professional and polite when they are telling someone to sit somewhere else. They were like if you are 2 then sit on the table, which have two sitting only. Understood their behavior because they dont have much space n table and obviously, people are not going to sit besides someone else. You can enjoy this place there is very little crowd - reason not so specious but have good ambiance. Also tea post is something you are not going for good food but for good talk so better dont expect so good food and even tea.

We had Zafran tea. Did not taste anything special. Their gud chai is much better. And we tried kavo tea. That was simply inedible. Could not even make out the taste.

If you are in a good mood and wanna enhance it with a good cup of Tea, NEVER EVER VISIT THIS PLACE! The only thing good here is the interior of the cafe. Note down the bad things: 1) Chai is watery and Highly over priced. 2) Staff attitude is like they don't care about you. 3) Most of the noise in the cafe was made by the loud chit chatting and playing and laughing of the staff and all the customers kept looking at them. 4) The zafran chai that we ordered did not taste like Chai nor did it have the zafrani flavour. WORST PLACE I'VE VISITED IN AHMEDABAD!!

Service is unprofessional. Visited on 03.06.2023. I ordered a coffee by sitting on a table for 6 persons. But we were only 2 persons, due to space available we sat on a table for 6. Nobody came to assist for seat. But while we were having coffee, we were asked to shift to another table rudely, which was very unprofessional behaviour from the staff. As we are paying much higher price for the coffee only for ambiance and service. I expect this not to be repeated in future.

We had gone and immediately had ordered our items. After finishing the items , we were talking for a bit . After some time , the employees/manager starts harassing repeatedly to get up . Many people had come before us and were simply chatting . They had not even given their order yet. Our only fault was that we had given order immediately. We go there frequently so it was quite disappointing that this happened. Wouldnt go there again. Basically they expect us to go and sit and give order after 1-2 hours then its ok.

Whenever i go , at cafe or any restaurant, firstly I notice seating area , comfort zone , wall or anything unique and it was is very nice here. The seating area for group or for 2-3 people, with vibe , the sofa with cushion and and and everything. Generally I don't drink tea but I have ordered elaichi one and taste was very nice. I must say they are having very good collection of bollywood songs.

Nobody care of it. - Authorised persons were looking only to save money as they start Air Conditioner as per the customer occupancy. - Inside atmosphere was very warm and humid. - Don't know why they charge for parcel? That is very pathetic - Wash area was very very rediculous, it smells like typical Indian public toilets.

Nice place to chill n enjoy a cup of tea/coffee with Verity of snacks. But on the rushy day they won't allow you to seat after you finish your tea.

The person who takes order is very rude. No sense of handling customers at all I just tried to sit comfortably and the waiter scolded in front of everyone that don’t shift chairs.would never go there again and will not recommend anyone the same. Hope this helps someone from being scolded!!! Rather enjoy tea somewhere else.

We went here for mid afternoon chai. Spent about half an hour in this cosy, quiet cafe. We had cold coffee and ginger tea. Both were nice. Tea post is great for sitting with friends and family and little pricey for normal teas and snacks.

Perfect palace for hangout with friends and family.also good for couple.must try Ginger+phudina+ gud vali tea with khacho photo available below. SUGGESTION: REQUIRE TO UPGRADE STAFF .BILLING MAN DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IM LOOKING FOR.

We tried hot chocolate & Cold coffee & found both equally good but the cafe smells of some kind of greasy & creamy stuff which spoils the overall ambience. The genral idea of spending a good time with friends doesn't get served well.

Not a worthy option you will find better tea points in locality. Ambience is good & there is enough space available for vibing. Probably a good place for your 1st date. Sandwiches are much better than other things.

Must try the Cinnamon Tea and Ginger& Pudina Tea. Nice ambience for Chai enthusiasts. The Only thing that bugged me was the little couches which were too low in height for a tall person to sit comfortably.

Finally a nice place in the locality to have a good time. Loved the vibe, taste and ofcourse the quantity of the food at this price. Try their Hot Vanila Coffee ☕. Good staff and friendly owner.

Plethora of options to explore if you are not looking to heavily gorge into the main course meal. Classical ban maska with masala chai stands out along with other available exotic options.

They try to save cost by not turning on all the ACs. Many times we need to ask them to turn on the AC. The taste is consistent. One can order and chill with friends here.

Nice hangout place. Item prices are worth as they are giving closed ambience with air conditioning. Good taste. Indian Masala tea is too good.

Nice place to go, they excel at teas as the name suggests. Although, it can get quite noisy as it's like a big hall without noise absorption.

Apni chai ki dukaan has issues with the ventilation inside the shop area. The air smell is too pungent as it stuck with the clothes for days.

Good replacement of CCD in the area. Food is ok & mostly fusion. Little crowded due to the location.
