This review has been long overdue because Tea Break is just one of the best thing that ever happens to me in Dubai :-) They serve great food with a very affordable price and that is very essential to expats like me who is always living a very fast paced daily working life. Their delivery is fast and if you decide to dine-in their service is also fast not to mention they have a very great team in the Cluster F JLT Branch. Shout out to Ms. Ayabi, she is the most friendly and fun jolly cashier everrrr. Shout out to Mr. Shan who is also the friendliest delivery boy ever... I hope you guys will continue bringing the best food and service here in JLT! Kudos to all of you guys

A busy tucked away tea stall in Cluster F. A place for a quick snack any time and hot fresh sugar loaded glorified tea. The snacks on display at the counter are expensive. However other snacks from the menu are priced well. There is limited seating inside the restaurant, if you dare to sit under hot air from the AC. There are some tables outside, where it is pleasant during the winter months. Otherwise the inside and outside are the same in the summer months. The food is ok and great spot for a quick tea break. Staff are always busy and helpful.

Hi All I m here not posting about taste bcz taste is very good for everything But there r two girls working at shop i think one is african and one filipino type both r very lazy if there is bit rush at shop both r not listening both r losing confidence and second customer taking order first and first customer taking order late Why i m sharing this bcz almost daily i m going for tea or sandwich since 10 days happening like that which i share Hope they will see this review and they should work with fully confidence and concentrate

Tried their Signature Burger twice, cannot say I'm disappointed. Their menu has some of the most affordable, and (hopefully) delicious choices. It's honestly a good replacement for all the other fast-food restaurants such as McDonalds since the taste and price is jawdropping in my opinion. The only downside I can see in eating at Teabreak would be the very small sitting area, other than that, I would recommend anyone who has an appetite for a burger to come down to Teabreak.

It’s my everyday visit! Whenever I feel hungry or tired I come down from office everyone is so welcomed by quick service and food are xoo delicious. Cashier lady is very nice she always recommend me good foods and beverag I used to follow her advice, never make me disappointed ☺️

Food is good for the price. The new lady at the cash counter really needs to be trained at customer service. She probably doesn't like her job

Good Breads, sandwiches, burgers etc. Small restaurant. Not too crowded during day time. Meanwhile moderate crowded during evenings. Reasonable prices when compared to all other cafeteria nearby. They have cheapest porotta sandwiches (oman chips) at JLT

If you're looking for a place that serves good, reasonably priced food with nice packaging then tea break is definitely a winner. Prices are very reasonable and I actually like their food. Keep in mind you're not ordering wagyu burgers, more like cafeteria style.

Service is non existent and there is a particularly grumpy female server they should train. Food though is great and good price. Wish the tea was stronger and less milky. Hoping they can include more healthy options like low calorie sandwiches.

I am a regular customer for Tea Break JLT for dine in and delivery. Service is really slow. 6 out 10 time my order is late. Just today, waited more then 20 min for my omelet paratha order before canceling it. Customer who came after me …

Quality of Tea break's food is not as good anymore. The burger is so dry and the fries tasted like it was cooked the previous day. Smoothie was all whip cream. Kinda disappointed and not worth the money anymore.

Very bad fresh juice, when ordering juice they are bringing water juice. 99% water and 1% amazing. Even when try to talk with manager, he is not talk normal, not friendly stuff. …

Semi pulled chicken was very testy and spicy. But potato with cheddar chees was not much tasty, it test like cooked with coconut oil. Thanks for quick delivery and nice packaging.

This is my second time to choose the breakfast! And recommend the egg mushroom sandwich & Karak tea without sugar for you ！The sandwiches are full of juice ！yummy ,and tasty ！

Undoubtedly there food is great but service not sure, min order of AED 20 just to deliver to another cluster just across the road.

we always come here for their tea I like their saffron tea and their egg paratha the kids love their french fries as well

Egg parata is very nice n one of the cashier from Miyanmar girl very friendly n her service good..

Horrible signature burger I advice to never try it. It looks good but tastes horrible !!!!
