My niece and I arrived at your establishment about 20 minutes before closing in hopes to satisfy our boba craving along with the rest of our family. Your hours on your door show closing at 8pm on Sundays and so do your hours online. We shouldn’t have been turned away before closing time but unfortunately we were. We were told by your employees that they’re closed because they close early on Sundays. Well, it was barely 8pm. Idk if this is normal practice but as an individual who has years of experience in customer service, this was a horrible experience. Sadly, our boba cravings weren’t satisfied on this fine Sunday and your establishment lost out on a large order. I normally don’t write reviews but I hope this review will either 1, change the hours to your establishment or 2, close when you’re suppose to close.

Worst milk tea shop. I'm a fan of boba tea so I frequent a few shops and, unfortunately, decided to try this one on my birthday. Gross. The tapioca pearls are not the same consistency or flavor of the quality tea shops around San Antonio, like Brew's Lee Tea or Kung Fu Tea- they're too mushy and tasted off, like they were made from low quality ingredients or were old. Cashier admitted that they make a batch every morning and if they're a bad batch then the whole of the day's boba is nasty. The manager/ owner is rude, belligerent, and unprofessional. Proceeded to discredit the cashier/tea maker and say they DO make a new batch every few hours of the day. Insists the problems with low quality of her product is the personal taste of others. Will be avoiding from now on.

My absolute favorite place. The Thai tea is real Thai tea. They brew it for like 24 hours!! It isn't a powder! The boba is never hard or weird and everyone there knows my order as soon as I walk in. The service is awesome and the place is really clean. I'd go here to study with friends during the day if it were closer to me. The temperature is always good, too. I think you'll die if you sit outside, in front. Nearby is HEB marketplace and Fuddruckers. The drinks here are seriously the freshest I've found anywhere and they allow you to do annoying things like use 5 stevia and no sugar or just a little bit of sugar or extra sugar, so this place is great for diabetics (just avoid the normal boba) and those watching their sugar intake.

Great boba! Most of the time service is great! The workers are always busy which is maybe why they don’t smile much and make you feel welcomed for stopping in. I’ve come in so many times here and I have yet to feel that “happy workers/happy place vibe”. I’m a HUGE supporter and fan of businesses that make you feel welcomed. (As you can prob notice in my reviews) It can make or break a place you know? We spend our hard earned money and would just like a little warm welcome. I get it, most of the workers being high school kids, it could be their first jobs or just not happy. Who knows. But take some pride where you work! It will go a long way. Great service comes first anywhere and it would complete that 5th star.

I've been coming here for YEARS, since around 2018 or earlier I want to think. What I like is the large variety of drinks from coffees, to green or black tea and even juice/fruit drinks for a more summer-y feel. You can also customize your sugar, tapioca and add a couple extras. I do think the prices are a tad bit high compared to other places I've shopped at for the base drink but if you find THE drink you like here, its definitely worth it.

The guy ignored me then when I got him to listen I paid for my order after I pay he says oh your going to have to wait 10 minutes I for got to tell you we are cooking the tapioca he then says I can refund you and charge the card again I then tell him really that will be 7 to 10 business days to get that back he then says ya like he is stoned. Then they make my order wrong thinking I would not see the tapioca not in the drink who the hell do they have working here the service sucks don't go here what ever you do you might as well go to HEB and just get a soda at least you will not have to deal with a bunch of guys acting like they are stoned serving you

Cashier was very friendly & helpful. He let us know the difference between the categories & also which ones were more popular to help us decide. Busy busy busy place, which tells you they have good products. Drinks were flavorful and delicious. If you like boba or pudding I think there’s less in Each drink compared to other places, but the drinks are tasty. We ordered #69 Mango cream blend with strawberry poppers & #18 Black sugar milk tea with egg pudding. Nice clean place & the drinks were ready super fast!!! My first time going my daughter suggested we get something yum. She has been there before and knew what to order it took me a few minutes. One thing I did like was how nice the employees were and how clean the place was. I ordered the strawberry lime slush and added the mini pineapples things at the bottom. Will never do that again it made to sweet. I guess you don't have really have to add it. The price is reasonable for the size cups you get. Also I was wondering how did they get the plastics on top of the cup it was just fascinating. I will go again but don't think I will add those things at the bottom.

Graciously friendly staff and service! Came in as a group. Was greeted very courteously and was amazed by the amount of selections they had. This milk tea place had the most I’ve ever seen on their menu. I had ordered a large Taro milk tea (no ice) with red bean and didn’t realize I didn’t get the red bean in it until one of the staff caught the mistake and offered me complimentary macaroons. Interior was clean and set up nicely. Chairs were comfortable to sit for extended periods of time. Also, the vibe felt very casual.

Last thing I need is one of the workers to be rude. I always get the same drink here, Vietnamese coffee with just a BIT less condensed milk. For some reason today it was like I spoke another language to them. I said, “that’s strange, I’ve always gotten that drink no problem and I come here often” for him to reply “We’ll I’ve worked here a long time and we’ve never done that.” It’s really not that hard of a task at all. It wasn’t a problem with the drink, but the response. Maybe if the worker didn’t have an attitude they wouldn’t have lost the sale. I’ll find another local boba shop.

Extremely rude staff. Walked in and the cashier began yelling at me. He wasn't just speaking loudly, he was yelling at me asking if I had a mask. When I politely told him I didn't he yelled they wouldn't serve me without 1. I explained I have been vaccinated, I have a medical exemption, and I had covid in February. I offered to give proof. He yelled it didn't matter and he wasn't going to serve me. I have never experienced anything like this. I am calling their main office to report it.

UPDATE 9/2023: Lately the boba has been really tough & chewy. I'm not sure what's caused this sudden change in texture, but it's happened the last four visits. The drinks and flavors are amazing, but the boba needs to step up in texture and quality. For this, my rating has dropped to ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Very tasty destination! I'm a fan. Super close to the grocery store so it's a great stop on the way home from grocery shopping. You can get the flavors that are on the board of which there are many. Or you can do it I did and mix a whole bunch of them together. I got chocolate banana and peanut butter smoothie. They have smoothie , tea, coffee's, energy drinks, snacks, and quite a few other drinks. I specifically went for the smoothie and it was delicious. You get quite a bit and the service is fast.

The drink was okay. I was more upset with the service. When a customer comes in that is new to the store your employees should be more will to help them when they ask what popular drinks are or ideas about trying something. The clerk was and short with the gentleman and clearly seemed annoyed by him enough that I noticed. There is nothing worse then walking in to an establishment where the employees are less then happy for you to be there.

Absolutely love coming here!!! The tea is so delicious!!!! I'll treat myself here and there when I can and I love the punch cards to earn a free tea. My absolute favorite place to go when I can and love the cool theme and colors inside and love that you can hang out and play games with friends or family! This place is awesome!!!!! My favorite flavors are definitely the Thai cream tea and the cream green tea! ❤

The vibe was good, and so was the tea. They also had games that you could pay in the corner and my two drinks were done before I could even sit down. The only reason I don't give it five starts is the table had a bit of trash on it and the chairs at a couple tables were a bit everywhere. Very bad experience will never go back again to their stores. I walked in and instead of being greeted I was asked if I had a mask. I said I did not and was told I would need a mask to be served. I asked why and was told that's the way it is. He offered a mask but I was already annoyed with their rudeness. You are not the only ones that serve boba tea so you can keep your tea. I will take my business somewhere else

I LOVE this cafe! The staff is always friendly, there are board games you can play either while you wait or if you decide to enjoy your beverages on site, and seating outside as well. The decor is trendy yet minimalist, and every drink I've tried is fantastic. You can also get energy drinks and bottled water for on-the-go, and even little brightly colored macaroons to enjoy with your boba tea! A great cafe to try!

My drink was amazing, however the low rating is for the staff. They were very, very rude. The girl was on her phone while taking my order, literally scrolling through her facebook. When if came time to pay she didn't tell me my price until I asked her, and even then she mumbled it! The girl who called out my drink literally said "here" and walked away! Changes need to be made, given how great yalls drinks are!

We love tealicious the customer service is great here, the only downfall at this location is the have supply issues often. Several times we have gone they are out of tapioca pearls, no boba of any kind or equipment is down. I know things happen so we still go and they will be able to fill our order. The drinks are always delicious and the service is good. Even with issues they are still a good location.

Strawberry black tea was extremely bitter, gave me a stomach ache. The brown sugar milk tea was very strong and not very good. Actual boba was sticky and too soft so overall not a great experience! Wouldn’t recommend and would get a refund definitely ps originally gave us the wrong drink. I’ve tried many boba places and this isn’t the one to go to.

Definitely one of my favorite boba tea joints in San Antonio. The varieties of flavors are amazing. I usually get flavors centered around avocado or taro. The avocado coffee cream blend was delicious. Sounds weird but it was a great combo and I would have never been able to make that flavor up on my own (I think). Having it on the menu made it easy to try something new.

My 1st time and loved it. Its different with the boba balls but i got the mocha icecream Coffee blend w/ boba. Gave me a burstful pickup! Oh my kid likes it too! The staff was nice and quick and the place was very clean. They did and do require masks still and also have a protective guard between customer and staff as well as tape on floor for safe distancing.

OMG if you have not tried their watermelon slush, you have to try it! Also love their teas, boba was delicious, and their macaroons were absolute perfection! Everything tastes so fresh! We came here with our grown and young kids and had a great time sampling each other's drinks, playing board games, and spending time together. I highly recommend it!!

We have ordered delivery from here before but since I was out and about while in the area I thought I would stop by. Staff was friendly, location is clean and well kept. The Boba tea is super delicious. Wish there was more uniquely different food or drink in the region besides burgers and tacos.

This place is amazing and has so many varieties of drinks that you're guaranteed to find something you like. It's a warm and friendly atmosphere with board games to play if you want to hang out. Their boba tea is one of the best in town, and I love that they have snacks like macarons and other pastries brought in from local bakeries. Super yummy!

First time able to stop by. It is my birthday. The atmosphere is calming, a long with the music. So glad I made time today. They even have board games. So cool. You should stop by. Love my Avocado chocolate creme ( non-dairy). And you can ask for the punch cards so you can get a free drink when filled up. And you can use @ 3 locations.

The boba cream tea was really thick and the Tapioca felt hard and chewy more like a pellet, my wife threw up immediately in the restroom. I threw up the next morning, our friend got a normal tea and was fine

Not many boba tea shops offer jackfruit smoothies so I was excited to order it. Unfortunately, it was a pale yellow drink that just tasted like blended cream and ice. I'm very sad that the staff refused to add more jackfruit or offer to replace the drink. What should've been an enjoyable drink came out tasting like disappointment.

This place i had been there one time coming in from out of town, and this will not ever be my last time either. It was the best. I took a special drive 1.5 away from home to find it was closed. But if you get the coconut smoothie with the orbs you will just want to go back for more..... =) Trust me you wont be dissappointed

When I got there, the service was horrible. They didn’t even know their own menu. I kept asking if they had a flavor that they had on their online menu, and they didn’t even know what I was talking about. Honestly my drink was not even cold and way too sugary. A waste of my 20$ for me since I had bought for my whole family.

Literally would give a zero stars but the drink i got was good. The chunky dude at the register was so unwelcoming and rushed me to order something. First time there and I probably won't be back. Recommending people to spend your money at the HEB next door or anywhere else that would apperciate you and your money.

The Hazzel Nut Cream Blend is my favorite but they have so many drinks that you might want to order a different one everytime. Well that's what we do, lol. I highly recommend this place. The Watermelon boba tea tastes like drinking an actual watermelon, which is great for 100+ degree Texas heat, but all of them are delicious!

I went to this place years ago with a friend and they had boba in their tea and bigger sizes then. I'm willing to accept maybe error on my part on maybe not seeing a second size option, but I've been here twice since and they don't seem to add boba anymore and I've ordered the exact drink every time.

When I saw that store for the first time, I was excited buying drink before going to HEB, but unfortunately I didn't like island cooler strawberry, it was super sweet and even I sipped once. My wife didn't like it too. I couldn't finish it. Wouldn't recommend! Also, young cashier is not friendly.

So it’s Wednesday and the time says closing time is 9pm. I was there at 8:26 pm and they refused service. That’s more than 30 mins before closing time. Either they ran out of product which i understand or they just didn’t want to serve anyone. These employees really need to do better next time.

Their teas are good, but sometimes they make them too sweet. A lot of the time this location is out of boba pearls by 6:30ish. If you come, try the tapioca cream tea, watermelon ice blend w/jelly, strawberry & banana ice blend, or thai tea w/tapioca. Didnt really like the passion fruit tea.

Great service and the products were very very good!! Would like to see different sizes of drinks.

This is my absolute favorite boba tea spot! All their flavors are sooo good. I love the strawberry. The taro is great too. I've been coming here for the last year and have never been disappointed. Nowhere else compares in my opinion. If you haven't tried this place you really should.

I'm crazy about their boba tea, I prefer their taro cream blend! I tried their mochi and it was pretty tasty! They also have a huge, HUGE variety of drinks hot and cold and so many ways to customize it! I think it may very well be my new favorite spot to go for boba tea.

Some drinks are spot on. But my last two, they didn't get the syrup ratios right which caused them to be very bitter. Also,the tapioca pearls' consistency has been all over the place. Boba shops are startinpg to pop up all over, and I'd recommend finding another one.

Definitely a great location to get some refreshing boba tea and more! Tealicious Cafe off of 410 near 151 offers a bubble tea flavor selection that trumps most others. The atmosphere is great for a bit of lounging.Their tea was flavorful and delicious.

They are a little on the price you side but you get well worth your money with flavor and tastever and taste and the size is nothing to complain about either They have a whole bunch of mixtures and add on. Highly recommended for an enjoyable snack.

Went here for the first time today and I loved it! The woman who helped us was incredibly sweet and the boba tea was delicious! I’ll definitely be back!

It was my first experience with bubble tea, thanks to my granddaughter! The selections are Amazing! It was absolutely delicious....can't wait to return.
