It is my pleasure to give a recommendation to Team Roofing. I had several quotes from other roofing companies. But once I meet the salesman Branden he worked really hard to get me to a price I could afford. He was professional and really worked on behalf with financing. Then there was Terry who was the supervisor of the crew that put on my roof. I was surprised that they came at the scheduled time that was agreed upon. No one was late. The crew was very professional, they let me know what was going to happen at each stage. We did have an issue with one of my skylights that had to be fixed. That led to some water damage. Candice with Customer Service called to come and look at the damage. Then the next day, their painting crew can and corrected all the water stains from the skylight. Now I have a roof no leaks, and looks just like the shingles I picked out. If you are looking for a company that puts customers first. I suggest you contact Team Roofing.

I have to say, the first time anyone works with a company or uses their services, you're a bit apprehensive about the experience you will have. Thanks to Brandon Bower and Duane Moore, the experience I had with Team Roofing was very pleasant and successful. Brandon is an expert, a family man and a kind soul. Not only did he patiently break down the whole process of fixing our roof step by step, he arrived with a dog in his car who had been abandoned on the side of the road that he had rescued. Duane and his team arrived promptly and were on my roof at 7am, finished by 5pm. Instead of other supervisors who might not live up to the responsibilities of the role, Duane ensured top notch quality of work by supervising from on top of the roof, balanced on a bundle of shingles on the ridge of the house 10/10 I would highly recommend using this company for your projects,as they not only met ,but exceeded expectations. This was a well balanced team with very good management. The project manager and crew chief were both clearly well versed in their jobs as the crew worked very efficiently. They arrived at 0700 and finished just before 1700. The crew members were polite and respectful (on the rare occasions I spoke to them because they were constantly working) and they definitely knew what they were doing. There was even one person dedicated to removing small debris as the job progressed and by the time they left, accept for the new roof, you would not have know they were ever there. Great job! I have already recommended them to someone else and will continue to do so.

I did some research using home advisor. They provided me with two companies and I also reached out to the company that put my last roof on. Andrew, Greg, Adonis, and everyone I interacted with made the difference between the 3 companies. Cost was acceptable. Workmanship and quality was second to none. The material was top of the line. With any job, you run across things that you did not plan or budget for. They worked with me and made suggestions and provided options. At the end of the day, I am 100% satisfied and would highly recommend Team Roofing to not only my family and friends, but anyone who is in need to roofing. Thanks Team Roofing!!!

Zach represented Team Roofing excellently. His explanation of the work that would be completed, in addition to showing the types of materials that would be used and and why those materials are beneficial, made us feel that this was the company to go with. He actually climbed to go on top of the roof. He showed both pictures and video. Some others offered to give an estimate based off aerial views. Presentation is everything and Zach's presentation sold us. Let's just hope the work is just as good as the spill! Only because the work has not yet been completed is why I give four stars. But the presentation was a 10, thanks Zach!!!

The men completed my roof on house, shed, bay window&A/C in one day. WOW! Besides the fact that they HAND NAILED and had to protect 2 sky lights & a roof hatch. I couldn't ask for a better crew & the recent rain showed no leaks besides. They are the BEST. I especially liked Thomas Harville who proved to be a very competent project manager & made all the right moves. He was very impressive the way he controlled the project. The roofing team arrived and started working non-stop until lunch time. They didn't make any unnecessary noise or horse playing around. They even cleaned up after themselves and put everything as they found it. After the completion of the job they left and Joshua the roof expert came to do a walk through and make sure everything was completed correctly, which it was. I definitely recommend this company. Joshua displayed professionalism and he wore his mask and was social distancing when he interacted with me. I would like to add that even though it is not expected, it was nice to see Joshua building rapport with me!

The sales rep, Brandon Bower, was straightforward and responsive to my questions and concerns. The project manager, Dwayne Moore, worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly, putting in his own time to make sure the job site (aka my home and yard) was cleaned up during and at the end of the work. Most importantly, to me at least, they stuck with their original estimate for the work done. There was a hiccup with the gutter replacement guys showing up to do the work unannounced, but this was a simple miscommunication and they were very apologetic. I'd recommend Team Roofing.

I chose Team Roofing for a new roof and interior water damage repair. The salesman came with samples of all of the roofing materials that would be used and explained how they would be used. It was very helpful. We set the date and the workers came out on time, finished and the clean up was immaculate. The water damage for the interior has been corrected professionally and timely. The ceilings are beautiful and look better than the original construction. The project managers have kept me up to date every step of the way and are very professional. I highly recommend this company.

We chose Team Roofing to replace the roof on our lake house based on their great reviews. We were not disappointed. We chose a blue metal and it turned out beautiful! Vega, our project manager was wonderful to work with. I feel like he went above and beyond my expectations. He communicated with us very well, every step of the way. He made sure everything was exactly like we wanted it to be before they wrapped up the job. It looks fabulous! I would definitely recommend Team Roofing.

They're refusing to look at our roof that's leaking only 1 year after installation. Their technician, Dwayne, is refusing to get on the roof because he doesn't have a 32' ladder. Team Roofing also asked for $8000 before laying a single shingle, and installed an antiquated product (3 tab shingle). Spend your money elsewhere. I'm not surprised this roof is failing do soon. They've been unethical from the beginning.

Team Roofing recently replaced our roof. We are very happy! We had some water damage that Required some repairs...they repaired it..Team Roofing has great integrity and will not do a job half way.. Yes it was a little more, but we now know we have structural integrity, and the roof will last. Great quality, great service, and we had a great team working on our home. Thanks guys! I I had a new roof and gutters installed with team roofing.they made what could have been a very stressful situation into something that was very easy to deal with.the only negative thing I have to say is sometimes the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. I would definitely use them again and have no problem recommending them.

Very good experience from the initial sales call all the way to the finished job. The crew arrived when they said they would. Protected the entire perimeter around the house with tarps and got to work. Amazing to watch them in action. They actually got done earlier than their estimated time. Excellent job cleaning up the property.
