One of the most expensive but worst managed HOA. I have to call every month to remind them they have job to do. it take at least few weeks when I threaten them I will stop playing me Dues if you don't bring your Ass to clean this she'd. I know value of my house goes down for this good reviews. I have kids and I have seen snacks and weird animals coming out of this bushes. They are deaf and blind they don't seem to listen.

I live around the neighborhood and I can't tell you how convenient this place is when looking for the nearest burger place. I'm from the deep part of Texas and I had never eaten at this place before. Now I enjoy grabbing something on the go from here. A nice detail I can give is they ask if you'll be eating in your car so they can set you up with a nice to go tray. Amazing staff and really fast!

Great service. Quick. Very clean facilities Ive been there countless times morning noon and night. Every experience has been top notch and what every fast food establishment should aspire to be. The food is always cooked perfectly. Made to order, never have had an order come back wrong. I recommend the double - double meal with fries and a pink lemonade.

There is a great HEB at tech ridge and the manager is very well put together, Helpful, and kind. There is also subs, pizza, twin liquor (great staff) MOD pizza (great staff as well), and a number of other small businesses. It's clean and safe with decent lighting at night.

I was so pleased to find every person at this office to be very helpful and could answer all my questions as a non insurance person . I had a kind of painful tooth emergency and I was seen promptly . I am on the journey now to meeting all of my dental needs with Dr. MA

New auto fueling facility with reasonably good access off I-35 with good parking. No large semi trucks. Following the trend by including a kitchen offering fried foods and the food seems popular. Or perhaps just convenient. Wide selection of soft drinks and cheap.

Very clean. Still quite new and looks as it should as well! The service was nice but average at my visits. The food was well made but for whatever reason seems to lock a certain something-something from the original California chain locations. Got me!?

This was my 2nd time eating at this location and this last time the burgers tasted funny. I asked my friend if his tasted funny as well and he agreed. The last time I ate there was years ago and the food was good. I hope this was a one time instance.

Pretty much a good load of stores and restaurants In enjoy only few complaints would be subway service, in and out just not my taste and chick-fil-a crazy lines although there food make up for it so I put up with the long lines

All the people that work there are really nice and I'm glad there's an in n out in cedar park. It's always busy right when you feel like eating there but it's well worth the wait.

I stopped by for a little meal from In-N-Out. The experience from food quality and taste to customer service from staff was A1. Give it a try sometime! 5/5 stars!

54th Street Restaurant pickup service was excellent. I called and brought out my order in 2 minutes. Perfect service and the food is always good too.

We got 2 double doubles and 2 chocolate shakes and it was only $16 dollars and some change. not bad, food was Fabulous!! …

It has HEB, Pinstack, indian restaurant, fast food chains like MOD, Subway, In n out, Panda Express, Salon, Clinics! All at one stop.

In-N-Out has stepped up its game over the last year or two. There burgers have that nice crunch to them and baste great! Keep it up!

This to me is referred to as the HEB shopping center. The other shops are great to go to after or before shopping at HEB.

Wonderful collection of stores! Nice and convenient. We always go to the HEB here. Lots of available parking too.

Burger is nice, would be 5 stars with BBQ sauce. But fries suck, greasy and mushy with a strange aftertaste.
