Though it's easier than going to doc it's not near as simple as every other online teledoc I've used. After you fill out info form,, sign up, pick& pay for either the $39.95 mon. membership , the $295 yearly or the one time only appointment for $59.95 you are provided a link to create your account, fill out all your medical history,medications,family medical history, add other family members & do the same for them, upload your driver's license photo & a photo of yourself& you then request an appointment through their messaging system at which time you provide them your payment confirmation & they provide you with your membership# & a number to call . You call the number & tell them the reason for needing to speak with doctor& give them the membership number you were provided. They tell you they have put in a request to doctor & tell you the doctor will call you back within the hour. It's usually pretty soon after that the doctor calls. That's your appointment & only if the doctor needs to will you have to send pictures or speak to the doc through video call. Once finished that's it. Now FYI, if you have any problems after your appt. & Need to speak to the doc. Again within a 7 day period,well...you can't! They don't do "back to back" appts despite saying your membership is for unlimited visits for whole family 365 days 24/7. They will tell you if you have any issues after talking to doc for you to go to urgent care or E.R. it's false advertising &a SCAM! There are plenty of other online teledoc services like k-health, plushcare, webmd & others that have a much easier process for signing up,making appointments,talking to doctor,and do so for the same monthly cost of 39.95 for whole family &some are even cheaper, like in the case of K-HEALTH.The thing I like about k-health is that I don't have to talk to anyone on the phone to schedule or talk to doc unless. I just want to speak to the doc.. k-health does everything through their apps messaging system unless the doc needs more info or to speak to you or see you or you request it. My biggest complaint with Telerain MD is when I had to cancel my membership after my husband was laid off from his job of 16, yrs .I told the CSR why I needed to cancel my membership& that this months payment had just gone through but I needed to cancel any future charges since we suddenly lost our income. I told him when our family gets back on our financial feet,then I might come back. He tried to get me to stay & said they could discount my membership to only $20, a month from now on. I told him I couldn't as we don't know what the future holds for us&I needed every penny we have at the moment. Then he tells me that in order to cancel my membership I HAVE TO pay the monthly membership fee of $39.95 after which he could provide me with a cancellation. I asked him why when I literally just had a payment go through for the month & still have 28 days of service. I told him I read their policies& terms of service & cancellation & nothing said anything about having to lay ANOTHER months worth just to cancel. He told me if I didn't then I would continue to be charged monthly. I went ahead and did it but plan to dispute it with my bank as I went afterwards & re-read their service& cancellation agreement & again,NOTHING about charging to cancel. Oh& btw those 28 days left of what I already paid for before having to pay another 39.95, well once cancelled that it,you can't use the remaining days left of membership you pay for. I've never heard of any company doing this with teledoc services. During the plandemic I've tried & used SEVERAL different types of online teledocs as I have major health issues &can't be without certain medications&treatments. Every other teledoc co. membership had simple process for everything even cancellation, no fee to cancel,& after cancelling however many days prior to cancelling those days could be used for their services till the last day. So I give 1*for lack of simplicity from signup,making appt. To Canceling&false advertising. There are plenty of other companies

UPDATE: 10/01/2020. REFUND THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE!! I called the phone number in Telerain'MD's response to the previous review. Another rude representative picked the call, lecturing me on how it's not their fault if the wrongly prescribed medication was expensive. While I was responding that it's not that the medicine was expensive but that it was not useful because the prescription was for treating another condition entirely, he hung up... Wow! worst customer service ever!!! Jordan from TelerainMD called back few minutes later and said the billing department will call me. This is day two after that conversation-no one has called me from TelerainMD. TelerainMD, make good your word as written on your website!! I'm greatly dissatisfied with your service. Refund my subscription fee and remove my credit card from your monthly charge. That's all!!. I don't need your business and don't have the time waiting on calls that will never come. At the pharmacy it was another medicated shampoo entirely that I was given.I called the TelerainMD managerial number and the best the guy that picked the call could say was ''there is nothing more we can do for you at this moment.Use the shampoo or if you don't believe in our treatment plan,see a Dr in person''.Seriously!!,that is a 270 dollars worth of shampoo with instructions for use on a scalp dandruff which was not the condition the doctor diagnosed.It was a fungal skin infection and I'm supposed to use the shampoo on a scalp that is healthy Thank you for nothing,whoever you are that picked that call.We have our pediatrician alright,it's because they are booked till next week and my week is busy that I resolved to try this video consultation to get an early treatment for my son.Worse decision ever!!! We'll be seeing our pediatrician. Such a waste of my time and money!!!

The service was very easy initially and I specified to the gentleman in the beginning I only wanted a one time visit he said that is fine so on August 28 I paid $59.99 for a one time phone visit. Today while driving in pouring rain I received a text alert from my bank saying that I was charged $39.99 for a membership for this company which I did not agree to and I stressed last month that I only one it a one time visit and I was told that the one time visit would be $59.99. I called this merchant today and they said that they can only refund $20 I was like no way I did not agree to a monthly membership and he was insisting that I did which I know I didn’t. Hello I am very pleased to have used telaranmd online doctors services today. Having suffered from a very agonizing sinus infection dilemma for the past three plus months. I found luckily the service that had given me the much needed link to a doctor I was able to receive a call from and Gain the much needed prescription to clear up the sinus infection that I am so grateful for expectations of clearing it up and regaining a more positive future indeed! Pleasantly Surprised!! I was very hesitant to use the online service, it took me a couple of hours before I finally decided to call. I am so glad I did... I knew I had an abscess tooth from all the pain and swelling in my jaw. I spoke with a very polite lady who got my medical info, after she said I would be receiving a call from the doctor. Well 45 minutes later the doctor did call just as she said he would. He was professional, quick, but also very thorough with questions about my tooth. The doctor told me he would be calling antibiotics in to the pharmacy I had gave the lady from the phone call earlier. I was very pleased after we got off the call. My experience with TelerainMD-Online Doctor was wonderful! My daughter woke up with a toothache and some swelling and it was a Saturday so neither her dentist or doctor were open and with covid I really didn't want to go into a med stop or the ER for some antibiotics, so I looked this place up and it was super easy and very well priced! Within an hour of speaking with the nurse and giving the info they needed, the doctor called me and my little girl got the antibiotics she needed! Its great because not all online doctor services will treat kids under 12, but TelerainMD-Online Doctor treats the whole family including young kids! It was very fast, easy and super convenient! I will deffinitely be using TelerainMD-Online Doctor Again if I am in another situation like this one! And I will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family!!

The TelerainMD-Online Doctor service worked fine for me - I was a first time user and was afraid to trust it at first - but upon trying it - I got the prescription I needed for an abscessed tooth so I could go to a local dentist later to have the tooth extracted. The phone operator and the Doctor were very professional and patient with me as I was very skeptical at first - but they handled my case well and made a good connection with me - they wanted me to sign up for a long term contract but I do not use medical services very often so I chose only a one month trial. If I should need this type of service again I will look up your firm again - I give you 5 stars for being patient with a very skeptical customer "Me" :)

I liked the service but then decided I really didn’t need it on a monthly basis and they tried to charge a extra 20 to just cancel. My next monthly payment wasn’t due yet, and I had just paid the monthly subscription not even two weeks ago. Also, the lady on the phone kept suggesting I leave a review and even sent a text asking for a review, so here it is. The customer service is horrible, called me so many times and I honestly believe they tried to scam me out of money. The link that was sent to cancel my service had no information on it other then 19.99 and a place for my card information.

I had an abscess in my tooth and with the holidays couldn’t get into a dentist for over a week and was in severe pain and the infection getting worse. Sign up was quick and easy and I got a response almost immediately. I described my condition and they had a doctor call me back in 90 minutes and run through my symptoms. I can now enjoy the holidays as my tooth is healing and I’ll see my dentist next week and they can take care of as infection will be gone. Perfect service as urgent care would have cost me hundreds of dollars for same result.

Let me first start by saying, I was giving Gary a hard time because I thought for sure it was a scam but I was desperate for help and let me tell you, I’m so glad I followed through with them. After calling dentist all day trying to get same day appointments for a severe tooth abscess I was desperate. Had some minor issues downloading my consultation and doctors note, but I was able to send my boss a screen shot... I had MAJOR issues with billing. Unfriendly customer service flat out refused to cancel my membership until I paid them again for the following month that I didn't need or use once, even in the midst of this global pandemic and losing my job. My simple doctor's note cost me a lot more than I wanted. Don't use this service unless you don't care about money or customer service.

My overall experience was good, I got sick with COVID and to add to it my tooth became infected within one day my tooth ache actually became abscess my mouth was swollen and I couldn’t eat. I called the the online office and was able to talk to a real doctor within 20 min and he called in a prescription to my local pharmacy and two hours later I had my antibiotics 12 hours later and my swelling has went down. It was fast and easy and I would recommend it two other people.

Massive Scam.... all the good reviews are because after they take care of you they call back and send a link saying "please post a review, right now while I'm on the line with you." I never got access to my account because they never fixed my email to sign up( only way to cancel is in the account) but had the right email for sending me receipts of payment. Big mess, called multiple times to get this fixed and they never actually do anything so you can't cancel!

We were very happy with these services. It was an easy signup process and at one point we used the consultation services at least four times over a couple months. The wait time was minimal for a provider to call back and they were engaged in our care. I didn't have any problems and it was was a good price considering the co-payments we saved and the convenience for a family of 4.
