Had a problem with my Pajero, rang up at 8 am on a Friday to be greeted by a very friendly member of the team, explained my situation and they were more than happy to have the car there straight away. I was kept up to date with what was happening and shown over the car when further problems were found with a full explanation of what was needed and costs involved. Would be more than happy to use them again.

My car stopped working on Wednesday night. Racv diagnosed the alternator had packed it in. Towed to Temby Auto following morning. The contract was excellent. All problems and costs were disclosed. Very friendly and professional. Picked up car Friday lunchtime. Very happy with this service.

Got a fuel gauge, paid for it and it failed, leaving me stranded. They refused to cover tow fees, didn't even mention l had the option to use their RACV tow. Dishonest business do not recommend their service. Seems small claims tribunal is my option.

I went to Temby to get my Roadworthy certificate today. Andrew and Michelle are great to deal with and all the staff are friendly. A couple of issues with the car, but all fixed promptly.

Unfortunately my experience with Tenby has been consistently poor. Taken 3 different cars with faults and has not been able to diagnose the fault and still charged + $350. Each time.
