Pretty terrible experience. Do not recommend. I purchased a wash, cut &blowdry package. I asked for the cut to be at my collarbone- I had to ask 3 times for it to be Shorter. In the end the cut is not straight- as I asked for. There are a couple of short and long strands around the face which I had to go and get re-cut at another salon. I also asked for toner- for the purpose of toning the remaining blonde- obviously it was mixed incorrectly as my hair was purple. I mentioned it immediately to the lady and she continued to cut and just said yeah it’s a little purple.... Finally the salon owner saw I was upset and had to re do the toner with another colour. With a treatment I’ve always had a head massage but, this is the first time I’ve never had one. Pretty ordinary. The lady was blow drying my hair asking if I like the new toner while she had the hair dryer going and I could not hear her at all. I had to ask her to switch off the hairdryer......

I had wedding hair trial from the worst nightmare.. Cannot recommend your services to anyone. Sorry ladies, I don’t normally go online but I have to do this to warn others. I’ve shown the photos of my wedding trial hair to three individual professionals and all are asking was the hair done by a child. They can’t believe what they’re seeing.. Everyone also said I should not have paid to you at all. I paid cause I was in shock. In pure shock. I just walked out of another salon and can send you ladies some photos of my hair looking like million dollars. The lady doing my hair at Temple Hair kept repeating how thin my hair is (counted 20 times) but sorry it’s just the lack of skills why this happened. I didn’t need to tell the other hairdresser I went today how to give hair more volume or what to do with it. Happy to share before and after pics if someone is interested.

Avoid at all costs is my advice. I went for half a head of foils and cut (I have short hair). The foils are the wrong colour - not warm caramels & honey colours as I wanted but a cold stripy blonde. Had a photos of exactly what I wanted and the woman said no problem. Cut was just awful - used thinning scissors and turned my hair into feathers. I asked the owner twice to step in and help - she just ignored me and said that the woman doing my hair isn't good at looking at a picture and seeing what the customer wants - as if that's an excuse for the situation. I had to go to another salon to fix it at additional cost - the guy who sorted it out told me the woman put what hairdressers call "GT Stripes" into my hair like a 14-year-old boy and the cut was very uneven. Just avoid the place.

I went to Temple Hair and Beauty for the first time recently after receiving several recommendations from friends and also seeing favourable recommendations on a private Facebook page where ladies were asking for Hair Salon recommendations. I was extremely pleased with my new colour and look and will most definitely recommend Temple Hair and Beauty Services further whether online or to friends. The Salon is clean and well presented, close to public transport and parking is available. I received a very professional and personalised service, Marketa listened and understood what I wanted to achieve and had no issues in putting this into practice, Thankyou so Much, I love my new look as do others!!

I wonder no more why that place is always empty! They don't even know how to create volume at the roots of the hair, except for one technique - teasing! Such a simple thing. Unless you know exactly what you want to be done with your hair don't trust them to cut your hair. My beautiful long hair was chopped off within seconds when I mentioned I wanted a touch of layers. And they didn't even ask me how long I wanted the layers to be done. Just cut half of my length and presented it as it looks good on me. It doesn't me! They don't understand what hair looks good on whom at all! Very disappointing experience. Never again!

My experience here was ruined by them throwing on a $20 surcharge for my hair being "long and thick". My hair was only just past my shoulders. When i said it wasnt long (and for that matter its not even very thick), they said "your hair isn't short- this is short" pointing to my ears. So basically if your hair goes past your ears you will be charged an extra $20??? Because of this surcharge i would never go back and would never recommend them to anyone. Surely for their business, an extra $20 in their pocket isn't worth it.

DON'T GO HERE!!! Horrible experience, customer service was atrocious and they try to rip you off anyway they can. I have shoulder length hair with normal thickness. I had a coupon for cut and blowdry which was meant to be for shoulder length hair. Before I redeem I wanted to confirm, her response "too thick, $20 surcharge"... MY HAIR IS NOT THICK and I already paid $40 for the voucher. I tried to cancel the payment, she said too bad I'm going to redeem it anyway because you had an appointment (that I booked that day).

Marketa was the loveliest, calm, patient and above all one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever been to. She knew the exact colour I wanted and was very nice about the fact I’d cut my hair during lockdown and the back was uneven. The cut she has given me is fantastic and I almost fell asleep during the head massage. The salon also has a relaxing feel and an added bonus of parking. Definitely will be coming back again. Pleasantly surprised! Was a bit nervous about getting my hair cut at a new salon however these nerves were quickly non existent as I saw my hair cut take shape. Owner listened to exactly what I wanted and understood how to accomplish this with my limited ability to “speak hair”. I would definitely recommend; I also thought the extra touch’s such as tea and a head massage were lovely!! ☺️ Thank you Temple Hair and Beauty!

With a groupon deal I got the chance to review temple hair for a cheap price: Highlights and haircut, toner and blow dry for long hair 140$ The two ladies are lovely and I got one of the best services in a long time! Head massage included- The result is exactly how I wanted it and that’s why I felt the need to write this recession! Highly recommend it!

Best hairdresser I’ve ever had, Marketta is so professional in everything she does, her massage is unbelievable & my hair always shone & looked so good. I now live in Brisbane & after 6 months I still can’t find anyone who can match her skills. I’m 82 and she made me feel 20 years younger. I truly miss my appointments with her.

I bought a Groupon coupon by reading the reviews about the Salon and Marcreta and I found those reviews so true. She is such a pleasant lady and she explains everythin g so perfectly and listens to you very carefully. I love my haircut and colour as well. Will recommend it to everyone and will definitely visit again.

I really enjoyed the experience at temple. The Czech stylist, Marketa, was amazing and listened to what I was looking to achieve with the new cut.
