I've been to Tenpin Acton quite a few times but I've never been so disappointed than tonight. This place used to be the best bowling place in London in my mind however the staff tonight manage to ruin that. We were a group of 6 people, and went to order drinks however the girl at the bar was so bitter, I've never seen such an unhappy person at a workplace. I have worked in customer service before, I know staff have bad days and I understand but making customers feel so unwelcome is really unprofessional. 4 of us went to the bar to order drinks, and I placed an order for a glass of Corona (I believe that means half pint) and a cocktail. The girl behind the bar started to pour a pint, where I kindly told her that I ordered a glass - half pint. She made a face and changed the glass. Then she did the cocktail and went to the till and told me how much I have to pay. I kindly told her that I still have more drinks to order, where she made a face once again. I tried to order a pint of Budweiser, she said "We don't have that" - I could see the happiness on her face. Then I said that's fine, could I have Stella instead? Then obviously she proudly said "We don't have that". It's completely fine if something has run out, but to make such a proud and happy comment on it... I was really thinking to tell my friends and family to leave but we already paid for the bowling so we stayed however this sort of behaviour in customer service is really bad for the brand. Unfortunately only 2 boys had their name tags on, so I don't know who this girl was, but if she is so unhappy, maybe she should find a job that makes her happy and stop ruining other people's mood.

The arcade games are very expensive - £3-4 per game. The aesthetics are nice and it is a good venue, just pricey, especially for bigger family/friend groups. We went for a children's birthday party and that was well worth it - bowling, pizza, chips and chocolate ice cream party meal and a 10min dancing activity led by staff at the end. Staff weren't keeping a close eye on the children though - at one point 3 were climbing on the very tops of the high backed chairs next to the bowling aisles and another child dropped a bowling ball on his foot as he was racing his friends to get as many balls down the aisle at once. Better supervision is needed as well as better safety training, particularly as the staff were all quite young and probably not parents themselves, so maybe they don't spot the dangers we would.

Tenpin Acton provides a decent bowling experience with room for improvement. The venue is generally clean and well-maintained, although some areas could benefit from a bit more attention and upgrade. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring you have a smooth and enjoyable time. The variety of lanes and game options cater to different skill levels, making it great for both casual and competitive bowlers. The arcade games and food options complement the bowling experience nicely. They usually have offers going on for certain days of the week, and it's value for money to go on these days. If you're looking for a casual bowling outing, Tenpin Acton can be a good choice.

Had a great time at the bowling alley and whilst it was very busy the staff served customers as quickly as they could. There were a number of lanes available on a Sunday afternoon which was a surprise but I’m glad we booked as during the time there it became much busier. There is a great selection of drinks for big kids too and a decent selection of cocktails/jugs which are all very reasonably priced. For those extra big kids wanting to have the best of both, highly recommend a slushy with a shot or two of vodka… I mean why not ‍♀️ Great to have the light show on the lanes. Great choice for young visitors with the arcade games, they were being enjoyed and so many happy faces. Had a great time, thank you

Tenpin Acton is the good place for games specially for Bowling . And there is lots of games inside as well , like Table Tenis , Casino Roulette and more games Machine , Pool Tables, lots of Kids Games , 3D / 4D / 5D gaming experience and game machines, Bonus Games and mamy more, there are lots of crowds so make sure we have to booking in advance for the bowling whenever we go there. There are to much facilities for the coin change. There are coin change machine for the games and ATM machine as well. And all the staff are good and supportive. Good service and good food inside the game zone. Thank You for all the good and attractive and affordable services. Thank You Very Much.

Poor customer experience. Arcades faulty and when you're playing a 2 player game, if 1 is faulty they won't give you a replay for both players. Ridiculous. Bowling alley understaffed, booked 3 lanes for a birthday party on a Monday morning and don't have the staff to open the lanes and input the names of all the players (around 14 of them). Only 1 person to service the whole place. Few people complaining about the same thing. They give you an allocated time yet 30min in and still waiting. Absolute joke. Shame they have a monopoly on the area. Can't wait for a better place to open.

We went there yesterday 24.11.23 around 1500 to 1800 for having our Christmas party. Unfortunately , it was disaster. My team ordered burgers and chips. I had a burger it was substandard and not suitable size. I then around 16.30 another burger and paid for it separately because I was hungry but the waitress not only she did not bring the burger but also accused me of lying. My colleague intervened and paid for another burger. Absolutely ridiculous style of management , rude staff and if I could give less than 1 star I would give. As a company we spend nearly £500 there , and wouldn't lie for £7.49 burger. Shame on you.

Awful experience at Tenpin, got the Pizza and game deal. Play stopped before the game finished as its only an hour long. Management (Viren) was very unhelpful and did not resolve the problem of the unfinished game or offer any sort of apology. I did get a partial refund of food I ordered after much discussion. It turned out to be a horrible experience and a waste of money unfortunately. I would advise people to go elsewhere and read the fine print of any deals purchased.

Positives: easy parking, check in at rhe reception wasn't too bad and booths are decent Negatives: staff are moody and rude, I had to go back to them twice when the lane just stopped randomly and when I went to ask it was like I was the inconvenience! There is an option to "call someone" but no one even turned up until I went to the reception. To be honest I won't go back to this particular one in a rush just because if I go somewhere for fun then I would rather receive service with a smile not a moody face.

I had a good time here, bowling was really fun, we played 3 games and all of them was good fun. The arcade was big and exciting. They had VR but it was £8 each, it was quite small and it was just a mario game so not worth it, maybe for kids. We went to play a game of pool which was good but we wanted to play table tennis but they charged a ridiculous price for that. It’s £8 per person and £2 deposit so not worth it for a game of table tennis that we can play for cheaper or free. Other than that it was fun

Great place to visit with friends or family or just to take the kids out but it’s very very busy especially on the weekends tbh ere is a large car park but even that gets very very busy. There is on the complex various food outlets from Nando’s to five guys and burger kings and some others. There’s pool tables bowling arcade machines table tennis so plenty todo in Side the actual tenpin bowling.

Facilities are decent and well-spaced out, with ample seating throughout. The service at the bar was very m disappointing. Staff were very abrupt and short with customers when being asked questions and taking orders felt like it was a chore. The place wasn’t particularly busy especially given it was a Tuesday Night. The bowling experience was a positive one and the screens and computers were easy enough to use and setup. Plenty of parking on site.

A great place to take the kids. Booked ahead of time and as it was a Tuesday it was 50% of for bowling, so got a good deal. They have 28 lanes, but at times you may have to wait. I guess as we booked ahead we didn’t have to wait. Food and drinks available, so got some drinks, a bit pricey, £8.90 for three soft drinks. Other than that they have pool tables, tennis tables and an arcade to keep the kids and yourself busy for a good many hours.

Just your average bowling alley, the toilets were disgusting which does let the place down. Also the way they operate the bar is ridiculous where as before you could just go up to the bar and wait to be served now you have to queue and be right in the way of everyone. Cheap and cheerful and good fun. There is also an arcade area too.

Thursday and Tuesday deals for bowling are great. You get 2 games of bowling and a drink for £10. There are other arcade games for kids and adults such as air hockey,pool,table tennis and lots more. You can book it directly from their website. The food is not that great but you cant complaint when prices are that cheap. There is usually a long queue to order more drinks or food, so make sure to order in Advance.

Overpriced bowling alley for what they now offer. Whole place smelt of weed, bathrooms were nasty, service was slow and didn’t feel like a place you’d want to be with family. Outside seems to be a constant car show with engines revving all evening and racing up and down the premises. Security at the door doesn’t make you confident they’re doing much, more just hanging around. Won’t be returning any time soon.

Quick and easy to get checked in for the bowling lane, food portions were smaller than Feltham Tenpin, good selection of arcades and games to keep everyone entertained. There was a big que at the bar as only one person serving at the till so had to wait 15 minutes before being served, otherwise a good place to go

This place hasn't changed a heap over the decades. Its still very busy and a teenage buzz which I don't think will ever go away. The bowling lanes are tighter together than I remember, and the plexiglass between lanes are very annoying if you take two lanes right next to each other. The pay per hour option seems to have gone, and is now pay per game. Might work for some, but not for others!

I go there mainly for ping pong as you don’t need to prebook, and most of the time l find spaces available on walk in. It gets busy by the evening around 6 till later. They have good facilities, with so many things going on in the same time around here. Gaming machine, slots machines, pool table and of course bowling. Free customers parking comes handy. Do join to see it for yourself.

Way too busy and under staffed! Bowling is in good condition with many lanes available. The arcade options are decent but there very few option on what to exchange the tickets for. Plenty of pool and table tennis though, so that's nice. There are loads of restaurants around and evne though they're pretty busy as well they have plenty of people working to keep it running smoothly.

Amazing! This was the second time I went after 6 years. The first time there was only bowling and a couple of snooker tables. Now it's absolutely amazing, so many more bowling isles, snooker tables, ping pong, loads of cool arcade machines and escape rooms! Definately going more often!!

You get everything you need from this place. As a mum, this is great for those super cold days. Sometimes, outdoor activities are not happening, but the kiddies still need entertaining. I usually bring my boys here a couple times a year, whether you choose to bowl or go to the arcade. Your definitely sure to have happy kiddies on your hands after this.

A great leisure centre with bowling, arcade games, tables for air hockey, pool tables and even slot machines for those who feel lucky. The place deserves five stars because the staff and security is nice, professional and always helpful. Great place for grown ups and children to have fun. There is food, drink, Never got me disappointed.

Great family fun. Good way to teach kids how gambling is not good investment because they spend all pocket money and get small prize that often breaks immediately. They often have promotion so it's worth to check website before you buy tickets.

Good bowling and reasonably priced. Definitely a lot to do here with bowling, arcade games, pool, escape rooms. But on a weekend evening it can get pretty busy. The drinks here are reasonable but the cocktails are pretty watery and sugary. Definitely an experience though and you can also walk to the tube station which is convenient.

I went there with a client and she loved everything about it, we paid to bowl on arrival because that was what favoured us due to time and traffic, it was so much fun with lots of things to do, even the food is really tasty. It's a must go trust me.

I just played the pool, most of the pool sticks didn't had tips, we had to play with one sticks all of us. No chalk around. The tables were very near each other, almost hit somebody on every shot. Other then that it was fun and good experience.

Fabulous evening at ten-pin Acton for my Grandson's birthday. Found by accident as staying nearby and was awesome. Lots to do, staff great and attentive, obligingly put football on sky for us (Villa v Leeds - sorry). Bowling was great - 1 technical issue immediately fixed. Great value and atmosphere. This is a really good spot with a good atmosphere. There is a Mario virtual reality game which is amazing! The lady who operate it was very kind and even offered me an extra go for free. Sometimes there was a long wait for drinks, but not too bad Lots of bowling lanes and pool tables. Drinks are very cheap, £13 for 3 drinks

It has been done up so good, it's more inviting then it was before. It's so clean outside has new restaurant. The arcade is good I say it best to go straight after school not many people and you can go on as many games as you want and it calm. Started getting busy around 5- 5.30pm. But we have a amazing evening out.

Lovley games, the bar always has a long queue, and food service is a bit slow, but the servers are always helpful and nice. Sometimes, it looks like they don't have enough people on shift. But I go for the fun and is always 100%

Ridiculous lack of air conditioning in the building. Way too overly stuffy and they purposely keep it hot so you buy drinks, which, to mention, are not great at all. The pool tables are usually not working correctly, often dispensing with balls missing and cue chalk missing. Avoid unless you want a heatstroke.

It was pretty busy for a Thursday evening due to school holidays. The drinks are quite cheap and served pretty quickly. There’s pool, bowling, other arcade style games and lots of seating. Car park gets pretty busy. Lots of different food places nearby too .

I came to this location to meet some friends and it was great. The only thing I would say is a problem is the table in the middle make it difficult to get around when its packed and the tables by our lanes were not sturdy. Overall a lovely place and the drinks( Slushies) are great!

Today's my birthday so after finishing my work we planned to go Tenpin..so here we are..so exited and its really really amazing place for children as well as elders.. everyone is here to spend their time with family ...i enjoyed alot especially in bowling...100% recommended.

Good experience. Clean facilities and staff are friendly & quick to respond. It is best to book online in advance . The only negative note is that the Cash Machine onsite charges a fee to withdraw money, so bring your own cash if you plan to play on the arcade machines.

We went for the SEN session, and my son had a fantastic time. It wasn't overcrowded, and the arcades were switched off. Would definitely recommend for children/young adults with SEN.

Good price for bowling when using one of their deals. Decent, friendly service, but could be faster. Clean spot with hand sanitizer on tap in light of recent events but the toilets could be cleaner. Overall, great fun location to visit for young and older people.

The place was too crowded + most of the crowd were aggressive (guess because of too many large crowds) Pool area was cramped, they need to add some more space between tables.

This was super fun! We played 3 games and was really fun to play. Their food is halal which is another bonus, was delicious and yummy. Great place to go with family and friends. Located in a nice place with various food options around too. Will defo come again!

Nice big games court with a massive 29 lane bowling club. Nice staff, they try to help, but often are a little overwhelmed with the number of customers as quite busy especially weekends. They need more counters and staff. Food is rubbish, don't bother.

I think this location has the best bowling alley in the area. I really like coming here. The only problem is the slow service at the bar, especially on weekends.

Great place for bowling. Only thing was the long queues for ordering drinks-they only had one guy and given the time and day they should’ve had more staff. Overall very happy and we had a great time

Great arcade and bowling experience. Implementing a method of withdrawing cash using Apple Pay would’ve made it a 5* experience as I could’ve spent more than just the cash I had on me.

I have probably visited a dozen times now with my boyfriend. You get what you pay for. It’s a great cheap bowling alley and a go to place for students. Decent food and nice arcade.

Always up for bowling. 2 games of bowling is always good fun in a group of people. A really good pre birthday present for me. 239 points in total for both games.
