He followed through with a written quote which had to be broken out into separate quotes for me and the co-op. He provided license and insurance information quickly with the co-op named insured. He showed up on time as promised while I was out of town. He provided progress photos for partial payment and final payment. After the final walkthrough he came and touched up as I requested without hesitation. He always answered the phone, text, and email promptly. After trying unsuccessfully to get written quotes and insurance info from multiple other painters it is easy to say that Tenzin is ahead of the competition by a large margin. I recently hired Tenzin to do a rehab on my tenets apartment. The tenets moved out a left a mess after 12 years living there. Tenzin the owner of Fineline Painting & Plastering replastered, painted the walls & restored it to original condition. Tenzin also demoed old tile in kitchen & placed new tile on floor & backsplash. The wood floors & kitchen cabinets were sanded and finished with polyurethane & the finished product is beautiful. Tenzin handled the whole project in a timely & professional manner. I hired Tenzin as a contractor to repair interior drywalls after Hurricane Ida flooded my basement. Renovation went smooth, fast and for reasonable money. Tenzin is very polite, trustworthy and helpful with making final decisions about construction materials & methods. He removed 2ft drywall (longitudinal), replaced wet batt insulation in kind and closed all walls with spackling and painting in 4 days! Tenzin is a great contractor! We had a nasty ceiling damage due to bad weather that leaked through and collapsed the ceiling and he was able to demo repair and paint in one day! We expressed we have a toddler in the house and he took measures to protect and conceal the work area. He cleaned up after and left no mess at all!
