From the moment I walked through the doors of Terry White at Acacia Ridge, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the pharmacy. This pharmacy is one of the most expensive in Brisbane. An example is a medication I have purchased from Chemist Warehouse for $10.99 and at Terry White Acacia Ridge $16.99...that is a whopping 43% more expensive...add that across their full range of products. To do anything more that get a script filled and you will pay too much. My advice is call Chemist Warehouse first and get their price on specific items and Terry White have a price matching policy...but you do have to ask and really, what they should be doing instead of putting the onus on the customer to chase prices and then for your efforts only match the price is beat Chemist Warehouse's prices across the line, not just on the specials. There's a Chemist Warehouse only two minutes away at Acacia Marketplace right next to Woolworths. They are the cheapest in town with a huge range of products and far better than this tiny Terry White store.

Rude old man behind the counter this morning 13 June 2022 8.30 am. It said on the website I could walk in and get a PCR covid test to travel and the old man said I needed an appointment then when i reminded him what his website sayS he goes " well if 50 of you come in ..blah blah". Im trying to get home to a funeral. And this is the help this Terry White Chemist could give? FIND ANOTHER TERRY WHITE CHEMIST.

Had a covid vaccine and service was fast + comfortable. Also filled a script that was $10 cheaper than my old local pharmacy. While I waited 15 minutes post vaccine I watched the staff treat everyone who walked in with courtesy. Will definitely continue to use them.

I came there all the time and also happy with the service . But today the behind the counter lady was very rude explaining about the prescription . But the lady was serving me first place she was nice about it . Very disappointing .

TW Acacia Ridge is one of the most welcoming and kind pharmacies I’ve been too. While waiting for several vaccinations I’ve witnessed the time they take to chat to customers and know many by their first names. Nice work guys …

Poor customer service. Staff does not greet you and smile. If you ask to repack my grandmas webster pack, not interested to do eventhough they did it.

If you like flying with Qantas, you will love this pharmacy. Service is awesome and I never have to wait a long time for my scripts!!

They charge more for prescription medication that pharmacies that probably pay a lot more in overheads, unnecessarily expensive
