Where do you even begin..this chemist should be shut down as a danger to the community! My family and a friend of ours have had scripts filled with incorrect doses which could have ended in disaster if it wasnt for quick thinking. Also whenever you go in just for something simple over the counter, a shop assistant will either have no idea or give false medical advice! Recently the pharmacist argued back after I just wanted a recommendation for eye drops which can be used when using contact lenses after my doctor me i had mild flare up of blepharitis, she told the shop assistant to tell me that "no its just from you using your contact lenses" when she hadnt even looked at me. Most incompetent and frustrating chemist ive ever been to.

Had some drama in the past but staff actually talked to me about what happened which was very nice of them. Being a young veteran with a white card you actually get treated pretty badly by alot of medical people I'm not sure why just seems to be how the country works it's actually why alot of young service people have alot of mental health issues due to feeling like everything they have to do to get better they are made to jump through a hoop or questioned at every turn. It was nice of the staff to actually ask me if I was ok and say sorry for what happened in the past not many stores would do that very nice staff would recommend using them not sure if it's a change of staff but they seem incredibly helpful now definitely 5 stars.

Not deserving of any star rating but I can’t post this review without giving one so just saying I don’t give it any stars. This is my local pharmacy, but by far the worst I’ve ever been to & has been for years. I would never recommend it to anyone. The last resort was when I asked a pharmacist for a particular cough mixture, she then went to the prescriptions & asked me what my last name was again to which I replied very annoyed that it was a cough mixture. Will never ever go in there again, what sort of pharmacist is she? Maybe not a qualified one at all.

Some main staff are unfriendly, rude and constantly make me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. They aren’t willing to offer help or support at all. I have also been given the wrong over the counter tablets there, completely different to what I asked for and luckily I checked the box at home before taking them. I have found certain staff behind the counter have no idea what they are doing and give incorrect information even if you are just asking for cough mixture for a child, which is a huge concern at a Pharmacy/Chemist.

Unbelievable worst chemist I've been to. They've mixed up prescriptions of my mother's which would have sent her to hospital luckily we double checked when we got home. I've been ignored while in store on multiple occasions cause they're too busy talking to the locals and I've had enough I won't be returning and advise that you don't either. Last time I walked out and didn't even wait to buy anything. A complete joke. You're dealing with people's lives here take more care!

Both front and back counters were unattended for 15 minutes, I don't think any business deserves my money if they make you wait that long especially when the Manager was conveniently gossiping with her friend in the corner and she clearly saw I was waiting for service and still continued to chat away without providing any service to the customer. Not sure who the owner is, but check the cameras and see how incompetent your Staff was.

This nasty looking tall lady with glasses gave me the worst customer service I've EVER HAD at a pharmacy...She was so rude and certainly not fit for her role at the pharmacy when it comes to customer service, when I asked for advice about my prescription she treated me 'a customer' poorly, as well as her coworkers in a degrading manner. I'm NEVER coming here again.

Recently I was unlucky enough to be served in this store by a tall lady with glasses whom i witnessed treating a co worker very poorly. I’ve never felt so disgusted in a persons behaviour. If I see this behaviour again I will gladly take it further that’s if I ever come back. Disgusting

Had a flu jab today, great staff during trying times, really helpful and the pharmacist doing the injections was very gentle, didn’t feel a thing. Great asset to the Terry White Brand. Will happily return even though it’s not my closest!

The pharmacists was great and so helpful , I was in so much pain gout in my ankle I couldn't drive there for couldn't get to the pharmacy so they let me pay over phone and got a uber to pick it up the medication,pain has just about gone

Shoutout to Pharmacist Andy for helping me over the phone with my medicines in such short notice and so efficiently. I was able to pick them up and leave in time for my appointment.
