I had the most awful service and treatment here tonight. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and friendly but the woman servicing the shop floor was ignorant and rude. It was also ridiculously expensive. I would never go back here again. With so many alternatives close by it’s a wonder they are still in business.

They are selling open kits of Antigen Covid Rapid test. When I asked the pharmacist if he knew what he was doing was illegal he asked me how many tests I needed. It’s very disappointing that businesses like this take advantage of people’s vulnerability.

Fantastic and proper old-fashioned customer service. Last fortnight I was unfortunately covid positive and could not leave my house. The pharmacist very kindly delivered my meds to my doorstep after she finished!! Will definitely return to them again

Absolutely outstanding service. The pharmacist really cares about his customers & goes out of his way to help them. He sourced an out of stock product from another chemist in the network & called me the next day to advise me it had arrived.

Great pharmacy, a real asset to the neighborhood. I go here to get my covid and flu shots, easy and pleasant. On the way out, don't forget to pop in next door at Indian Emporium for a somosa or two, the best in Sydney!

Good customer service from front desk and Pharmacist on duty today. Pharmacist Joe is very knowledgeable and always helps with medicine. Susmita alway help finding right products from sheaves.

Terrible customer service.items purchased for sick bub n mum and still waiting two days later for delivery. Did not return call as promised. Did not communicate a delay.
