I am a local residence in Covent Garden I've lived here for 40 years and I've seen many businesses come and go but I really like to make a comment of the manager and the staff of this Tesco's in endell street where I shop regularly especially the manager cypriano they are the most respectful excellent staff I have ever come across in a supermarket in Central London they are so busy all the time they never stop working but they always have a smile on their face they go out of their way for the customers and always go out of their way to help the customers Tesco's should be very fortunate to have cypriano and the rest of the staff on their team and I would like to say thank you on behalf of myself and the community of Covent Garden thank you Sax jenson

Poor product selection, doesn't seem to be any Finest products on offer, no fresh croissants or pastries when i went in this morning. Seems strange to have such a limited selection of products given that there are noisy delivery trucks arriving every hour to the location. Logistics probably need looking at too.

I just came to tesco to use the ATM from very far distance but I had a big disappointment because there is no an ATM in that branch. They told me that they can cash back but the limit is £50. I am a regular customer of Tesco and I’m not happy with it . I want you to consider my complaint about that

Nice tesco in a good location. Wasn't too busy and the shelves were well stacked without boxes or trollies all over the place (like usual at a tesco store) the self service machines were quick and recognised the mobile club card QR code (unlike many other tesco self service machines).

For the second time, bought a newspaper here and only got half of the sections. Why is it that Tescos can't be bothered to ensure the quality of their products, when all other supermarkets seem to manage?

Some lazy staff in there that won't bother to type your Clubcard through if it won't scan (depends on who you get). When items are twice the price without a Clubcard, that is very annoying.

It's my local store small store so it has enough stock to do a small shopping trip for a more comprehensive shop you would have to travel a bit further a field

Bizarre club card policies. You can’t actually obtain the card in-store, and they require it to get the posted prices. Makes one want to just shop elsewhere.
