"Well organised, well stocked and clean"
"Always been a fan of this tesco as they stock lots of great products and have a wide variety of choice for a supermarket in the centre of London"
"I was served by one of the friendliest and most helpful Tesco staff members I have ever found anywhere in Britain"
"This Tesco is a sad show"
Extensive selection of cold drinks, alcohol and snacks for all your outdoor/picnic in Soho Square/on-the-go needs! I also used their Click & Collect service to pick up some clothing. It was a bit slow given the store was very busy, but staff was very helpful and friendly so I didn't mind waiting a few mins extra.
Well organised, well stocked and clean. There is always loads available in the meal deal section and great choice of chilled wines, beer and picnic ingredients perfect to grab if your heading for the sun in Soho square. Avoid lunch rush 12pm-2pm if you can however!
Always been a fan of this tesco as they stock lots of great products and have a wide variety of choice for a supermarket in the centre of London. Today I received exceptional customer service when I asked for a favour. I needed a box for my
I was served by one of the friendliest and most helpful Tesco staff members I have ever found anywhere in Britain. The fact that this was just off Oxford street in the centre of London on a ridiculously busy Saturday afternoon made it even
This Tesco is a sad show. Always under stocked especially in the evening that’s the only time I can go there. The security staff is rude, pretentious and they don’t even speak English. Not a welcoming place. Kind of in tune with the trashy
I shop here many days of the week and I find the service element of a shopping experience in this store to be non existent, and the staff seem to make up policy as it suits them. On asking to raise a complaint today i was told by someone
Standard tesco express, One of the staff at the check out told me to bin my waste the next time as I went to purchase something morning. To my suprise I asked what he meant, and he explained that I left a empty wrapper the day before on
I used to shop here more often but lately I notice that some of the goods I buy are not sold in the supermarket any more. The manners of their staff are not good enough too. When I enter a supermarket and need help with a certain good I
There are many Tesco branches in London but this one has the sweetest staff, the most beautiful products and an understated modern design. One can just go in there to admire the building or experience the first class customer service.
Great store and store employees. Very convenient and fast. Only one employee spoils the whole atmosphere in this store and his name is Omar, he is a very rude and mean filthy person and I think he is not the place to work among the
AMAZING!!! this is my new fav tescos, there was a drunk man who came up to us and started singing along to the music in the store, what a treat!!! free performance with every purchase. great experience overall lovely!!
The store always closed early the door, Today I have been 10:53pm and security already closed the main entrance, when I ask why closed early he told manager ordered to closed, this is very bad behaviour with customer.
No checkout staff. Moody atmosphere. Perhaps the most bleak place in Soho? Had to abandon my basket when I realised that neither a single checkout, nor customer services had s member of staff. Extremely disappointing.
We had their roasted chicken. It was juicy and very yummy. I like their bread. The cashier young lady is very nice, always smiling, very helpfull and efficient. I love the place. Good food. Best prices. …
Was stood in line for 15 minutes. Their contact less wasn't working. So used chip, didn't work. Was then send to the costumer service where I once again had to wait for 15 minutes. Same thing happened.
The self service checkouts are the sort which record you while you do your bit. Not a fan at all. I wouldn't shop here if I knew this was the case - but as a tourist, it was necessary to make the stop.
1 star for opening late on Sunday where you're in an area that lacks corner shops or shops that sell water bottles. Mostly clothing shops in the area. So finding water is a struggle.
The location is good, but some of the staff are rude, especially one guy. Also, the prices are often labeled incorrectly, and the actual price at the checkout counter is different.
Neglacted Tesco: missing products, card machines not working, ridiculous opening times -even after lockdown-... the only thing that saves it is the helpful and kind staff.
Busy but efficient. Clean, well lit, good prices (especially in central London) with security guard inside. Great little supermarket, with a working cashpoint ATM inside.
Lovely little store in the heart of the West End with efficient staff and good value, big shout out to Harry who always answers silly questions with a smile.
Brilliant staff, nothing too much trouble for them... Feel for security guard though as this store gets targeted by drug users and theft is a major issue.
Always good for the Meal Deal but starting to charge too much for a lot of items. Please to see 6 Creamfields red yoghurts for 90p at this branch though.
Worst customer service experience early morning. The lady behind the counter does not have a clue l how to talk to customers. Not worth even one star .
It's really good shop with big choice of products. I have only few things to add: more bars/snack, more vegetarian/vegan warm food. And that's all ;)
Great Tesco its the staff that make this store a pleasent experience with it being so busy all the time. Good selection and nice prices and promo's
Very good selection compared to other Tesco's in Central London! Wide range of products and beers are good value compared to the bars near by.
Fast Payment. Why do you not safe energy by closing the fridges?? Don’t bring beer from almover the world to the UK when you have local beer.
Been to there to buy groceries and some other staff. Staffs are really helpful. One of the staffs her name is Snigdha was really helpful.
It’s a small but very convenient store to get your snacks and water after shopping at Oxford Street. Or buy your dinner after shopping.
Very food staff very friendly , I love the staff Amazing job they do , make you feel welcome , warm welcome ,
Great choice of product for such a little Tesco. Not busy and fast going through the automatic till payment.
Nice branch. Quite well stocked. Convenient near Oxford Street and Soho. Staff are pleasant and friendly.
Perfectly decent Tesco Metro. There's an international section and a good variety overall of produce
Great foot but I got sick of the crabs! Maybe the freeze chain has been underbroken worden….???
Carmen assaulted me. A staff member. Very aggressive wouldn’t take your kids in there
Fully stocked with yummy cold drinks even when busy slurp slurp gluggity glug glug
Nashida at the till not helpful at all this used to be a nice place
There are lovely people working there!
