I rented a Tesla X for my fiance's birthday and all I can say is: BEST GIFT EVER and TeslaRents rocks. First, on the gift front: my fiance lovesss cars and Tesla's are his favorite. He's super hard to buy for because he's the type of person who loves gadgets and tech and just buys what he wants when it comes out. I frequently don't even know what to get! That said, I knew Teslas are his dream cars... so after doing much research, I booked this trip. We just wrapped our trip yesterday and OMG how AMAZING! We rented the Tesla X, drove upstate for a day trip: cruised in the Hudson Valley area... and just had SUCH a blast! The car was fantastic and in amazing condition, check in and drop off was a BREEZE, everything was a smooth process in terms of booking, we were coming from NYC and it was a 7 min walk to pick up: honestly, the whole thing was fabulous and we had sooo much fun! (even I did! And I'm not a "car" person!!!). With all that said though, I want to give an extra shoutout to TeslaRents because Rei and his team are really awesome. The support staff responds almost immediately, Rei himself went above and beyond to accommodate a time change and advise on the car to choose (prior to renting :) since I'm a newb). You can just tell this is a business that is passionate about their products (Teslas!) and customers! Thank you to the whole TeslaRents team and if you are on the fence about a rental: don't hesitate, do it! It was really a blast!!!

I am a HUGE Tesla fan! I was renting a Model 3 from Hertz for almost a year. It was convent in terms of their payment method….however I was growing very bored of not having the full Tesla Experience in terms of having access to the Tesla App. I called at 6am and was greeted by a Lovley agent. He was very transparent and provided super customer service which goes a long way to me as I work for a high end salon and day spa in Fairfield county. Not only did he arrange a spectacular Long Range AWD Model 3 to be picked up at 9pm….but I am able to continue to extend without the hassle of going to a branch physically opening a new contract. I was told that they are working on a Tesla Subscription platform. I’m glad I’m getting in because that will sell out in minutes. I am so excited to pick up my Tesla and even more excited that they provide access to the App and provide the entire Tesla Ownership Experience. UPDATE The pick up Is Fine Tune. I have been in My TESLA rental since last week, and I am planning on staying in it as a longer term rental. The service is unparallel 24 hours Support this is the only way to rent a Tesla, and have direct access to the Tesla app, no other market subscription or rental offers. This company is the best. They are super accommodating and super helpful. The cars are super clean and they make checkout a breeze. Never had an issue picking up a car whether it be at 12 PM or 4 AM. They are amazing, they love to work with you to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. I have rented a few of their cars and they are always in perfect condition and super clean. Compared to Turo the prices they charge are cheap. You may find a 80 dollar a day tesla, but after taxes and fees it comes out to almost double. I can’t stress how amazing this company is and their prices are super competitive and their service is amazing. I am in love with this company Teslarents is the best!!!!!!!!

It was a lot of fun. They provide more detailed directions about an hour or two before your pickup - it all worked out - but would of been nice to get a bit more info prior. Also, the below info on their website, led me to believe charging was included, when using the Tesla Network, but it seems they just gave me "access". The battery also only went to 81% which decreased my range and one complementary tank by close to 20% "Bring the car back as is, recharging is on us! For longer trips, we’ve included access to Tesla’s vast supercharger network so your upcoming roadtrip can be free from range anxiety!"

The app was user-friendly, allowing me to choose from a variety of Tesla models and customize my rental duration. The pickup and drop-off were convenient, and the car was in pristine condition. THIS IS A SCAMMING COMPANY. I don’t know where all these glowing reviews come from, highly likely a scam. They confirmed my booking, made me pay for it, and then also charged me for a $500 deposit, only for them to tell me AT THE DAY OF picking up the car (and literally just 1 minute of the start of my reservation) that apparently the car is unavailable and was assigned to someone else all this time. Not to mention, their “verification process” involves sending a selfie with your credit card. Very sketchy. I will report them to Amex, and I will for sure sue.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Tesla Rents. 10 star costumer service!! Had a booking snafu (i put down a CC that did not have rental coverage insurance by accident & changing wasn't the easiest- but the customer service rep wanted to make sure I didn't lose my car and was so committed to making sure we made the swap out without needing to cancel and reserve again) Easy to find car, agent who communicates directly at pick up & drop off. I had such a fabulous experience. Will use again.

When I found the website, I thought it was a scam. The prices are really good compared to other rental companies, especially for a Tesla. But lo and behold its super legit. Process is pretty easy to understand and pickup is fairly easy. The cars are clean, well maintained, and amazing to drive. Support is awesome. Any time I had a question it was answered quickly and super friendly. Added bonus after you rent, they offer a 30 dollar off code for returning. I can't say enough nice things about Teslarents.

Superior customer service, easy booking, with last minute availability. You need to book 4 hours in advance but they let you pickup the car an hour before your scheduled pickup-time. One of the vehicles had a slight issue and they very quickly swapped my car out for a different one after hours with no issues. Highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Nothing but perfect experience from start to finish. Pick up location was clear, instructions were clear. Tesla model Y was brand new . When i needed to extend an extra day Walter (my contact) immediately approved it fuss free. Very polite person and profesional. 10/10 will rent with them again (now if only rates can be slightly cheaper hehe!)

Renting from TeslaRents was really easy and convenient. My husband and I got a same day rental in Boston. We took a day trip out to Province Town in Cape cod and the Tesla was the perfect car for the trip. It was our first time experiencing a Tesla and TeslaRents made it the best.

Pickup was instant and drop off the same. No lines or waiting. Car was top notch. Tesla introductions were very helpful but some of the features (autopilot)in newest models operate a little differently- a quick Google helped with updates.

Their rates are so reasonable compared to other Tesla rental companies that it makes total sense to rent a Tesla over any other boring, generic rental cars! The difference in price is negligible.
