When the tyre machine swallowed my money twice he (man with beard) refused a refund or to even help with the machine knowing I'd have to drive out with basically a flat because of his malfunctioning machine. Valet people are good and friendly.

Make their own rules up for parcels and delivery , why be licensed with Yodel if you don’t plan on following the rules and procedures they’ve put in place? Rather coming up with your own to manipulate the rulings in order to line your own pockets further. Disgusting money grab “ we do it this way “ even when presented with the official proof from website.

I won’t recommend at all. I went through some incidents at their stations where they fill the car tank with air more than petrol. And so many times people argue and fight with the cashiers, specially those who fill gallons where u can see clearly the quantity in your gallon and the metre one the machine with big difference.

I used the car wash. I have and never will use the petrol station. They are known to always have the highest petrol prices in the area. Car wash was ok. Not the best. Found dust, grime and dried leafs in the door well and corners of windows and doot door. £10 for mini valet.

Worst customer skills ever! Guy with a beard damn right rude with an awful attitude to customers. I will be telling all my family and friends not to use this petrol station purely for the fact that this person thinks women should stay at home and these are his exact words!!

Only use the cashpoint, hit and miss if its actually working. No longer use the garage after they called the police on me for not paying for petrol after they had me.on cctv entering the shop to pay, and I know 100% that I paid but had no receipt/proof so had to pay again

The cash machine will break down. Some one told me I can get my money back. Took time but I did. First day he grabbed me like a shoplifter. Saw I was not n apologised. Open 24hrs they don't like too much loose change?

Went there just to use the inpost lockers. These are located within a sensible part of the forecourt and you can easily park right in front of the locker. A good way of sending parcels during the pandemic.

Never go to this place for drinks, if they see u getting drinks at late the guy is gonna charge u more, 1 medium bottle jack Daniels with a Pepsi 33.97 pounds don’t think so

Lovely guy, capped his fuel 25 quid, per vehicle ,really friendly,he said he wouldve run out yesterday if he hadnt capped it, Yet still folks were trying to get more in!

Old pumps, no gloves or paper tissue at the pumping islands and very difficult entrance to the forecourt. There is a cashpoint and reasonably stocked shop, though.

Filled petrol yesterday but my petrol gauge did not change. Seems I paid for air!!!! Had to refill elsewhere the same amount and saw the difference straightaway.

Driving your car off the edge of a cliff is better than filling here. 3rd grade fuel and more expensive than certified petrol stations. Use Shells!

Tyre machine is faulty and works intermittently. It's also very close the carwash which means you'll get sprayed occasionally.

I saw one of the workers allowing someone to buy alcohol which was obvioualy for the teens who handed him the cash outside

Service is rubbish always have to wait for ages for them to come from round the back when it's late an the doors locked
