Our daughter is 9 years old and is a new patient of Dr. Unger. She has had previous experiences with other dentists as early as 4 years old where she has had traumatic procedures outside of routine. As a result, she has fear about going to the dentist overall and it's been a challenge finding her a complimentary doctor who understands her anxiety. I am also a patient of Dr. Unger and from day one have observed the extra care of his staff and his gentleness during exams. I decided to bring my daughter here in hopes that she would observe the same. She immediately took note of the friendly, helpful and smiley staff and she noted the gentleness of Dr. Unger saying, "I could barely tell he was tapping or looking at my teeth." I also observed he was great at narrating his actions and consistently checking on her comfort level. She left her first and second appointments with a smile and a skip! It was well worth the move from her pediatric dentist and we're so grateful.

We love Dr. Unger! Everyone is so kind and the dental hygienist always make me feel comfortable. The office is very nice and the dental rooms are comfortable. The TVs really help take my mind off the cleaning process. During my last visit my hygienist and I were watching a baking show on the TV in my room. It was a welcomed distraction while getting my teeth cleaned. The end of the show was near and we both really wanted to see who won the baking contest. Dr. Unger came in for my dental exam and ended up watching the end of the show with us. Small things like this makes such a big impact. They truly care about you as a person and a patient.

Couldn’t ask for a better place! I went to them bc of the amazing reviews I read. Dr Unger was amazing and so was his staff. He explained everything in detail to me. We went over my treatment plan, pricing and priority repairs. I will be bringing my family here as well. I look forward to doing business with you guys. I went to another dental office over the summer and the pricing was outrageous. They also quoted me on dental work that wouldn’t have been necessary. There was a BIG difference in treatment plan and pricing with Dr Unger. I went from needing $9,000 of dental work (previous dental office) to below $500 with Dr Unger.

I recently saw Dr. Unger for the first time and was very pleased with the whole process From the ease of scheduling, his promptness the day of my appointment and his caring demeanor, it was a great experience! He is very knowledgeable and thorough and I appreciate that he took the time to talk me through the exam and explain everything. My previous provider had suggested a costly and invasive approach to a dental concern I had; Dr. Unger offered a much more affordable and extremely less invasive option and I am so grateful.

If you haven’t found a dentist you love and trust, or if you are a cash patient you need to meet Dr Unger. He has the best bedside manner! He is kind, attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough and practices conservatively. His staff (from front desk personnel to dental hygienists) is friendly, professional and efficient. They have mastered the art of customer service. At each appointment I feel seen, heard, and cared for. He treats patients as he would his relatives. Everyone should have a dentist like Dr Unger!!

I cannot be clear enough, Dr. Unger is phenomenol! He is so kind & he ACTUALLY LISTENS. I've been blown away not only by his gentleness & consideration of me as a patient, but also his artistic skill level with cosmetic procedures. For the first time in my life I have a smile that I LOVE. His office staff is accommodating and organized. His price quotes are fair and accurate. He is worth your time to give him a try, especially if you've had unfortunate dental experiences in the past. I highly recommend him!

This office is so amazing. My husband and I moved to the area a few years ago and were dreading going to the dentist. Everyone in the office was so nice and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The cleaning was so gentle and easy it was the first time I have ever actually enjoyed getting my teeth cleaned! If you have anxiety over the dentist or have been putting off your cleaning, I highly recommend just giving this office a try. Your only regret will be that you didn’t go see them sooner!

We love TDA! This is the first dentist I took my kids after putting off and I am blown away by their service. Tam, you are absolutely incredible! My son is very anxious in any sort of doctor office setting and they made sure before bringing him back everyone was aware of it. Tam went above and beyond to make his cleaning fun and it was our first year free doctor appointment of any kind in YEARS. Thank you for your patience and extra care for my kids!

I’ve always had high anxiety of dental visits. Today changed that. You can feel the warmth as soon as you walk into the office. The front staff is very welcoming and full of smiles. Tam is an exceptional hygienist and made me so comfortable during the entire procedure. Dr. Unger is so kind and gentle. I was expecting a migraine after I left the visit but actually walked out eager for the next visit.

I REALLY dislike getting dental work and cleanings. I have to say, Texas Dental Arts is the best around. There is only one Dr. so you always know what to expect. Dr. Unger is so calm and gentle. We’ve been going here since they opened, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Pricing is fair and the atmosphere is so clean and spacious. I am so grateful to have this place.

Our visit with Dr Unger was phenomenal overall the service we experience was over the top he was very very patient with my boys. Not only was understanding but very thorough during exam and answered all of our questions. It’s really difficult finding a great dentist. This place is amazing. The whole staff is friendly and the dentist does not over diagnose like others do. The office is very clean and they use state of the art equipment! If you’re looking for a dentist. Look no further. This is the perfect place to get your teeth checked out!

This Dental practice is amazing! The most generous and warm staff. Sometimes that’s all it takes but the dentist was also amazing, professional and his dental assistant was phenomenal! Best root canal (although it is only my second) I could have asked for! Thank you all so much for making an unpleasant experience amazing!

This office changed my life. Not even joking. I am terrified of going to the dentist to the point it makes me sick. After one visit my fears have calmed so much. They all took time to explain every single thing they were doing and why. Very gentle with my feelings and my mouth. I am so grateful for this practice.

Such a great experience! Nice clean office. I had forgot to have them get my X-rays from my previous dentist and before my cleaning was done they had already got them for the doc to review. Hygienist Tambria was great!
