Hope you're not having chest pains coming to this ER. I've been to a few hospitals were a patient comes in with chest pains and gets seen right away. Usually, this is protocol, but not here. Insurance paperwork and a 15 minute wait are more important even when NO ONE ELSE IS THERE! I thought, maybe they are backed up behind the doors. Nope, but a party at the nurses station was more important for most of the works than saving lives. I have been here three times for my wife and none of the doctors ever figured out what was wrong. Here's some drugs and go home, now pay us! Nothing but a cash cow. They even suggested my wife was crazy! Even suggesting a therapist for her to see. Nope just a gallbladder out of control that none of you could diagnose for some reason... Come and die if you want, since it's new, it's atleast semi clean. Go somewhere else if you want to live.

Review posted on 12/28/2022. By far they have set the lowest possible bar when it comes to patient care. We waited 4 hours with no updates. The front desk at ER tells us that we (the patient) need to talk to the triage nurse. Very surprising to see a provider with absolutely no regard for making patients comfortable. I did not care much about the wait time, but no updates and no interest in providing an update bothered me the most. This was for my mom (78 yrs old). Seriously you all need to have a look at your operations. After 4 hours, I went to BaylorScott & White and they were able to take us in right away. After paying so much for healthcare, this is all that we can expect. Take these reviews seriously as they do matter. You are in the business of providing care, do it right!

MULTIPLE REASONS WHY THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER -they once sent me two separate $5k bills for the same visit saying I have to pay the hospital and doctor separately, when it's THEIR JOB to pay the doctors they hire, but put strain on patients to cover payroll. -I came in with chest pains once, I was there for over five hours for them to do literally nothing. -the last time I was there for severe pain they literally laughed at me and didn't help at all, and the nurse who gave me my steroid shot purposely put the needle ALL THE WAY in my arm. I felt it touch the bone. These doctors and nurses barely know what they're doing compared to a normal civilian, and they sure as hell let everyone know they won't be helped.

Great service from nurses. But calling to try and get any information after or calling for help because they forgot to call in your medicine for broken bones was awful. The First Lady who answered sounded annoyed I even called said she’d place me on hold then hung up the second lady was annoyed I called and rude . Then proceeded to tell me to go in for a second round of medical bills and do the emergency room process again all because they had messed up sending my prescription in. She really wanted me to go and get billed twice just to receive my medicine they failed to call in - in the first place . Calling them for any help after has been so hard and frustrating. They are so rude and no help .

I’m not going to Speak on the hospital overall but some of the staff can be extremely unprofessional and if you’re sensitive and pregnant do not come here. I was told by somebody that works in the ER “go call the poison control and see what they can do” after taking a pill that could’ve killed my baby. I had to go through H*LL and hours of torture to finally find a doctor that could give me the pills to save my unborns life! I will NEVER EVER come here for treatment. By the way it was not POISON that I took I felt like the person that was on the phone completely took my situation out of context and did not gaf. This happened 4/23/2023 around 3 or 4 PM

Very quick and efficient at separating levels of triage as patients are coming in. Staff was very accommodating and had excellent bedside manner. Even though I was experiencing a scary medical emergency, I was treated with great respect and dignity. This level of service and care followed me throughout my stay. I am incredibly grateful to the doctors, nurses and aides on Med/Surg Floor 2, as well as the food service staff and facilities management team for keeping my room spotless and clean. I never thought I would think of a hospital as a "preferred" entity, but I consider Texas Health Resources Hospital Alliance my hospital now.

Wonderful nurses and very clean facilities! They were very attentive and professional. It was a busy evening when I visited but they still did their best to check on my. Only complaint was the admission clerk who didn’t adequately explain the extent of my injuries which I. Turn caused a delay before triage nurse called me back. Had to wait 15 minutes and when the nurse saw my injuries she said had she know the extent of my injuries she would have seen me immediately. Thankful for all they did!!! Highly recommend!!!

I brought my son to this location. He got test for strep, flu, and covid. All negative and got sent home and told just to give Tylenol and Motrin. Two days later I had to rush him to cooks to find out he has RSV. This located told me he was to old for RSV and would be fine. I don’t think it’s fine when my sons turning blue from coughing so much and has to be in the ICU. Worst emergency room I have ever been to. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE NO MATTER HOW CLOSE TO HOME.

Unfortunately I’ve had to come in here numerous times over the last five years. I was in on the morning of December 14, 2022 and Dr Roberts and my nurse Janet were excellent. Janet was very attentive and was quick to come to me when I called. She was kind and compassionate which definitely stood out to me when so many healthcare workers are overworked these days. This facility is clean and every time I have to be here, I’ve received the treatment and care I needed.

I checked in 3 hours ago with my daughter in the ER . She is in terrible pain on her kidney side. She is special needs kid . They took her vitals since then we have not heard from anyone . Everyone we found there is gone. Atleast tell us we go somewhere else before it’s too late. Am crying inside . I don’t want to yell or cause a scandal .I gonna have to drive to a different hospital in the night

The EMTs took me here and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. They took extra care and time to help me. I was admitted to PCU for CHF, that I didn't know I had. The nursing staff are all incredibly dedicated and great at their jobs. I was suitably impressed by the quality of care and concern they each showed, from the ER to the 3rd Floor. I'm out now but I'll go back if necessary.

The staff is very nice, well kept building, parking is done well and the lobby area to wait when someone is getting surgery is nice. My only complaint, like all other hospitals the waiting area has extremely uncomfortable chairs. Seriously, with all the money they make I don’t think it is much to ask to get nice chairs in the waiting area.

I went to this place because I was told by my doctor to go to an Emergency room immediately. I sat there for 6 hours waiting for someone to see me. Waited till the point I was such in bad pain in my stomach that I was crying. I just decided to leave and go somewhere where someone would actually see me.

Do not go here! Went there 10/16 with level 10 pain from a prior procedure. Took 2 hours to be seen by the ER doc. Sent me away with only one pill. Looks like they are understaffed and lack experience. My two cents. I won’t go back or recommend this ER to anyone.

Normally I have no issue with the er. They are usually great. However Dr Robert chase Pharris is the most uncaring dr I have ever seen. He used to be a jps dr so I feel certain that didn’t help his attitude. He should have just stayed there.

Too expensive low-quality service , only one nurse in emergency, long waiting time , 1100$ for four stitches only . No xray no lab , doctors is third party so they will bill later after all . Bottom line It's a Robbery

A friend of mine has a seizure at work and hit his head. Arrived at hospital about 9:15p and is now 1:20a and still waiting on a room and CT scan of his head. Do not come here.

So far I have been here 6 hrs in a lot of pain I have seen people come and go that where here after I got here their wait time was maybe 2 hrs veteran hospital sent me here

Child received excellent care from all staff. Even witnessed an abusive patient that was shown respect even though it was clear they were more than a problem.

Labor and delivery team was great! We had no issues, and everyone from the nurses to the janitors were amazing. Great experience.

Waited over 3 and a half hours for my spouse to be seen while seating in pain. Consider going to another ER for faster service.

Extremely long waits and very insensitive staff. Waiting for 2.5 hours so far and can barely breathe. No help whatsoever.

Super caring ER staff. Dr. Fuller was a shining star. Compassionate care from a super team.

I was scared to go in because it was my first time. Everybody was so nice and sweet to me!!
