I've eaten a lot of Thai Express from this location, however, within the last year it has gotten increasingly worse. I usually order the Chicken Pad Thai or the Chicken Pad See Ew, but the last few times it was never cooked properly. It has way too much sauce to the point where it wasn't even fully cooked, it wasn't spicy (despite my request for spicy/extra spicy), and the customer services has just disappeared. The workers seemed annoyed when serving you and are not polite at all. This location used to be so good, but I no longer choose to support them. I love Thai Express, but I'm not going to pay $14 for a meal that I don't enjoy.

I have never had such bad quality Thai express in all my years of being a loyal customer to the brand. I enjoy pad sew atleast twice a week (when I have access to a nearby restaurant). I purchased my double extra spicy chicken pad sew from the hub mall location today and was unable to eat my meal. The eggs were burnt which caused a burnt taste to the entire dish. Also, the chicken had an old smell to it. I had previously purchased from this location with the same order and they forgot to make my order spicy. This was my last chance for this location.

I have eaten here a few times (mostly pad thai and their shak-a-bowls), their food is not totally traditional as you would expect from a "fast-food" Thai restaurant but they are nowhere near as bad as what the other reviews are saying. Food is quite saucy and the ingredients aren't the freshest but the flavor is always there. I appreciate that I can always count on this place to deliver a satisfactory meal. The staff is efficient, ensuring quick service even during peak hours. If you're looking for a reliable fast food around the uni, this restaurant is a fine option.

The eggs were so good. Mixed together with the noodles and sauces. You just have to appreciate how they cook it in the wok. You can customize your what veggies you want to put and its fresh. Will be back for sure. ❤️

Not sure what’s happening but it seems most of their staff have gone. The new ones are nice but are not good at making the food. They can’t seem to honor the spice levels and the consistency is always different but never really good. It’s a shame but this place has gone downhill.

Don’t eat here. Service was fine but food was awful. The noodle from the Pad Thai is very soggy and they fall apart. The eggs are mixed up with the sauce dude to being beaten up too soon in the pan, making it looks thick and unappetizing. Never come back again

It was the worst food I have ever tried (summer 2019). Smelled like birds’ po**p. Horrible taste. I could only eat broccoli. I will never forget such a horrible experience. Because in reality Thai food is delicious. Do NOT recommend to anyone.

Ordered a basil fried rice and it was very mushy (rice grains were smashed together, and very sticky). Perhaps there was too much oil or the rice was not dry enough prior to cooking. Was not a pleasant eating experience.

The guy working there only knew how to make 4 menu items and they did not honor any of the advertised specials. Very confusing. The food was good but not the best selection....

Don't eat here, I got fried rice with beef, it was soggy, beef was turning white and tasted funny.
