From the very first moment that you enter you are immediately immersed in a world of relaxation and tranquility. You are greeted by a warm smile and outstanding customer service that makes you want to come back again and again! Also, the mimosas, and chocolates make it a dream come true. The center itself is always clean and well-kept with lots to do such as the sauna which is next on my list. In all honesty I was confused and scared the first time I got a massage at a different place in Houston but at Thai Massage and Day spa I was treated like family instantaneously. It was recommended by a friend, and I was very worried about experiencing something similar. The receptionist (Millie) took her time explaining all the variety of massages, facials, and extras (such as hot stones) that you can add to your day of relaxation. She was very patient and helpful even when I asked a surplus of questions, she remained calm and polite. I definitely think that her composure provided a sense of security for me to let my guard down and actually get excited for massage instead of worried. After the hour was over all I could think is that I should have definitely listened to Millie and added more time to my massage because it was excellent. To my surprise this spa changed by my mind and perspective on massages. Not only was I not scared anymore but I learned something new! I know understand the benefits of a massage and the importance of communicating with your therapist to receive the best massage ever. My shoulder and lower back were always so tense due to my job, but Sonia made all that stress and knots disappear. After just one session I knew I had to keep coming back for the Thai and Swedish combo massage with hot stones, and CBD, the perfect choice for my body. Even if you frequent other massage/day spas trust me there is no other business that compares to the professionalism and years of experiences that Thai Massage and Day Spa upholds, it is without a doubt a must try for your relaxation needs. I had just come into town recently and looking for a great massage place after a long flight and checked around the area for a good place to relax. After some research, Thai Massage and Day Spa was one of the best recommended on the websites so, I had read all the reviews to find that the place was worth trying. I had been staying in a hotel near the Galleria, so I just took an Uber there to find out that it didn't even take ten minutes. When I first arrived at the place, the receptionist were very warm and welcoming and helped me decide on what to get. The place was very clean and perfect. First, I had a body scrub with Maribel. She had explained what the scrub does to my skin and how it would help it. I couldn't believe how soft my skin had been afterwards. After the scrub, I had gotten an hour massage that I had extended to an hour and a half because my therapist, Susie, was hitting all the spots, next was an express facial with Maribel (surprise!). She was explaining everything to me and answered all my questions patiently. After all my treatments were done, I sat in their waiting room where they had brought me a glass of wine and some chocolate covered strawberries. My over all experience here at Thai Massage and Day Spa is one that I will never forget and will recommend it to my friends.

While visiting Houston for the weekend, I Googled "massage" and Thai Massage Day Spa appeared in the results. Their website is easy to read with the myriad of services and prices posted. Combined with the positive Google reviews, I felt good about booking services here. The lady on the phone was very helpful and easily accommodated my requests. Sandra, my massage therapist, was so sweet and talented! In a one hour session I enjoyed Ashiatsu (she walked on my back and hips while she held on the bars on the ceiling), Thai massage stretching, and traditional Swedish. My massage was wonderful! Then a sugar body scrub and a Vischy shower (you must experience a Vischy shower!!!!!). Finally, a shampoo and blow out by a young man who listened to me and styled my hair perfectly. The entire staff was very attentive. And the cost for these services was extremely reasonable (much better quality of service and price than an expensive hotel spa). I highly recommend Thai Massage and Day Spa and will return next time I'm in Houston.

Update 8/13/2021: I just got a call from the manager. She was very understanding and apologetic! I have always loved this spa for massage. I still recommend this for a massage. I am going to try the facial based on the recommendation from the Manager. I will post the update after that. People need to try this place for a MASSAGE!!! It is excellent. I love the massage offered here....Sonia is great! However, do not got for a facial with Tina. I have the family package; scheduled for a pamper me facial. This is a 60 mt facial for 80 or is covered by the package for an hour. The facial was scheduled for 5:15. Tina came at a little past 5:20. Just a scrub, massage and some steam. She was done and left the room at 5:55!!! That is not 60 or even 50 minutes. When I mentioned this to the front desk reception, they did not have anything to say about this. I am a regular client...regardless, they should have done something to fix this issue I am never getting another facial here from Tina. Big time cheating.

Such a wonderful establishment! For my birthday, I really wanted to treat myself to a facial and full body massage. I did a lot of research on places in my area, but eventually settled on Thai Massage and Day Spa based on 1. quality based on reviews and 2. affordability. I could not have been more pleased with my experience! The staff was very respectful and friendly and the establishment was clean and organized! I did my full body massage first with Jose, who was extremely knowledgeable and in-tune with my needs and the areas I wanted addressed. He addressed all the pressure points and I left feeling so much better! I had Amy next for my antiaging facial. She walked me through the steps of the facial, listened to what I wanted out of the experience, and then proceeded to recommend the ultrasound-collagen add on, which altogether, left my face feeling more clean, refreshed, and youthful. You won't regret choosing that location. JJ

Thai Massage and Day Spa was the location for my Bachelorette spa day and they were excellent! We had a private room for 5 hours, which was very roomy with comfy chairs and a huge TV and tons of snacks and drinks. I had 9 women there getting services and they scheduled everything for us and coordinated getting us to all our appointments throughout the day. When we weren't in an appointment, we were hanging out in the private room chatting, eating and drinking, playing music, and even doing a little dancing! Service here was great. They were so kind and accomodating! And they have so many different services to choose from, which is the main reason we had the spa day here! Mud wraps, jacuzzis, massages, mani and pedis, a sauna, and more! It was a very special day and I would highly recommend this spa for any private even you are looking at having!

Amazing experience! My BFF and I decided to do this as our “girls out” activity. There is a sense of peace that washes over you when you come through the front door. Yeny greets you with a wonderful smile and is very helpful at answering questions about the add-ons. I added the CBD oil and hot stones to a combination Thai/Swedish massage. Great decision! Jose has excellent skills and found all the knots in my back and gave me some much needed relief as I had trouble sleeping prior to coming in. My BFF had Cherry and was equally impressed with her skills especially for a petite person. We had no issue communicating with either Cherry or Jose. Understood when we made certain request. I booked a Follow-Up appt before I left! Can’t wait!

So it's rare that a business successfully executes perfection each and every time. However the consistency, the seamless unity that dictates the phenomenal fact that you will always receive upper echelon service is simply amazing. From Amy, to Tina, to Daisy and the entire reception staff I've yet to find disappointment. Simply put if you're looking for a clean, budget friendly, variety filled full spa experience this is it!!! Whether solo, coupled, pregnant, or even disabled this space offers a beautiful healing, peaceable, and luxurious experience for everyone. It's needless to say I'm a customer for life. PS I've tried every service before giving this review and I stand firm on my 5 star rating through and through.

Went on a Saturday evening and have been before Today, Cesar did a Swedish/ deep tissue massage for me. He got all the knots and tension I had. They honored the offer for free stones for teachers for the month of August, which I recommend adding on. The bed I was on was a little uncomfortable it had a pillow that kept slipping and sliding throughout the massage. Im not one to complain, but it definitely took away from the experience. I waited 15 minutes in the massage room before the massage started, but I think that was because I added on the stones when I got there. I did call in advance and was told 6:30, but they started the massage 6:45 - not a huge deal, I simply haven't waited that long before.

I've been coming here faithfully with my wife for the last 3 years but over the past few months, their customer service has been horrible! Woman just called me yelling in the phone saying my appointment was at 1pm when it was actually for 2pm, she then proceeds to continue yelling telling me that she had been texting me all morning when in fact she had NOT been texting me because I had been at work all day. She then puts me on hold and says that they have a new employee who made a mistake. But that doesn't negate you yelling at me and accusing me of lying. I only went here for Ms Tina and I will really miss her, but I can't spend $200-$400 each visit and get horrible customer service.

OH MY GOD!!! This place is UNBELIEVABLE! First off, when you walk in, the front desk staff ladies were so helpful and friendly. Then they offer wine, water and mimosa. My wife and I chose mimosas and they were delicious. Then we went in for our combination massages with Bee and Kami. These ladies were phenomenal. I have arthritis in my neck and scoliosis in my back. Kami stretched me like I’ve never been stretched before (pause)! They do the walking on your body thing and cater to the pressure level that you can stand. We were visiting from Dallas and will never go to another place when we’re in Houston but here. They allowed me to take pictures of the place so enjoy them down below.

Absolutely amazing spa and reasonably priced!! The experience starts as soon as you walk in the door and are greeted professionally by the receptionist (Yenni) to the experienced massage therapist staff (Cherry & Tina). Both massage therapist are masters of various techniques to address tight/tension/sore spots. I have been coming to this location for a year and every time I leave feeling destressed and pain free! Also, my husband and I tried out the couple’s massage with a jacuzzi soak, it is an intimate and romantic setting that includes wine and fruit! Also, they have taken every precaution to be sure their guests feel safe during COVID.

I have been going here for about 4 years. I like the place Very clean, friendly staff, have a shower which is great as I go there sometimes after a workout. Now I want to state that I am a massage therapist of 34 years ago in a little spoiled when it comes to massage. Most of the therapist are good, have used both male and female as I could care less who massages me as long as they are good. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they went up about $15 on their massages an hour used to be 60 now 75 and 1 1/2 hour used to be 90 now 110 and I haven't had a great massage there yet. However, they are better then most places I have gone.

My mother in law gave me a gift certificate to this spa for my birthday. I am almost 3 months post partum and definitely needed a massage. I got the thai/Swedish 90 monute massage and it was intense. It was not relaxing at all, but I think the massage helped with drainage and worked my body in a different way. I wouldn't return because I want a relaxing massage. The name of the masseuse is Jose and I told him a few times to go lighter and it felt like the same pressure or he barely made a difference. He didn't speak fluent English either so it was a bit difficult to talk to him. This spa is for those who enjoy a more intense massage.

I chose the combination of swedish/deep tissue and thai massage. I needed a good stretch but didn't want that for a full hour. Here, this is the best of both worlds! The massage therapists are great at communicating if too much/little pressure is used. Hot stones were included, which normally at other places your charged extra. I went ahead and got a 3 pack which was well worth with the money!! I called around 930 AM for an appointment at 11 AM on a weekday and was scheduled in right away. I've had a different massage therapist each time and they were all good, so you can expect consistency each time.

Is a nice piece fall please, very professional always with a smile. Went there for a couples massage it was really good. My wife enjoyed enjoyed it. I did call many other places to see were the best deal was, and Thai Massage had the best deal. I called about a good 15 other places around the Houston area, and Thai Massage had the best deal. The people there were really friendly they offered to take pictures of us for memories. And I don't know how to explain this, but you can tell they enjoyed our enjoyment. Thank you for making our anniversary one of the best ones we had.

I went to this place to have a full body massage and they asked me if there is an area to concentrate on? I answered: the neck and lower back but at the end I only got these 2 areas treated and my whole body was completely neglected plus, the service I got was not good enough. I told the front disk lady about what happened and she said that I still have to pay for a full body massage and that she will talk to the manager to find a solution or a way to come back to finish the service and that she will call me back but I didn't hear anything back from them till now.

I’ve found the masseuse that get the knots out! And that is Jose! Very professional, and considerate. I lift weights and used to run quite a bit until plantar fasciitis grounded me. Being a first responder, I carry a lot of stress on my shoulders. Jose is somehow able to find all those pesky knots all over that keep me tight and uncomfortable, and releases them. He always asks if the pressure is to much. Yes it hurts, at that time, but feeling that muscle release...:and being able to move is all worth it. I have added this to my monthly budget.

10/10!! If you're ever looking for a place to unwind and get all your needs pampers to, THIS IS THE PLACE. My fiancé and i did the sweetheart package with a facial. To start, we had a traditional thai massage. Every spot that I have issues with was worked on and I came out feeling well stretched and rejuvenated. Next we had a facial by the most talented , which made my face feel so soft and like baby skin. I will be coming back for yearly if not semi yearly trip for a massage and facial !! Go visit and see how much your body will thank you !

I absolutely loved my experience at the spa!! They gave me a complimentary mimosa upon entering and gave care to ask if there were any spots I wanted to avoid in case I had an injury. I came in with the biggest crock in my neck. Could turn it from side to side without pain and the next day after my massage I felt INFINITELY better. My neck and shoulder pain went away thanks to the attentive masseuse who regularly checked in on me to make sure she wasn’t using too much pressure. Highly recommend! And they have a nail salon inside

I had a wonderful experience at the spa. Very professional and pleasant staff. I got a facial and Thai massage that was amazing. I felt taller and relaxed when I left. Jose did my Thai massage. I was nervous having a man do it because I was afraid it might be too much pressure, but he did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend! They offer a lot of other services that I would like to try next time. The spa is huge and have different rooms setup for different services. The prices are reasonable as well.

I came a few days after they were open from the quarantine. They followed all the safety procedures necessary and still provided the upmost care. I had a Swedish massage and it was simply amazing, from the environment to the staff. I was given a tea when I came in and during my massage, I got a little cold so the Masseuse gave me another blanket. Service was excellent, massage was excellent, and will definitely becoming back.

This was an amazing date for my wife and I this was our first time coming here and it was amazing and we are coming from Dallas Tx Claudia was amazing and danna was as well our experience here was great definitely recommend we got the honey moon with the jacuzzi only thing is water was to hot wish it was warm not burning hot but it’s ok we still enjoy everything after all definitely a 5 star!!! I hosted my 30th birthday here and all the staff made sure that I had everything I needed and they thought of every detail. They were super patient with me even when I made last-minute changes and took care of the decorations. They explained all the costs and fees to me beforehand so there were no surprises for me or my guests. The massages are always great quality and the customer service is also the best.

I had such an amazing time! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My gal pals and I did massages/facials together in our own private room that was decorated w rose petals and folded swan towels! We were also treated with mimosas and snacks before and after. Yesterday my boyfriend and I had the 90 min couples massage and we enjoyed every bit of the massage. We both had lots of tension from daily activities and this massage was right on time. When we entered the place we were greeted well and offered hot green tea. Our therapists Donna and Pam did a terrific job and made sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Ordered the couple's massage half Thai-half Swedish it was the best! The women's hands were at the perfect strength for my tight, stressed body. My husband was snoring he was so relaxed by the last 20 minutes. The prices are great and the place is unassuming but we didn't go for the ambiance. It was a good experience, one that I will try to have monthly.

Friendly service 120$ for 90mins Room was very small I’m 6ft did not enjoy it as much as I feel I should have. I've been using Thai Massage and Day Spa for upwards of 10 years (previously at their Westheimer & Chimney Rock location) and their newest location does not disappoint. They offer a lot of additional service, however, I only received a Thai massage. As usual it was a great massage.

Tina has given me the best cleaning of my face. i had so much blackheads in my face that she made it so crystal clean now. i definitely want to come again. and i got a full body exfoliation from BiBi, my skin is glowing and smooth now. so much care from her for such a smooth skin.

Wonderfully surprised by how friendly and caring the spa was, I went in for a couple's massage that I was gifted for Mother's Day and have to say it was absolutely AMAZING. I will be coming here more often now that I have discovered such a relaxing spa so close to the Galleria!

I have some medical issues that pretty much had me on my knees with EXTREME PAIN!!! my entire left side neck to ankle after six 1.5 hr sessions with CLAUDIA I have no pain after two years of severe pain cramps an knot's everywhere. BEST EVER!!!!!!!

I visited this place for the first time yesterday. I went in the sauna and then I had the marvelous combination massage. Everyone was so friendly. I will be back.

Husband went and Kami was fantastic. He has been having lower leg/back pain and she was able to stretch him out. She was very nice and we can’t wait to go back.
