When we booked this place we saw it was open till 5am and located in an office building, next to a KTV. When we arrived, we saw a scantly clad lady in front of the door and we feared this was a shady place. But thank god, she walked towards the KTV. When we entered the spa, our confidence was restored. The place is clean, well decorated and we were greeted as if we met old friends. The therapists speak English very well, which is a huge plus. And the massage was amazing. I just returned from a trip to Phuket, and where Thailand is the Mecca of massages, the massage at Thai Paradise in KL was better than the massages I had in Phuket. So don’t let the environment cloud your judgement. This is a clean and very good spa!

6 of us had the Head, Shoulder and Foot massage (60min) The masseur was very skilful, able to pinpoint the acupuncture points and untie my muscular knots, and had sufficient strength despite her petite size. She even managed to crack my spine and relieved my back pressure. I would skip the head massage and spend more time on my shoulders and back. We were in a room of 3 and the masseurs were whispering to each other in their native language but its only for 10% of the time, which was fine for me, but it might disturb your sleep. They are very friendly so let them know your requirements. One of us wanted them to increase their strength, and they did, and we all enjoyed the session. The place and the massage was clean.

Had a great massage. Body felt relax after. My husband slept through out easily however because I’m a light sleeper, I was not able to sleep initially as both masseur were chatting. I would have given 5 star still even if they were chatting, but I got a bit agitated after I change my clothing, 1 of the masseur went out without closing the door properly leaving it half way open. I had to inform her colleague and they then close properly. It happen again right after massage. If it’s a small opening, it’s fine, it was halfway. Where if anyone pass by they could see. Other then that massage was good. Place is nice. Nice ambience. The receptionist guy was friendly

I had aromatherapy and hot stone massage - not sure what oil they used but certainly it wasn’t to anything with aromatherapy- there was no fragrance of anything. Hot stone - not recommended - you get hot stones on your back, moved really quickly access oily back- no massage at all with them, and very loud noise off metal boiler or something that stones are in, then she walks up and down to bring hot stones and to put others back..so noisy all time. No relaxing music while massage. So I really don’t recommend. I respect the girl who says she works 14h every day - it’s sad, I’m sure business doing better to pay hard workers more decent wage

I would highly recommend this massage center to everyone. The people there are very nice. I was accompanied my mom for the first time and the massage was 3 hours. Due to I waited for my mom too long, they offered me a free foot massage for 30minutes. They also provide us aroma ginger tea They knew how to treat people well. This is the third month we are going continously to Thai Paradise Spa and very satisfied. Note: Thai paradise should have hire male for massage mainly for hard level. My brother would give 4/5 for the hard level because it never met his expectation. Hehe. Hence, my mom still chose Thai paradise everytime.

Massage is relaxation, there should be no noise, a person concentrates on massage and relaxation. We had 2 massages, two girls talked to each other and laughed (but it could be done after the session). There was no hot towel and an elementary cup of tea (ginger). In 2 days I will come to you again, I hope you will correct the gaps in the service :)

I appreciated the host getting a last-minute 60 minute Thai massage scheduled for us, but it felt like that accommodation decreased the quality of our service. Almost all of the service felt very rushed through from when we walked in the door to when we left, and the actual massage didn't feel very relaxing. Maybe it was just that we didn't like the routine for this particular massage; we didn't feel the full benefits of Thai massage that we're accustomed to. The oil portion of the massage was pleasant. Given the price of the service, the massage was just OK. We don't regret coming but are not sure we'd come back.

What an exceptional massage and experience!! My wife and I would give 7 stars if we could. We've just finished travelling all over the world for 6 weeks (this time) and this is seriously one of the best massages we've ever had! Completely polite and thoughtful at every step. The owner explained that once the Karaoke bar nearby was noisy and someone left a bad review. This place does not deserve anything less than 5 stars. We both had oil thai massages for 1 hour and we couldn't fault a thing. We can't wait to return to K.L for this experience Oh...and the Ginger tea was a nice touch at the end also

1. Music from KTV next door was extremely loud and could be heard from inside. 2. Masseur wasn’t very professional. There were so many customers outside and while I was still changing in the room, they kept opening the door, coming in and out to take things and change the sheets, towels etc. 3. When I was asked to sit up, the masseur didn’t cover my upper body and I felt uncomfortable since it was exposed. The room was also cold. After, she tried to cover it with a short towel but didn’t cover the correct spot. 4. For the price paid, RM200 for aromatherapy I expect the service to be very much better.

I was looking for a two hour massage before heading home and came across this spa. Such an attentive and service oriented spa! They ordered me a Grab because it was pouring and I couldn’t get one myself with all those other requests during that peak period. I had a great massage with just the right amount of pressure. I did not even have to tell them my problem areas, which is one heck of a skill if you ask me. They do use quite some oil, but not to worry! You are offered to take a shower if you like. Had some great ginger tea afterwards as well! Highly recommend this great spa!

I was hesitating due to some bad reviews written in the google review section, turns out that all the bad reviews came from weird people wanting unethical behavior. As a university student working both internship and part time jobs, I really needed a good massage for myself. Although the price was not considered cheap for me since I am just a student, it was worth the full body massage session and they totally fulfilled my expectation as a good massage shop. Would definitely visit again and hope the masseurs are mentally okay from those weird customers. Thank you !!

The week before I arrived in KL I had sprained my back, while initially not wanting a massage I was assured to be in good hands by the management. It turned out to be the best massage I ever had - period. Having traveled extensively for work and leisure, I have enjoyed massages in many places, this place was a pleasant surprise. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to have a professional massage done. I myself will be a regular whenever I am in town. Kudos to the management and to the highly trained masseuses in Thai Paradise Spa.

We chanced upon this place when searching on google for massages near where our hotel was. What made us decide were reviews. Not just the good, but even how the business handled the constructive ones My bf and I chose the hot oil massage with the foot reflexology as an add on. We left feeling absolutely revived and had an amazing nights rest. 100% recommend this for all!

Nach unserem 16 Stunden Flug haben wir am ersten Abend für 2 Stunden das Basic Package für 2 Personen gebucht. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und alles hat funktioniert. Die Massage war sehr gut und wir haben uns anschliessend sehr entspannt gefühlt. Sollte ich nochmals nach KL zurück kommen, gehe ich bestimmt nochmals vorbei. Das einzige was "negativ" war, war das die Klimaanlage sehr kühl war, aber man gewöhnt sich daran:)

Had a deep tissue massage. While the masseuse made good effort, the technique wasn’t there yet. Went on a Friday night and apart from 1 customer who was leaving as I arrived, I was the only person there. Perhaps the price, RM 290 for 90mins (going rate outside seems to be 198) and the loud noise from the bar/karaoke next door which can be heard loudly from the room, are contributing factors.

Stop over in KL en route to New Zealand from UK. I visited Thai Paradise twice (going to NZ and back) and the massuse got rid of my long haul body pains easily. Left me refreshed. I have to say, one of the best massages I have had. Family run business and very professional place. If I ever get back to Kuala Lumpur, I’m heading there first. Thank you!

This is a hidden gem. We chanced upon this massage because we are in the area. The masseur has good skills and pressures throughout the massage. Place is clean and smells pleasant. Through my conversation with the owner, this hotel is connected to Pacific Regency Hotel through Level 7 of the building. This massage is at Level 9. Highly recommended.

I had been here twice in a row, and that tells literally anything. Foot masssge, head&shoulder, and full body massage was all perfect and executed by professionals. The atmosphere is very welcoming and i felt comfy right in the moment when i stepped in. Couldn't be better, unrestricted recommendation. Go here if you need a good massage.

Correction.!! I thought that I was reviewing a recent massage in Langkawi. This place is a five star facility. Sum performed her magic on me on two separate occasions. The 2 hour herbal hot stone was masterfully done. Sum's care and attention was very much appreciated. I apologize for any confusion caused by my initial review.

Hello Very beautiful and cozy place. The staff greeted us very warmly and showed us our room to change clothes. After we had a great and relaxing massage, removed all the clamps and we were very pleased!

Might be at a better location “in terms of easy to find” ! It is not on the ground floor nor at the entrance, you must enter a dark, very old and “abandoned” feel like building. Doesnt feel safe, sorry. Besides, inside of this store needs better design for that prices. Massage is good. Nana knows the techniques really good.

Underwhelming had such high hopes after reading the reviews. Masseur seems unsure what to do and communication was sorely lacking. Price I paid definitely did not match the level of service received. Recommend you go somewhere else instead.

My wife and I had previously visited this place and had an amazing experience! So this time, I was on a golf trip and badly needed a deep tissue massage after 4 rounds of playing Amy and Nana gave the most amazing 4 hand massage and left me feeling brand new! I highly recommend this place to anyone

This place is classy and cozy. The manager is very friendly and patient. My masseuse Diana is very professional and friendly. Uses all the right techniques and good amount of strength overall I am very relaxed after the massage. Very enjoyable experience, would definitely recommend and come again.

After four flights, I really needed somewhere to de stress and relax. I opted for the head & neck, leg & foot combo and wow, what a treat! The therapist was excellent and really got into the areas I needed to release tension from. By the end of it, I was falling asleep! Highly recommend!

Mir hat es gefallen. Da ich komplett verschwitzt angekommen bin, wurde mir eine Dusche angeboten. Handtücher, Shampoo, Duschgel. Alles top. Ich hatte hot oil Massage, 90 Minuten. Die Masseurin war großartig. Danach gab es ein Ginger Tea. Die Reservierung lief unkompliziert über WhatsApp.

Very good massage, addressed all my pain points and stiff areas. Good shower too. Some of the negatives were, lady opened the door while I changing (I was literally naked), very noisy neighbors constantly talking from the other room/building, no proper place to hang clothes etc.

Love the place. The atmosphere and the interiors. The massage was very nice. Friendly receptionist which I think is also the owner, he offered ginger tea before the massage. The masseuse did a good job as well. Will definitely return when I have the chance. You deserve 5 star.

I walked in And I was shocked, shocked at how amazing the inside was, how beautifully presented the massage rooms were, with the folded towels and flowers on the bed, the aroma in the building made me feel calm. Great prices, great friendly staff. Will definitely come back

Came with 2 other friends and we must say the massage is exceptionally good. Definitely recommend to come for full body massage! Only cons is that there is this thumping sound from above but it is not of their fault. Can be rectified if they can play soothing music.

Thai Paradise Spa is a hidden jem! The foot reflexology was so good that we went back for a full body massage on the following night of our KL trip. It never disappoint us! Definitely will visit again if travelling to KL. #2thumbsup

Good massage but the parking is terrible. Parking is RM13 per entry and can only accept exact amount. If you put more, you won’t get any change. Also it is a very old car park design so very low ceiling and tight turning radius

The car parking area is spooky. If no change, it the machine eats your money! Pathway to Thai Paradise Spa is bit dodgy. But the spa is fantastic. The masseuse are amazing!

Good, spacious, legit clean spa that operates till late. Price may be steeper than other places but for the quality of the massage you can't complain. Recommended!
