Lovely place to find books of different genres, has study rooms for learning which are sound proof. It's not just lot a library, it also has swimming pools, gyms, studio and whole lot of more( not gone deeply inside). There are elderly houses and retirement homes close to it which also makes the environment very calm. There are also shopping centres right outside of it with stores like Aldi,Wilko, Iceland,Poundland,Morrisons,Pizza hut, Superdrug,Greggs , a newly opened post office close to it, Pets at home where you could adopt pets, McDonald's and KFC (which is unusual) making it two different options for fast food you'll love. There are also some other stores which you'll see . There's sightseeing outside the library to do like the tall clock installed outside in which the bells ring sometimes ,cannons facing the clock (not working , just there) for seeing and benches. There are also 2 bridges over a lake where there are swans which are lovely to watch. If you've not visited Thamesmere Library ,✋ stop by one of these and visit it

Library looks clean,, and only very few staff are friendly,. There is a black , bit big woman, and angry face who is really Not nice at all, not a good listener, when customers whose English it’s not their first language ask/say anything , She Doesn't listen! She just assumes what they are saying, very uneducated ,,she also seem to boss new staff. She is an ugly person ., will be nice someone else, with more education, considerate , manners and principles.

Lovely Library come regularly, most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The only bad issue is the volume of the music coming from the studio is so loud I have to raise my voice to speak to my daughter sitting next to me for her to hear me. Surely this is a problem for other, maybe shut the door or install some sound proofing to allow people to enjoy the library on some relative peacr and quiet.

Only found out recently that you could print documents here! Lovely and helpful staff. The only issue I have is that it says they closes at 5.30pm but they shut the PC's done much earlier. I've been there twice now before 5.15 and have been unable to print. Very frustrating.

You can’t even revise in the library because there is always children screaming and it’s connected to the reception. Not really a sensible decision of connecting a library with a public entrance

Quiet and useful library, although there is a group that comes on Thursdays and hold loud prayer meetings. Don't go then. Edit: This doesn't seem to be the case anymore

Bit smaller. But goos enough for a tiny place. Lota of activites for mom and kids. Lots of book. Thumbs up to the staff

Small library, especially for working spaces. However, there is an abundance of Desktop computers for public use.
