I received lash services from Thandi. My lashes fell on my left eye within 6 days of her installing them. She will not refund me my money so now I have to take her to court. She is very deceitful and unprofessional. Ladies, please do business elsewhere. It's not worth your time or energy to experience what I have with this lady. Thandi did refund me my deposit for the day I called to explain the issue in regard to my lashes. Also, I stated in the previous review above that my lashes had fallen off within a six day time frame, that is incorrect. I only had them on for four days. In these photos below as you can see, they look nice, except for the left eye were they had fallen off. I told her I thought she had done a great job and was willing to work with her again. But her attitude about the service and her lack of responsibility is wrong. So I just want customers to share my experience so it won't happen to anyone else. Thank you

I went to see Thandi for the first time September 17, 2021. I must say her work went above and beyond all my expectations. I was in town for the weekend to attend a conference/party. Walking into Thandi’s I never knew I was in for a life changing experience. I booked the Empress Plus and I could not be happier that I did. I received an exceptional eye makeover plus, with uplifting/encouraging advice. I left feeling like family with Thandi and on top of the world. From the many compliments I received my confidence went through the roof. The makeup lasted me my entire weekend. Thandi has a great personality and really takes what she does seriously. I was nervous about having a new person do my brows but she was excellent and I have been back twice since my first time in late September. There is plenty of seating for while you wait. Also the waterproof brow kit that I purchased from her was life changing. Now my brows always look great even between appointments.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done by thandi since I was 15 so we’re about 10 years in with many more to go. She’s a perfectionist with the brows my problem spot drive her crazy every time but she handles them like the pro she is. I don’t trust nobody else to get me right. Thandi did an amazing amazing job on my brows! She really shaped them to accentuate my face structure. I hadn’t had my brows done in years and she took the time to show me how to highlight them with a little concealer and showed me what they look like with and without the temporary tint. 100% recommend.
