We did not get to meet one on one,but what a pleasant experience! Had an issue with the spark plugs, after having done a service elsewhere. Cohen was accommodating, professional and extremely kind over the phone. They'd already closed for the December holidays and still in the process of moving into a new workshop, however took the time to accomodate me. My car feels brand new. One seldom finds such honest people nowadays. My hubby says please give your right hand man a raise
