On my husband's first visit he felt Dr. Tran was a bit distant and not personable. However.on his next visit, and presenting with more serious symptoms she was caring and went above and beyond order all the relevant tests plus to ensuring a concise diagnosis. He was on medical leave and needed paperwork filled out - she had her own medical issue and was out for an extended period of time but was gracious enough to complete his company's paperwork to secure his job. I met her (wife) on his third visit and was so impressed I'm going to sign her up as my primary care doc. Maybe she was having a bad day if you experienced a negative bedside manner. She's a doctor, and she's human too. I am looking forward to her helping me with several health issues and providing support while I make the necessary health changes to help myself a better quality of life. She types really fast too.....like me! :) Not relevant but I think it's cool....does her own paperwork! Office staff was very competent and friendly with us. Don't expect a miracle if you, yourself, aren't going to try and make personal changes. I speak from experience. If you received bad/negative service with the doctor or her staff, you should have addressed it then, in person, and not made a negative post on social media.

Those that are commenting about Dr. Tran have probably not seen her for long and have not gotten to know her personality. Doctors are not your momma or your daddy. They are not responsible for how you choose to live your life. Nor are they magicians. They are human and see a lot of patients per day. Understand this. My Experience: She was the first health professional that suspected something going on in my brain as a result of migraines and twinkling lights in my right eye. Last year, she requested an MRI with contrast but my insurance only allowed for the MRI without. This year, while going to a fertility clinic they ran a full battery of tests and saw that I had high prolactin levels. So, the endocrinologist that I am seeing now referred me for MRI with contrast as a result of Hyperprolactinemia. I recently received the results and there is a small tumor in my pituitary gland in which they will investigate. She is intuitive and was the first to suspect something based on my symptomatology. She actually listened to my complaints and took them to view my being overall. Do not let these negative comments derail you from seeing her! Based on my experience, I recommend her in full faith and fidelity!

I would not recommend Dr.Tran to anybody. I call on a Monday to get my prescription refilled and was told by the receptionist that they would call me when it's ready. I don't hear from them all week and try to call on Friday to see what's going on. They then tell me that Dr.Tran has taken the rest of the day off. So I have had to go with out my meds which can cause seizures and many other problems. And when I go in and try and talk to her about it she blows me off. And tells me it's my fault for not calling sooner. When this is the way she told me to do it. I could even see if this was just a one time deal. But no it has happened the last 3times and even more over the last year. I have went in for appointments and told her something has changed and she didn't listen or try to diagnose the issue. She just tires to sell me a wight loss injection or doesn't even acknowledge that I just told her something was wrong. I will be looking for a new doctor and I suggest you do the same

Clinics like this shouldn't even be put on the map to help clients needs their customer service sucks the receptionist in the front desk have very bad attitudes Jessica & Karen so rude couldn't even answer simple questions this Clinic says they take various insurance but be careful they'll set you up with the bill of $400 wait 90 days but in this case they waited a whole year to let you know you have a balance come on $201 to see a nurse petition and there randomly cost just to see a doctor & 114 to $75 come on if you have receptionist that I can't even explain they're flat rate I see cancer doctors for less than what I have to pay here do I recommend this place no but he'll no make a smart move and go to a better Clinic believe me this place is no good

It was my first visit to this office, when dr Tran walked in she didn’t make eye contact with me at all she sat down starred at her computer and asked me questions when I was talking to her it felt like she wasn’t listening. The rooms were very disorganized and dusty Not a comfortable environment at all which I feel is very important having patients trust. The second visit for my follow up she called me by the wrong name and forgot who I was and why I was there There was zero personal interest and I will not be going back to that office again. On a more positive not the receptionist was very pleasant and so was the nurse Dr Tran is a nice woman and I’m sure is a good doctor but just not the doctor for me

Extremely poor communication. After my first call, which directed me to a voicemail, it took them weeks to get back to me (red flag). When I finally had my appointment, I received a referral to have an X-ray. They were supposed to fax the X-ray referral to the facility, upon my request, and they never did. The day of my appointment for the x-ray, I could not be seen since they did not have the referral. It was a waste of my day, and a waste of money, since I had to take off the hours from work. I am highly disappointed. Imagine if I had some form of cancer. Catching these things right away is so important. The fact that they seem to care so little is very scary.

I saw Dr.tran for many years long story short she put me on narcotics which I had no idea what the side affects were after 4 years of taking them she cut me off no tapering off just dropped me after calling the nurse advice line and explaining my symptoms they said I was detoxing. I called Dr.tran again and asked if she could give me the medication the nurse was talking about she straight said no I'm not your doctor. It was the worst pain in the world on top of my chronic pain she left me throwing up fever chills ect. Horeible!

Dr. Tran may be a great doctor but her receptionist (not Lindsay) was so completely obnoxious and rude that I have absolutely no interest in this medical practice. Whoever your receptionist was Candace, was unprofessional, her responses was a clear example that she did not care and did not comprehend what I was saying and purposely responding back with misinformation with sarcasm. Maybe Dr. Tran's medical practice is so successful, it allows receptionists to service Dr. Trans clients in that manner and/or the wrong clientele.

Do not use this provider for Botox treatment! She talked me into twice as many units as I normally receive then told me that it might not take as her and her mother used the same vial and her mothers took and her's did not. She promised if it didn't take that in 3 weeks she would redo the service. After 3 weeks she looked at me a said it didn't take because you need more cause you are old. I am 36!!!!! I spent A LOT of money at this place with no results. Do no use Dr. Tran for this type of treatment!!!!

I have been seeing Dr Tran for about 8 years. Mixed reactions. Keep looking. I left this person because she punished me for my original post. She cut me off of my anxiety medication that I have taken for 28 years. I have called her office regarding the terrible withdrawal symptoms, and her receptionist acts as a nurse taking messages. This is illegal!!! Needless to say Dr. never addressed my agony and I was left to suffer. Isn't the Dr supposed to "First do no harm?".

I love coming here! For the first time I feel safe in the hands of my doctor. Dr. Tran is thorough and To the point which I love! No BS, and has always been very tentative to my medical needs. Conducting test and blood work for what ever symptoms I may have and sending me to the right places for further treatment if needed. I trust her with myself and I’d recommend her to my family and friends

Dr. Tran is great, had her for a couple years. She has always been Good at administering the correct test conducive to symptoms as well treatment she is also caring, and prompt.

Wonderful, intuitive physician. Dr. Tran helped me turn around my anxiety and depression. She is a great listener, and she helped me get my life back. I highly recommend her.

Very uncomfortable returning to this doctor unable to trust her diagnosis doesn't seem to listen to the patient it's a quick in-and-out. The staff is very unprofessional

they never open on time and even if you are the 1st person of the day, you won't be seen on time. the secretary's and office girls can be a bit salty too.
