I find Andy's vet clinic unprofessional, disorganized, and untrained. I am always disappointed with my visits. I had a cat once who was sadly run over by a car and when I rushed her to Andy's to see if there was anything they could for her the first thing they did was try and weigh her. For an emergency like that the obvious action would be to give immediate medical attention. Check vitals and so on. Not weigh her! On more than one occasion I am given medicine for my other cat and the doctor says give one drop a day. Then rushes out as I'm leaving saying oops sorry I mean three drops. Yet another point, I recently rescued a kitten from the street. I took it to Andy's and they agreed to keep him until I found a home. I found a home the same day and told them on the phone and in person that I had found someone but that the person is traveling and will pick up the kitten when they are back. I went to visit the kitten for the second time and of course they had given away the kitten to someone else without informing me. The way they give shots to my cats is also appalling. I am at a loss. I go to Andy's because I live in Loresho and my cat does not like car rides and Andy's is the closest. But this is the last straw for me. I have friends with equally poor experiences with botched surgeries but those are not my stories to tell.

We brought a very very young kitten here, around 5 weeks old but she was identified by the vet as 2 months old. She had a lot of white debris on her fur we thought flea eggs, they diagnosed it as dandruff. They proceeded to give her a flea treatment that was too high a dose for a 5 week old kitten (assumed dose for 2 month old kitten) she died of organ failure and anemia a week later, we took her to another vet where they diagnosed the overdose. They need to be wary of flea medication. I am heartbroken

In my 6 months of having a pup, Andy's has really been there for us. They helped us guide a malnourished puppy into a strong happy adult. I never have experienced a long wait. They communicate their recommendations and diagnosis before taking action - allowing us time to understand and gather the details (time, cost, etc.). They do offer a 24-hour service which is comforting. I've not yet gone through major medical issues with Andy's yet so can't speak to major surgery or critical conditions.

Please do not advertise yourself as a 24 hour clinic. Brought in my cat in severe respiratory distress and the vet wasn’t in and wouldn’t take either my or the attendant’s calls or respond to our texts. Dr Andrew Matole, being on call means being accessible if you’re not on site. You’re doing a great disservice to animals in need.

Andy’s entire staff impressed me on their ability to handle and care for both cats and dogs (especially the unhappy sick and usually timid cat that we were taking care of. I have been in a lot of veterinary clinics around the world and Andy’s is definitely 5 stars. Available 24hrs is another plus to their excellent work!

Worst place ever. Never use this clinic. My dog was absolutely in a critical condition at 2:30am and having called the clinic there was no sensible response from them. A person answering the call claimed the vet on call was probably tired and asleep. Absolutely pathetic. If you value your pets life never use this clinic

My puppy was butchered at this clinic. I was told a cyst would be aspirated and when I can to pick him up he had a 17cm incision down his neck poorly stitched by Dr Andy. I was horrified. The wound is not healing properly- he will be forever scarred by this. We will never return.

Sure you can treat a dog but customer service is just horrid and even then, I'm still unsure if the dog was treated or just accommodated. Maybe it's so money can be earned, who knows. Like I said, I hope you treat other customers alot better. And prices are definitely not fair!

Its Close to my house and if I cannot make it to the clinic. I just call them and in within seconds they'll be in my house. they will come to my place. Anytime day or night. They will definitely take care of your pets. The Best clinic for my godies

Very professional doctors who take special interest in your pet to ensure that they are healthy and duly vaccinated. But I have to say my favourite member of staff is the plump black and white cat who is their resident receptionist!

Had a 3 am vet medical emergency with my dog and didn't know who to call! Dr. Andrew was fantastic! Within a half hour of me calling and getting to the clinic Dr. Andrew was with us! Cannot recommend him enough!

The press is very much okay they take care of our pets and I say thanks a lot and if you have any issue with your pets please visit them and your pets will be treated nicely thank you

Sadly, I did not like the conditions the dogs were kept in. Not enough air flowing through the kennels. Please consider open sided kennels.
