I forgot about this restaurant until I got an ad for them on my Instagram today, so I wanted to say DO NOT EAT HERE! I used to eat here almost every weekend with friends and recommended it to so many people. I was such a regular customer that all the staff remembered us. Every time I ate there and ordered food I told the staff I have a severe nut allergy and got them to inform the kitchen. Even though every time I came they remembered me and my allergy, I reminded them each and every time to be 100% safe. One day in May 2021 I went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, they recognised us as usual and as I did every time I reminded them of my nut allergy and they informed the chef. I took a bite of my food and immediately started having an allergic reaction to the chutney, my boyfriend administered an epipen and we called an ambulance. The waiter noticed and said “sorry we forgot there’s peanuts in that dish, I know you told us”. Moments later the manager came out and screamed at my boyfriend that we did this on purpose and “next time tell us you have an allergy” (even though we did, and it had been acknowledged by the staff) as I was being carried into the ambulance. They had absolutely no sympathy, were awfully rude and still made us pay for our food, even tho my boyfriend was gracious and never outright blamed them, despite it being their fault. This was absolutely unacceptable way to treat any customer regardless of if they were a regular or not. Please do not eat here as they will not respect you or take care of your dietary needs.

Stayed for a week in July. On arrival, staff were very pleasant although sometimes you need to visit the bar to converse with them as the reception isn't always staffed. That said, if you phone them, they quickly appear. I wish there was tea/coffee making facilities in the room rather than a general bar in hallway as that is a little inconvenient. Moved out of my original room as the television didn't work, including when there was decent weather. The switch was not a problem and staff were most helpful although reception in the latter was quite poor too so think they need to address the sigbal problem. The most annoying thing was the party on a Friday night/Saturday night - only went quiet at 02:00 hours. Staff did apologise and gave me a cheaper rate for the next night. They were very helpful assisting me with changes in my plans, assisting me with luggage (I had a lot) and Avi was helpful at a point whereby I was experiencimg a few problems. He negotiated a cheaper rate and was understanding in that I needed longer to stay as i was attempting to secure accommodation in London. When I stripped the bed as I was vacating, I was disgusted by the duvet and pillow stains, evidently drued blood and other bodily fluids, they need to replenish such. Overall, I would stay again as accommodation is decent with a few issues assuming above points were rectified. Staff are amazing, helpful, respectful and friendly. Food was lush.

I freakin' LOVE this place! Everything from the food, to the service, to the awesome staff (especially James) is top tier. Went with a few peeps to celebrate life and togetherness, and from the minute we walked in the vibes were vibing. The atmosphere is cool and there is a real buzz of excitement throughout. The staff are so warm and friendly, and they can't do enough for you. That kind of customer service is what would make me return on the regular. I'm gonna shout out James again! James your energy is infectious and you made our night with your dope self! Thank you for looking out for us when some people got a little too friendly! You really made the night- and me and my crew are gonna visit again just because of you As a vegan I was pleased with the options available and the food was first-class, they would have had to roll me out if I ordered more (you gotta order the vegan cheeseburger for real, for real). If you drink, they got a mad selection of premium liquor and more .The DJ had everyone on the dance floor and the tunes were bussin'. The owner has done a great job bringing that city vibe to NW and to be honest, I would rather be at the Arch Wembley that in the West End. Parking can be hit and miss, so get an Uber or a ride. The Arch Wembley, y'all get 5 stars all day every day- keep up the awesomeness! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed here for the night (on a Friday) and it did exactly what it said on the tin. Yes the music played until 1 am but for those of you complaining about it, they explicitly state this on their website, so you shouldn’t be surprised. We also ate dinner there and had one of the best curries. Highly recommend!! The chaps were really lovely and welcoming, super helpful and always had a kind smile. The rooms were decent and you get what you pay for. Had everything you need. If noise isn’t for you, again, they state on their website that music is played until 1 am, but at soon as it hit 1 am, the music was switched off promptly. Super convenient location being a 10 minute walk to Wembley stadium also. Very happy with our stay. Thank you!

I have arranged our company Christmas party with a DJ at The Arch which went smoothly as Avi made it so easy for me. He made sure that everything is sorted for us, he was always available if I needed any help or had any questions. I'm so grateful for his help. Also huge thanks for your whole team on that night, everyone was super friendly and made sure that our colleagues have a wonderful time and that all of us have fun. I can say this was our best Christmas party ever and I am sure that all of my colleagues have the same thoughts. Parked close to here for a show at the OVO, our party’s initial plan was to just meet here for a quick drink and a bathroom stop. Thank Goodness we decided to eat here as well! Absolutely phenomenal, attentive service and the food was genuinely some of the finest flavours I have ever had the delight of tasting, The buttermilk chicken burger I had was outstanding and the curry, my party swore that is was one of the best they’d ever eaten. If you’re going to a show in Wembley, take the time to head 5mins walk out of the main park and grab a bite to eat here instead! Many thanks to all the staff and chefs involved. Very very convinient for a trip to Wembely, very friendly welcome, fanstastic food! Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. And i left my phone charger in the room when i left to come home and the kind people at the hotel sent my charger home with next day delivery in padded envelope . They apologised for the tv aireal being broken by discounting the wine at our evening meal. Thank you for a plesant stay.

This particular restaurant went above and beyond with respect to special services, and was also very helpful with those afflicted with disabilities. We stopped in to watch the football before heading to Wembley for rugby. Sadly we arrived very shortly before kick off, so once we saw the wildly different menu prices compared to what was advertised on the website, we were absolutely shocked. Jacking up the prices almost double just to take advantage of fans that have travelled from the north and are hardest hit by the cost of living crisis is just disgraceful.

They do not accept Amex which was a bummer. Food and drinks were average. Drinks were expensive. They had DJ night on Friday but the DJ was playing some weird rap or pop that I had never heard. “Bad music” is all I can say. They don’t allow drinks outside past 11:30 which was a shame. Shout out to the doorman with the dog keeping a tight check.

Came here when it first opened and loved it, still coming here! Great Indian food, great service, great drinks, great location! The Dahl was incredible and sizzling paneer was spot on! The only downside is parking is hard on event days, so park at Wembley outlet centre and walk there in 6 mins.

We didn't stay at the hotel , but just used the pub for the weekend whilst at Wembley watching Blur (Saturday and sunday) I just have to say that all of the staff were so friendly and attentive. We were made to feel very at home , excellent service,they even changed the music for us and watch the cricket. We shall definitely be back. Amazing service thanks for looking after the 4 of us.

What nice surprise! Came up to see Coldplay as Wembley, decided we needed food and a pint and this place is an oasis! Special mention to lovely Harsh, a lovely friendly and funny member of staff who made sure we had everything we needed and cleared the table quickly. This is my new Little Place in Wembley

This is our second time here. First time we came here and tried the old fashioned. I would say it’s best old fashioned I ever had in my life. Special thanks to Harsh who made this amazing cocktail … it just a awesome. Highly recommended. Will come back for old fashioned for sure.
