Excellent service from the moment I walked in. I came in to buy cushioned shoes as I get very painful feet from nerve pain. Immediately I was helped by a lovely lady called Lexy who was very knowledgeable and friendly, and a lady who was training called Lou. They were both very professional and nice and they made something that I thought would be difficult a breeze. The whole process was very easy and quick, and I love my shoes. They are seriously comfortable and cushioned and I can now do a lot more walking so I'm very happy. So happy I am about to order another pair online! The kicker was I had a gift card that hadn't been activated yet and the team patiently spent ages on the phone to customer service trying to find a way around it for me, which they did. I really appreciated the astounding level of customer service - thank you Lexy and Lou!

After receiving terrible service from Rebel Sports and feeling completely frustrated, I headed to the Athletes Foot store, unsure of what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received from Ali, who approached me as soon as I entered and offered his assistance. He not only measured my feet but also assessed my walking style, and helped me choose the most suitable runners. The contrast between Athletes Foot and Rebel Sports was stark, and I couldn't have been more impressed with Ali's helpfulness and professionalism. I will definitely be returning to Athletes Foot, where I was treated with the utmost care and attention. Thank you Ali!

Been at this location twice in the last month to seek support in finding the right pair of runners, and honestly staff are quite poor. They lack customer service skills, and simply seem to lack the knowledge to be confident in selling the products on their shelves. While hiding behind the front desk, staff are continously busy having private chats with their peers. This behaviour seems consistent with most of the staff, so I question what the organisation is doing in educating and supporting their staff in customer service skills? As a customer, the only real purpose of entering this store is too simply try shoes IRL and then buying the shoe online from another store.

If you have issues, see Jen!! After trying twice to be fitted into the right shoe with Athletes Foot, Jen came to my rescue and I am now running in the best trainers I’ve ever had! She was not pushy or rude like the others and recommended everything she could in a kind and compassionate manner. This was the best service I’ve experienced in years, and I will Be forever grateful to Jen for restoring my faith in not only the Athletes Foot, but in the entire service industry. Thanks again Jen, for being patient, and genuinely willing to help me find a solution for my prolemed feet.

Really rude I went in store looking for a pair and I wanted to try my feet check thing. I was told you will have to commit to buy from us only than you can use our servises. I was told "dont come here to abuse our servises. DO YOU UNDERSTAND??" I walked out. BTW all the time she was busy with her phone. I did buy from the same store 3 times and it was good. Will never walk in the store or any other. I have just come out and writing this for the company as this staff just made a family uncomfortable and lost a regular customer.

Went in and had my feet sized up to make sure I get the correct pair of shoes. It only took months before the insides started wearing away. Unfortunately I was only able to come back in-store with the shoes in around 6 months since purchase. Intially they said they can't help because it may have been from user error or the insoles which I showed them was purchased from the same store on the same day and was recommended by them, I asked to speak to the manager they said it's been too long since purchase and they can't help

Fella called Isaac that works there made buying my new runners a walk in the park. After all the muppet christmas shoppers had been through and I went in at the end of the day he was still in a good mood. He obviously has a good sole, either that or he started the day on the right foot. He was straight up, gave solid info and didn't try to pull a sneaker on me and run off with my money. All jokes aside, he was great and I left with some sweet new shoes. Would definitely go back.

Incredible service! I got served by Jamie, who was really knowledgeable and so patient, not just with me but with my two kids. Jamie really helped me work out the best fit for me and to try something a bit different to my usual to see if I get an even better result. This was a really good shopping experience. I had bought shoes from tbe City branch, only to discover that they did not suit my right foot. A quick phonecall indicated that I could exchange ot refund at any of their stores within 30 days. The lass at Highpoint was most obliging and understanding and in a flash i had a pair which not only fit better but suited my needs better as well. And they cost less too. This is a Happy Shopper.

He was so patient and professional, and for me who is someone who finds buying shoes for my larger sized feet usually ending in tears and walking away with nothing - I am so so thankful! I was greeted by Jennifer A, i told her what i was looking for and my problem with weight and very bad knees. I walkd over the machine and saw how bad my walking was. She brought to me some shoes that i tried on and she even tied my shoe laces an absolute star and professional il be doing my shoe shopping there from now on. Thank you Jennifer A and athletes foot.

Ventured here today to buy some inner soles. Covid controlled entry protocols in place. Was greeted / served within a second of entry. Tayla B was friendly, efficient and helpful. Would recommend this store. Interesting enough when you pay by EFTPOS they get you to do a customer satisfaction rating of 1-9 on the machine before you tap and pay.

Fantastic service from Claire. She was so helpful. I had no idea what I wanted to buy. I needed comfortable walking shoes for a wide foot. Claire tested my feet and then found the perfect shoes for me. I have always found this store to be very helpful and they go out of their way for their customers. Love shopping here.

I always have an excellent experience at Athlete’s Foot Highpoint. The staff are super professional and knowledgable, and go out of their way to find you the right fit.
