Pretty terrible experience today. Booked an appointment with Ronnie from 5:30 - 6pm today. Given COVID, thought their making a firm booking appointment made sense. Drove 1 hour across the city to see the vehicle I was interested in and the dealer was locked & closed. No Ronnie. Some older random gentleman started talking to me, no mask on, tried calling Ronnie. He got him on his phone and handed me the phone! (no social distancing here!). Ronnie preceded to hang up. Then the gentleman got someone else on the phone who rudely told me "Ya, you can take it for a test drive and if you want it leave a deposit". With who? I asked? The dealer was closed. I was done and walked away. Too bad as I was very interested in the vehicle...but won't be back after 2 hours of driving to experience that. **Jan 23/22 -- I'm editing my review as seemingly you can reply to my post, but I can't reply to yours. 1) Incorrect. I booked the 5:30 time intentionally to only have to take 30 mins off work, and if I was coming from across the city, I'd certainly hope I'd know what time the appointment was. 2) What sales agency doesn't have a sales person on-site during regular business hours & the only person on-site, as you mentioned, was one of your neighbouring businesses to tell a customer to wait until the sales person can return. 3) Your response today is 9 months (3/4 of a year!) after my visit & review...this should tell you everything you need to know. FYI - I purchased a $40k vehicle 2 days later from another dealer who confirmed our appointment (as you said, it’s covid) showed up on time & was courteous. Your loss.

I purchased a vehicle from auto king 6 months ago, agreed to pay the asking price for the vehicle upon picking up the car. I was told there was a $900 certification bill, which is just a cash grab an added on to the total amount of the vehicle. I had sold my car privately and paid $130 plus HST for a safety certificate I had just left the car Lot on the highway at 90km hour. There was a harming the vibration coming from the vehicle brought the vehicle back to them. They used a portable code reader and it red e vac leak , brought it to my mechanic, and they found it needed a front right wheel bearing. And, right rear wheel bearings turn on lights over 30 undeleted code in the system being a 2010. also, the u joints on the driveshaft were worn out and caused the driveshaft to brake in half which put a hole in the bell housing and crushed the exhaust pipe. The total repair bill for all this work was $2620 there was a assortment of mechanical issues with his vehicle, including major rust and corrosion on the undercarriage of the vehicleI had to replace the battery add to replace several interior lightbulbs buyer beware do not buy any vehicles from this dealer

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Absolutely horrible customer service and vehicles are all Lemons. Not to mention hidden fees and extra charges. I don't even know where to start with my purchase from these guys. How about initially keeping my vehicle for 1 month to clear the (30day after buy inspection period) so omvic can't do anything about the lemon I bought. Turbo was blown, seat that was promised to be fixed....wasn't fixed. I paid for a commercial safety ... Was charged and was told it'll come in the mail, it's been 6 months or more now and nothing. There are PLENTY of other used car dealers around this place, do not waste your time or money here at all. Save yourself the headache and don't make my mistake. Go elsewhere.

I asked for the price on a worn-out and abused 2016 Dodge RAM 1500 "Eco-Diesel" pick-up truck with 168,000 km. They asked for $30,000. Yes 30k. These guys are way out to lunch. For starters the eco-diesel 1500 is so bad that company fleets are getting rid of them, after 120,000 kilometers the turbo burns out, that fix will set you back $6k to $7k. It's the worse engine they have inside, its a FIAT engine from Europe. The truck is not even mint. It has been worn out by some construction guy. It was dirty outside and inside. Jesus not even an air refreshner to get rid of the smell inside and you want $30K ?? For $5k more I can get a brand new F-150 from the dealership.

Total crooks. They sold me a car with a cracked frame that they tried to fill and hide with fibreglass, bald tires, and a number of other things that should’ve been fixed with the safety certification. Car needed a few parts but they weren’t able to get them by the time I had picked it up so they told me they’d send me the parts in the mail once they had arrived since I was from Ottawa, never got the parts. After my experience I truly feel like all of their 5 star reviews aren’t truly customers who dealt with these guys. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership, stay as far away as possible.

The Auto King has been best used car experience ever had with used cars have purchased 4 vehicles in past 2 years. They service both cars purchased from them as well other cars purchased before we knew of auto king. There prices are very reasonable , they service what sell and in my experience what they haven't sold. There customer service is above any used car dealer I have ever experienced and wouldn't buy anything elsewhere. Ronny, Elon, has been a pleasure thank you

I got a 2016 gmc savana van looked good from what I could see considering it was full of tires well when I received it I started to notice problems vent was broke and pushed into the hole tires are not good brakes are grinding license plate light doesn't work light above back door doesn't work there is a huge gap in the corners of back doors side door doesn't open from inside this vehicle is supposed to be safety and a quality vehicle not honest people

My nephew bought a 32grand van from them payed almost 9 hundred for them to certify it and when he took it to his mechanic that been dealing with for 30 plus years to only find out that it needs breaks the lights around license plate isn't working back doors have a big gap all around the doors side door doesn't open from the inside like they are very dishonest when they say it's been certified and yet all this work needed to be still done

I was looking for a cargo van and my budget was not that good but I could not compromise with the quality too, so I was visiting places like everyday to get a vehicle that works with my requirements and my search ended here at THE AUTO KING, these guys are great, they don't even manipulate you like all other sales guys, they gave me a good deal plus I got the free racks. Thank you guys. You totally deserve a five star.

Needed a couple pickup trucks for my landscaping company. The auto king had a very wide variety of trucks for me to choose from. Ilan and Ronny both have great experience and knowledge with cars and were nothing but a great help! (Very kind people by the way) Will definitely come back here next time I need another pickup.

Purchased a civic for my sister about two years ago. The vehicle has had no issues since purchase. We came in to see Ilan for reputable mechanic to change the breaks. Ilan was able to set us with a vehicle to use for a few hours while the breaks were being worked on. A++ customer service

They had a pickup truck that I was intrested in, I called them over 4 times to check how much my car is woth as a trade in, but unfortunately the same lazy person answered my phone 4 times and he never gave me an estimate. Really disappointed with their customer service!

Very good sales people quick responses called him sunday morning dealership was closed came in just for me ! Didnt end up buying but still had a great service all in all and easy financing available very organized and quick to answer and calls when he says he will !
