Do not recommend, took my van in to get the rear breaks replaced, Jeff the owner quoted me $240 for the job and said that he only needed the car for 2hrs. I go to pick the car up 2.5hrs later and the jobs half done. Jeff demanded that i pay him in full and ill have to bring the van back at a later date to finish the job and he wanted more money. Jeff told me if i dont pay him in full my van wouldn't be leaving his garage. After 20min of jeff and his worker arguing with me, Jeff finally admits he is in the wrong, he wouldn't apologize and i didnt end up leaving till 3.30pm... very dishonest dodgy service men. I have to take my van to another mechanic now to double check his work. I have never had or hurd of a company treating people the way that i got treated today... i would love to leave zero stars unfortunately i have to leave 1.

Absolutely useless!! Had some engine work done and received the car with more problems than it had.Why? Because the useless mechanics didn't do the timing adjustment correctly and even though I asked them 3 times if they had done it correctly, they said yes. But not only, hoses and seal covers where broken and where never replaced! Don't trust them to do any work on your car other than wash your car.Its a shame they are a Repco representative because they are harming the Repco brand. Also be weary with the fake reviews.

Honestly if I could I would give these guys half a star!!! They have no idea what they are doing in there!! Took them the car to fix, literally POINTED to them which cord we wanted changed only to get it back not done!! How did we know this!!?? Because the tape we used to patch it up with was still on it!! ... I dont even know how these guys call themselves mechanics!! Im sure anywhere else but there would do a better job! They are never to be trusted again!!!! ...

I have been going here for years. My husband and I both get our cars serviced here and we both couldn't be happier with the service. Jeff, the owner, goes out of his way to make sure every visit is excellent. His team is friendly and works hard to deliver excellent work. I can't recommend this repair shop enough. Jeff and his team are honest and trustworthy and we will be customers for many more years to come.

Never go there again. Told them that the clutch of the ac compressor was not working and wanted to know if it can be replaced. Got told it would take a few hours, when I picked it up got told that the clutch does not work which I already know and said that they didn't know if it can be replaced. They still charged me for the information I already know. Please be aware of this shop.

I have been taking my Mazda CX 5 to Jeff at the Auto Repair Shop for the last 4 years and have always been very impressed. My daughter now takes her Suzuki there also and she has had great support. Brought the car in for a minor service and after I received it back the car was near undrivable. This happens frequently as every time I have had my car serviced by them, I have always had to take it back due to some new problem that arose during the service. The staff may be friendly but that doesn't make up for incompetence in their jobs.

Travelled over a hour to get to this repair shop & I'm glad I did. Really great auto repair shop these guys had me in and out in just a couple of hours. The service and communication from the team was great was informed about problem, cost and time frame of repair needed. Thank you Jeff & Mitch! Will be recommending & I'll be back!

Very disappointed after knowing that they said that they change the spark plugs and charging me and later discovery that they were never changed. Owner advised that he installed Bosch spark plugs and he didn’t change them and charge me!!! Also they change the water pump and it’s leaking water!! Would never go there again!!!

Absolutely appalling service. Total came to significantly over the quoted amount with unapproved works having been undertaken without a phone call. And when brought up upon payment got told too bad. Would not recommend!!!

Went there for air conditioning service they charged $280 and don’t fix it. The next I come it’s not fixed there saying I have to pay another $250 to fix it. Very bad service

One of the Best places for Road worthy certificates and service ,great customer service ,would highly recommend as Jeff gives a genuine service.

Friendly staff easy to talk to. Could just be workload post lockdowns but had to contact them a day and half later when waiting for a call back.
