My family had a terrible exp. at this hotel. I had a confirmed booking for two rooms. I called them before reaching there to make sure that they got the booking. They confirmed that the rooms are booked. When I reach there around midnight they said that they dont have rooms. It seemed like they gave those rooms to someone else. The manager of this Hotel (Mr. Khan) was talking like a rowdy and was very disrespectful. We asked the Mangaer that how could you do this? What are we gonna do in the middle of the night? In response, He said "I can't do anything .. find a room somewhere else". AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!

Staff is polite n good but service is very poor. Once you order food it will take almost an hour to serve u in room. Even tea takes more than 45 minutes to serve. Daily cleaning is not proper. U keep calling them but they don't hear u even they don't chAnge bedsheets daily. No towel change. Hygiene is so poor not recommended at all.

Pathetic Hotel. Please please do not visit. Visit only if you want bad service, pathetic food, pathetic everything. No hot water, disgusting food. No ventilation in the room.

Very nice and clean hotel. Location is also quite good and peaceful. No sound of traffic at all. Rooms are spacious and clean with AC. Bathroom has decent space. Almirah is there with enough storage. Definitely a place to stay again. Kitchen is the only thing which is just average.

Worst service i have ever seen..they don't have dental kit and ask me to buy from market Their staff is busy!!!! I don't recommend this property

Please think 1000 times before book this hotel...they don't have basic facilities..no hot water to take bath in winters...they don't keep water bottles in rooms. In short they don't understand what hospitality is!
