Not a fan, quite unhygienic. The woman who waxed me was meant to take her time but my appointment took half of the time it was meant to be. Therefore it left me with small patches of wax everywhere on the places I was waxed and she kept dipping the same stick and using the same sheet over and over again. I felt very sticky afterwards and it was a pain washing off the wax later at home. Appalling

I've been here twice now for treatments. I had my first bikini wax and the lady was lovely, very reassuring and made as painless as possible with excellent results! The second time I booked in for a hair up appointment and they were very accommodating in opening half an hour early for me. Very competitively priced compared to other Liverpool city centre salons but also a fantastic service!

I used to love this shop but unfortunately I had a hair up a few weeks ago for my Xmas night out & it was a desaster! It was a mess when I left the shop but I didn't say anything as I didn't have any time to complain or get it fixed, then within an hour it had fell out and I had to create my own hair style while out! I would say thought it's good for everything but hair ups x

Lucy, Nail Beautician at The Beauty & Holistic Lounge is awesome. Professional, friendly and skilled. I booked in for a pamper manicure with OPI Gel. Not only was she informative about what she was doing, fast efficient service with a smile. Definitely recommend. Only negative is she's booked up fast.

I managed to get an appointment last minute today for a Hollywood Lycon Wax. Never had one before. The treatment was amazing, almost painless, I was made to feel completely relaxed and comfortable. Will be back for another go! Would highly recommend this gem of a Salon to everyone. Thanks Ladies!

I find this a very unhygienic place. Went in for a wax. The floor was very dirty/oily and the girl doing it, dipped the same stick multiple times in the wax instead of using a new one. I also got a rash on the places I got waxed, so would definitely not go back or recommend.

Megan did an amazing job on my hair on Saturday for my cousin's wedding. It stayed looking amazing in drizzly weather and was still perfect after a lot of dancing and head bopping! Highly recommend and will be back next time I'm in Liverpool …

Lisa & Karen are so wonderful, always manage to fit me in and make you feel so welcome. Highly highly recommend getting the Callus foot peel. My feet feel and look so much better and I finally feel like I can wear summer shoes. Thank you!!

Amazing service, so relaxing and comfortable!! The music and the incense made the atmosphere so calm and chill, if I wasn't getting down there waxed I probably would of fell asleep haha! Will definitely be back …
