I hate giving 1 star usually but here had a worst wax experience of my life. Firstly, there was lot of wax dropped around the bench n on the bench. I did mention about how sensitive my skin is, but this gal kept putting eax n withrout pressing or stretching the skin, she was pulling the strips , it was so painful. I got few bruises now . Secondly, while doing the wax, she had a drop of wax on her arm snd she used the same strip on her which she was using on mine and again started waxing my hand with same… Thirdly, when doing wax on legs, my skin was pulled sk hard that it still hurtting , i did scream twice while she was waxing Forthly, while applying lotion to remove wax, majority of wax was left on hand , when asked to apply more , she said sometimes it donot go .. Probably, she needs more training on waxing.. definitely its a no go for me for waxing services here again.

Very welcoming salon with very professional staff. Steven the hairdresser always takes time to discuss my hair even though im a regular and asks if ive had any problems with my hair since the previous visit. I have really difficult hair and he always listens and offers the best advice on any new colours or styles I might like to try. Even though I would recommend you book in advance as he's in great demand if at all possible he will always try to fit you in. I always leave the shop feeling really pleased with the results and my next appt booked .

I had such a fabulous experience at The Beauty Lounge. Came in for a haircut - restyling actually. Decided to make a major change by cutting my hair short and I'm over the moon with my new haircut. I am so glad I chose Steven for this fab haircut. He is so passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. He was very attentive and talked me through the whole process, gave me loads of tips and advice. When I saw the final result I was close to tears, perfect haircut. Highly recommend x

Very disappointed. I arrived for my appointment on time for a facial for one hour. Couldn't find me on their system. Showed them my email verification. Could fit me in anyway. My regime started at 9.50 am. It ended at just after 10.20 am when I was advised to take a good 5 to 10 minutes. This would, at the outside be 30vminutes. I was out but 10.30 am . I was charged the full £45. Is this good value, I don't think so. Incidentally they found my appointment

Don't waste your money, took forever to get a simple wash & blow dry, then they never listened I was not happy with the outcome I asked for it to be fixed but they refused I left feeling uncomfortable will never go there again, instead try across the road number 19 see Jennifer who has is salon at the rear of the building, she is a perfectionist I only tried the so called beauty lounge as Jennifer was on maternity leave so glad she is back now

I have been going to the beauty lounge for a few months now and the service is outstanding. Always every welcoming and the atmosphere is very friendly. I had few of their treatments from eyebrow threading, facials, nails and at the moment am having my full face laser. Sam is very professional and takes great care with your treatment.(puts in the little touches). All the staff are amazing make you feel at ease.

I have been here now a few times to see Dr Khan . I must say he is a great doctor. He does exactly what you ask him to do. I would continue to only go to Dr Khan from now on as I have every confidence in him. The salon is also very friendly and I also know the girls there they make you feel very comfortable there and relaxed. Would highly recommend this great salon to everyone. Xxx Excellent Salon xx

Hi i just wanted to give a review for Paige. She did an amazing job to my eyebrows after me growing them out for so long. I tend to get quite nervous when treatments are done on my face as its very sensitive but Paige ensured that wouldn’t happen and she made the atmosphere so calm and exciting. Even tho i live far from the salon, i will definitely become a regular customer.

1st time here and lovely eye brow thread then book myself wash and blow and that was amazing, made up as my hair , will definitely go back here. You can actually go and get top to toe treatments. Staff are lovely, kind and generous ❤️ ✨️ …

The beauty lounge is a lovely place they make you feel very welcome I had a eye brow wax tint and eye lash tint .Paige listened to what I wanted I was very pleased and will be going back again I would highly recommend for all your beauty needs

Brilliant salon with great customer service. My wife is using them for no. Of years and the staff and service get better on every visit. Highly recommended for any service. Best in the town by far.

Sam the owner waxed and tinted my brows yesterday. She was very rough and left my eye area sore and scratched. Would not recommend this salon at all.

I got a full leg wax from Paige she is lovely and very experienced. I was made to feel at ease. I will always come here for my beauty treatments.
