I found the staff to be helpful and nice. The store is clean and very busy which in my terms means that it's at a great location. I don't drink but my friends do and I was returning empties. So in retrospect The beer store at this location is clean the staff is helpful and treat your customers with respect. The location is great for the area. And you can get whatever you want at the beer store including a bottle of Johnny bootlegger for $3 a bottle or if you buy more than one $2 a bottle. I have tried the grape and it reminds me of Welch's grape juice which for people who don't drink is not a good thing because it really tastes like grape juice. That is my review on the beer store. And final thought the liquor store is right behind the beer store how convenient.

This is the worst customer experience I’ve had in my life. There is a tried and true method of organizing liquor stores that is standards across countries and time. Instead, here, they decide to hide the best beers. Then they make you use horrendous software and touch screens to find the beer. Then you have to ask the staff to find the beer, which if it’s a non normal beer, they have the hardest time finding. It takes forever to accomplish the simplest task of just finding beer you like.

Staff did not engage, seemed uninterested and unhelpful. They observed as I struggled to pick a lighter not lite ale and couldn't locate one I was looking for, did not offer suggestions or ask if they could and despite several Ttempts to engage were Gruff failed to look up let alone in the eyes and after 4 or 5 advised me to make a selection or mo e along so I selected the liquor store

This location it's a small store. You need to know what you want before getting here, prices are also unclear. If you know what you want and would be just in and out, this place works ok, but if you want to try something different, or don't get beer that often, you'll find a very unpleasant experience in this store, even though the staff of friendly and helpful when possible.

I go to this beer store the most. I've gotten to know some of the staff there and they are fun to deal with. Theres a young kid who always cash's out my order whilst I'm returning my empties and a young blonde girl with this unimpressed look on her face is always a blast to banter with!

This is a good location, probably the best one (for me atleast). This isn't the closest one for me but still, I always prefer to go here. Staff is knowledgeable and are actually interested in helping their customers.

Fast service, even when there is a line. Good customer service. Want to give 5 stars but the closing times can be early at this location despite the hours of operation posted online. All in all good place.
