There is NO BETTER bookshop in Sydney! Kimberly and Grant are amazing. They are kind, patient and interested in you as a person. Their customer service is beyond excellent, it’s personal. They know their customers and what genres people love. They really care about their customers and make time for them. They know their books and what to recommend (being big readers themselves). It’s like going home when you enter their store. Old worldly feeling when you step through the door: with old worldly customer care! I wouldn’t buy my books anywhere else. Love this bookstore. Please support independent book sellers. Particularly this one. You’ll just feel better for simply visiting the Best Little Bookshop in Town.

5 Stars for quality of service, politeness, truly knowing their stock of books and they've already read most of them, so whenever you ask about a book you'll receive an informed reply. I train Birth Doulas and obtain my text books here, plus I teach Hypnobirth to pregnant couples and buy those beautiful books here too. The atmosphere here is a great vibe of positivity and friendliness. I'm a magnet to book stores and have been a customer here for quite a while, and I'm constantly reminded whenever I go into another bookstore just how second rate the others are for service compared to this one. Keep up the great work guys. I'm impressed.

There are not enough stars here for me to say how amazing this bookstore and staff are!! Was served over the phone today by the absolutely brilliant Alyssa Johnson who went over and above what I thought was a pretty tricky and random request for help today and her positive, mature, understanding and can-do approach to helping customers solve problems quickly and efficiently whilst demonstrating product expertise, maintaining timely communication/updates and making the sale will see her go far in her career and in life.

This certainly is a great little book store. I could get into lots of trouble here buying up more books that I have time to read. They have an extensive collection of books for sale on their shelves ranging from best sellers, to fiction to travel to fashion to biographies and most other topics that you are interested in. Each section is well displayed. The staff here are very nice, helpful and provide excellent customer service.

At 97 Cronulla St. Cronulla. The name says it all. It's the best Bookshop. Variety of new and used books. Catering for all ages. Reasonable pricing too! Very friendly staff. Knowledge too. Staff go out of their way to try and find you the book you are looking for if it's not in stock in their premises. Not many stores do. Always pop in here first when looking for a book. Larger location. More spacious.

My 6-year old daughter loves to spend time in bookshops. As a rule, since I understand a bookshop is not a library, I buy a book if we spend more than 5-10 minutes browsing books. However, as soon as I walked into this shop, the lady started to follow us and told us not to touch the books. I’m all about little independent libraries but since that day, I’ve never stepped into this shop again.

The most beautiful bookshop. Almost like you have entered another world. The staff are so helpful and accommodating. Even when you go back with more questions and need some guidance. They take the time to listen and send you off feeling like your purchase is best suited to you. I love this place and sometimes just walk by to browse. Fabulous bookshop, a treasure trove, from current releases to aged classics, coupled with great customer service, this shop ticked all the boxes, for my recent, book hunting ..expedition. ( Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sayer, are all packed up for their journey onwards, to my 10 year old grandson Lucas, in Madagascar... Thank you... Best Little Bookshop.

I've bought here on multiple occasions and never had anything but a perfect experience. Great books in beautiful editions, helpful staff who know the store and where to find any book I've asked for. I always leave happy, and it truly is my favourite bookstore in the city. I can't recommend it enough.

Having just moved to the area and being a bookworm, I was so pleased to see I lived pretty close to a local independent bookshop. The staff here were so lovely, the selection is fantastic and I'm really looking forward to joining their bookclub

This little bookshop is one of my reasons to enjoy visiting Cronulla. After you hear the staff’s exciting explanation about books and crystals, you will meet with your new best book partner or best crystal at that time.

I love supporting independent bookshops and this one is the best. Staff are knowledgable and can tell you everything you ever needed to know about any book. They have a huge array of children's books too.

Amazing old books and the people are so helpful and friendly. However, I am wheelchair bound and it is not easily accessible which is a real downside.
