Well where do I even begin. In the beginning Stephen and Kathy are really nice and would spend time to get to know your vision for the wedding. I spent probably 3 hours with them in the beginning just to make sure they understand what I want. They documented every detail and I sent them pictures of what I want. Well, several things went wrong on my wedding date: 1. I never got my bridal bouquet. The bouquet I held for the most important day of my life was a toss bouquet. I spent 140 for something I never got! 2. I specifically requested that solid blue hydrangea, and it is the first line in the invoice. But guess what kind of hydrangea I got for my wedding? Not solid blue. 3. I tried to call Stephen on my wedding day for like 5 times, and left message each time. But guess what, no call back. But they will send you messages complaining about my venue. I sent my venue contact to them before the wedding and the wise thing to do is definitely to contact the venue rather than complaining to the bride. 4. No explanation what so ever. I waited for almost 2 weeks just to see if you will get back to me. Well they didn't. Not after my voice mail and message complaining how they ruined my wedding.

I LOVE IT HERE! KATHY AND STEPHEN ARE AWESOME. Perfect experience on my wedding day! When my outdoor wedding became NOAHS ARK the bloom room staff and owner jumped in and immediately helped in any way they could. I did not have to worry about a thing other than getting ready because they helped even with others who they did not have to help with like the photographers and helping guess get inside with the umbrellas and helped direct parking. NOt only do they make the most beautiful flowers, they respect your budget, which is something my dad and husband really liked! The made the most incredible day happen! I am very happy I went with their table, chairs, and table dressings, even though my wedding facility offered them I am happy I went the extra mile.... Pictures last a lifetime and I regret nothing spending a couple of extra dollars on beautiful table clothes. Defiantly Would not trust anyone else with corporate events, big birthday bashes, or wedding!

The Bloom Room helped bring my wedding vision to life. Literally! We definitely wanted real flowers, and the result was incredible. They provided the best quality flowers-- we chose Baby's Breath wreaths (which they made themselves from fresh baby's breath), long stemmed roses for centerpieces, and hydrangea bouquets for bridesmaids. I was so particular about my bouquet-- leafy, with berries and white flowers. It was more beautiful than I could have ever imaged. The delivery was seamless, and The Bloom Room employees who delivered the flowers were professional, gracious, and just genuinely kind. I knew they were going get it perfect-- not just drop off and leave. If I had my wedding to do all over again, I would choose The Bloom Room again, and I wouldn't have changed a thing. I wouldn't need to! They gave me the best quality of everything I wanted. Go with The Bloom Room! I promise you won't regret it.

I couldn't have dreamed of a more beautiful wedding!! The flowers, drapes, lighting, chargers, decor and linens provided by the Bloom Room were all absolutely perfect. I walked in to the reception and ceremony, blown away by how fantastic everything looked! I got so many compliments from my guests about how stunning the wedding was. The attention to detail was meticulously done. Stephen and Kathy were easy and fun to work with. Together we went through our wedding vision and it most certainly surpassed even my expectations. They even made the special effort to visit our venue the weeks prior to make sure the measurements for the pipe and draping were right! I went to three different floral and design companies and the Bloom Room, by far, was the best at working with and sticking to our budget - helping us save thousands. Endless thanks to the Bloom Room!!!

Wedding: January 19 2019. Made my dream a reality. Helped me create the happiest day of my life. They are not only reasonably and realistically priced, but also had an excellent vision and idea of what I wanted for my special day. Their selections were also fantastic as I had many different options(both price and type of flowers/greenery). My wedding theme was Winter and it was nontraditional; quite different from a typical Texas wedding and they made it happen! They were very responsive to me as well. They were flexible to the changes I had done at the last minute with the table arrangements and even to my arch outside(it was super windy and they made sure the arch wasnt blown away!). Very sweet and friendly service. I cannot thank them enough, everything was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

I owe so much thanks to Steven and Kathy from The Bloom Room! They made my vision for our wedding on 3/9/19 come to life! I met Steven at the bridal extravaganza over a year ago. As soon as I told him what my vision was, he totally understood and painted a whole beautiful picture of what my wedding would look like! Not long after that we decided to book them and I am SO HAPPY we did. We had a Great Gatsby Themed wedding, and everything from the ostrich feather center pieces, to the gold and black glitter table cloths, the bouquets and bouteneers was beaiftul. Their amazing decorating made the whole party come to life. My guests all loved the theme and everyone felt like they were in an upscale speakeasy. They absolutely BLEW MY MIND!!! I highly recommended The Bloom Room, they will make your vision come true!

The Bloom Room was an absolute joy to work with. They were willing to give me the exact roses I wanted, in the configuration I wanted, and even helped me make a few adjustments to ensure they were as beautiful as possible. Steven specifically communicated with my fiance and I to ensure we were always up to date on the status of our order, and even came in on a Saturday to meet with us before our wedding. They delivered breathtaking bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages, all of which coordinated wonderfully, and none of which had a petal out of place. They were kind, hospitable, and their craftsmanship is top-notch. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a florist that will deliver exactly what you want, while also being kind, affordable, and talented!

I am so happy that I found The Bloom Room to provide florals and decor for my wedding! I contacted The Bloom Room 1 month before my wedding, because 2 different florists/decorators that were recommended fell through. The wonderful Kya stepped up to the plate, and made my vision a reality, and she did it within my budget! I would recommend Kya to anyone. If you give her your vision she will work with you to make it come to life. She is very professional and efficient. I know I'm gushing, but my husband and I were very happy with her services. I unfortunately hired this company for my wedding this past March. They are extremely difficult to work with. Do not expect a timely response to any question or concern. If you do hire them then be sure to make sure you get everything you pay for because I didn’t. I requested a refund for florals I paid for but didn’t received, the owner promised to send me a refund and over two months later no refund has been sent. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and he never responded to them either. All that being said, the florals for my wedding were beautiful. I do not recommend this company.

Kya at The Bloom Room was amazing. After our first visit with her we knew she was the florist for my daughters wedding. She listened, made creative suggestions and was overly patient with all our questions. She was educated about suggesting in season flowers that would give us the look we wanted without busting the budget. When the wedding day arrived I had no fears because I knew Kya had it under control and I was not wrong!! The flowers were amazing! We are still receiving complements about all the gorgeous ceremony and receptions flowers. Thank you Kya!!!!!!

Wow, this company is so great and I am so happy with how they handled everything for my sisters wedding. Everything from ideas coming to life, helpful information and support, and setting up the venue in tremendous weather conditions and follow up beyond words pleased with The Bloom Room. My sisters flower crown/headband was stunning beautiful natural flowers, bouquets, and table decorations chairs and set up, they really managed to turn her vision into a beautiful secret garden escape. Ten stars if I could add them AMAZING!

Kaya and her team are brilliant. I walked into her office indecisive and confused about what my vision was for my wedding day. Kaya listened and execute my needs with very little detail from me. She is professional and quick to reply to questions or concerns you have. I often felt like I was a pest, but she never made me feel like I was. Do yourself a favor and stop here. She is simple amazing!

I would give them six stars if I could. Stephen and Kathy at Bloom Room were fantastic. I gave them my budget, and they worked to stay within it. I received a quote from another vendor that was significantly higher. I was blown away by the flowers and candles at my ceremony and reception. Stephen and Kathy listened to what I wanted, and created something more beautiful than I imagined.

Kya is amazing with her ability to create amazing events! We pair up with her and her team a lot for different events as vendors and I can't help but to always be amazed. She has a huge attention to detail and everything must be perfect, as it should be. Kya and her team will stop at nothing to make each event magical and perfect.

They were ridiculous with their prices. Actually the price for the flowers were fine. What I didn’t like is when they told me I had to pay to come pick up my own flowers from them, I had to pay a fee for coming to pick up my flowers that I had already paid for so that made me have to go to another flower shop.

I have absolutely no regrets choosing Kya and her staff to be a part of my special day. She went above and beyond to bring my vision to life.The quality of the flowers and the professionalism of her staff were perfect. I highly recommend The Bloom Room to anyone looking for the perfect florist!!

We paid in full for our flowers and to reschedule our wedding due to Covid-19. He has never called back or emailed back to any of my attempts of reaching out to him. We spent $3000 in flowers and its all lost. I 100% recommend not to use bloom room.

The professionalism, product and service of The Bloom Room is hard to find elsewhere. Kya is practical on budget and goes the extra mile on her product. I would highly recommend, and in fact am recommending her to a client as we speak!

A year after my wedding and the thought of all my beautiful flowers, vines, candles, ect. still makes me smile. Not only were they the best price; they made my unique vision a reality that we will never forget!
