My mother comes here for her Boba and she asked me if I would like one and I said yes because Boba’s are my favorite! However I stayed in car waiting for my mom to order and she got me a “Mango Thai with Boba”. I am allergic to Mango so I took my drink back inside to exchange and the experience to change this after explaining myself was not a good experience!! The girl was hesitant and finally went to the back and came back after several minutes and said “we will only do this just this one time” then I asked if there is a regular Thai tea with out Mango and she explained what was in the drink and I’m like “ok nevermind just give me a Taro” she did not look happy and went to the back again and they laughed and took 10 minutes to make my drink. The owner came to bring my drink and said “this is a one time exchange that we can do this ok” and shocked with the response I received and Tone in her voice I tried to tell her I was allergic to mango and wanted a different drink … she did a half smile and looked away from me and at the next costumer and spoke over me to the next costumer Could not believe the experience and service I encountered with these ppl! Not sure if they’re hurting for business or suffering from supply shortage or straight out discriminating against me to treat me this way especially that my drink was still sealed and full and purchased and exchanged within 10 minutes but only to experience the bad service. Do come here and support this place!!! In my taro drink I could still taste other fruits in it and taste wasn’t as good as other Boba places!! Save your money and go some place else!

I went in with my two daughters and my son a few days ago as a reward for getting good grades in school. There was a younger lady with black hair who served us. I just wanted to come on here and say how polite and patient she was, my daughter changed her mind 3 times before ordering and had the drink maker/cashier waiting forever to order . She didn’t mind at all and gave my daughter suggestions after she couldn’t decide what drink to get based on the flavors. I also felt extremely terrible for the way she was treated by the customer in front of me. They were being extremely rude and disrespectful to her saying "I hope you have a horrible newyear", I feel that most of these girls get paid to be disrespected more than to serve drinks. But good job to the cashier/drink maker for keeping her cool! Will definitely be coming back UPDATE!!- I had to come here and update my review after going to the Boba lounge a second time and finding out the name of the young lady who served me. The server/drink makers name is Autumn. Great job Autumn! Didn’t fail to impress the second time, a friendly servers!

The servers are extremely patient and understanding with kids. There is a positive atmosphere and a lot of cute decorations my little ones are drawn to.

i was excited for a boba place being so close. but… turned out no matter how many times i’ve tried to give it a chance, it never fails to be bad. the milk teas are so bad. you can just smell the whole milk from a mile away. i’m not sure if they even know how to proportion the ingredients or if they even know how it works. It’s just not authentic. the strawberry milk tea, taste like tru moo strawberry milk. And my go to, the brown sugar milk tea, tasted just whole milk, and some brown sugar oatmeal water. like where’s the tea? I really wanted to give it a chance but it always fails. it’s also hella pricey?? Every other (and actually authentic) place is cheaper. My go to place right now is located on central right by UNM. (Vietnamese place) And it’s literally the best tasting and inexpensive place ever. They give you a huge cup for just $5. [ you wont regret it ] Also when I asked for a type of boba, they don’t even know what it is?? [like u work at a boba place and u don’t know? what? ] instead of this location, i recommend Kung Fu Tea, Phamily tea house, starry moon and Hi boba

This place is good when you have a sweet tooth, otherwise I don’t think this is your normal boba place. They use instant coffee for my boba order and it was not good…other times I have came here the drinks were too sweet and I love sweets but this was just too sweet for me. I’ve had mostly bad experiences with this place specifically. I suggest having water on hand just incase you can handle the sweetness. The place is so pretty so if you have a big sweet tooth have fun!!

Awesome place and awesome worker! Autumn is a phenomenal boba tea maker and my drink was so delicious. I never had this “Boba” stuff before and she made me the most delectable scrum-diddly-umptious drink! I will be back to see Autumn! Thank you Autumn have a happy new year!

Don’t get the taro boba here or the brown sugar boba. It’s so milk heavy, they should put a disclosure for those lactose intolerant. They got my order wrong. I won’t be returning. By far the worst boba I’ve drank in Albuquerque. For better boba try, Tiger Boba!! Super disappointed! My taro boba tastes like captain crunch cereal milk, so nasty.

It has been several times that we ordered boba drinks with more than one boba flavor, and walking out, we got that is just one boba flavor in our boba drink. My husband went back one time, but another times I just kept it like that because I took them out for my kids. I think if you are charging for what we want, we must have for what we paid.

The matcha here is soo good. I ask for mine with brown sugar and you can also get sweet cream foam at no extra charge. I have also tried the delicious blended coffee which is like a frappe. I would much rather get my drink from here then go to Starbucks for a more expensive and less good tasting drink.

Cute place, they offer boba teas and bluebell ice cream. The tea was very artificial tasting, not a favorite as it was way too sweet. The boba itself was fine, very much like everywhere else. Fast and friendly service.

The boba is so yummy, I tried the new flavor “pumpkin pie” it was literally the best one I had. If you are a pumpkin fan definitely recommend. Usually when I go they forget the bobas but you tell them and they fix it for you at no problem! Will def keep coming back!

I love this place! It's definitely my new favorite boba spot. I got the Taro/Coconut milk tea blended. It was so delicious. I also appreciated the excellent customer service and friendly staff. I can't wait to try all the other options they offer. So many to choose from.
