I love all the products of The Body Shop. Most of my purchase was done online and most are blind buy so I am relying heavily on customers review about the product. When I had the chance to visit this shop, this young lady is so sweet and we had an engaging conversation in few jiff! I am looking for the British Rose Eau de toilette (old formula) and she told me it was discontinued long time ago and they have a new reformulation. I politely told her that the new vegan version is never the same scent as before and the original one has the perfect rose scent of all. I can see that she wanted to help me but there’s nothing she can do at all. So on my way out, I saw the British rose gift set display and I asked if she can open one box for me. To both our surprise, the perfume that I’ve been looking for is in that box! We both jumped together from gladness like kids scoring a chocolate from a store! I got the item on a promotion discounted price plus I have $20 redeemable from my points! I am a happy kid! ❤️

This is the best body shop location I have been to and I have been to many in Toronto! Customer service here was above and beyond! Kacey was especially sweet and included extra goodies with my purchase!

Great place for my wife to get all her natural cosmetics. Limited selection for men.
