Not very helpful.. i asked for the girl's reccommendation for dry skin other than the oils of life cream I have been using and she only suggested the product I have been using! Then she went back to talking to the other workers. The Eastgate square location is way more helpful! Won't be coming back to the Mapleview location even though its way more convenient for me.

Went to this location recently to purchase gifts, Rey was extremely helpful in finding me the right products. I was also able to learn a lot about the selection of product at the body shop thanks to Rey. Would absolutely recommend this store to anyone who appreciates great customer service.

Came today to pick up another bottle of the ginger shampoo, the super friendly girl at cash introduced me to the refill program! I ended up saving money and getting more product. Double win!

This is one of the few places where I actively enjoy shopping:-) it's my little Oasis in the Burlington Mall. Big fan of the staff and they are always making great suggestions for me.
