The BottleO advertised Peroni Red online for $45 per case on 4 Dec 2023. As online registration was compulsory I called my local BottleO to confirm price & availability thinking that would've been easier. Store owner asked where I got price from. I said online. He checked & said he had no stock & to order stock he coudn't do it at that price. I said I'd create online account & order that way at the cheaper price. I created account & after convoluted ordering found that I could not order. A total waste of time which will steer me away from The BottleO in future. I couldn't recommend this liquor chain.

This store has a large variety of options in alcohol and has been a lifesaver. The atmosphere is pleasant and the store owner is really sweet. If you are a newbie to alcohols like me, this is a perfect place to start as I received really helpful recommendations to what would be to my liking.

Mr Mazda is a great guy and always around for a chat. I really like how he stays open at times when others have called it a day. This happens more often in cricket season! Love your work.

If you list closing at 10pm don't actually close at 9:30pm. Several times on a Saturday I've found you closed early. Update your closing time or stop knocking off early!
