I bought a mattress, box spring, and accessories from this location. It was a good experience at the store. We were rushed after a surprised call from the furniture makers and choose what could be delivered reasonably quickly. The policies of the brick on refunds and exchanges gave us confidence. The bedroom set and bedding, etc arrived same day and of course the box spring makes the bed look like the princess and the pea. We immediately called the store to see if anything could be done. No returns and exchanges only. The issue is they consider the box spring an open item which is extremely deceiving when you read the refunds and exchange policy and influenced our original decision. In every other experience with any other company they've charged a restocking fee and its been very pleasant. ** I have responded to the brick detailing the policy issue and have not heard back however it’s been 24hours. I’ll update my review with the response.

Fantastic Service, Expertise and Advice! We had an amazing experience with Jay Taylor, the store manager. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened attentively, then guided us through the entire process to ensure that not only did we get the perfect mattress that suited both our sleeping habits but also the right pillows and covers for overall ergonomics and comfort. There was no heavy pressure sales tactics like other stores. Jay's true interest was matching us with the right product. We highly recommend shopping at this store and will do it again.

I bought my mattress and box spring from here and George was a great person to deal with. Highly recommend anyone reaching out to him if you need anything from the brick. He understood my needs and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. There was a mishap with the delivery (just a misunderstanding) and George was able to fix it for me! Great customer service. I had such an amazing experience buying one Mattress with the Store Manager George Anthony (TONY). He was extremely nice and with a huge level of knowledge. Furthermore, the product we bought is being fantastic, we have been sleeping with a very large comfort level, the product seems to have long lifetime as well.

I bought a mattress at the N.Service Rd.W. in Oakville. The salesperson, Fidel, was committed, knowledgeable and super friendly. The mattress was delivered at the scheduled date, on time, unwrapped and placed in the bed and the old one was removed from my home. I recommend this store.

Tony is excellent. He is patient smart and kind. He explained all the mattress and adjustable bed options to me and made sure that I got the ones that were right for my needs. When I had follow up questions he was great. I am very happy with my new bed thx to Tony.
